When I arrived, the doors were locked, as there was a previous class going on. The previous class finished promptly and I was able to go in and prepare for my session. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I booked my hot Pilates class through ClassPass.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This was my very first class, everyone was accommodating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Be prepared for the heat though. The temperature in class was set to 101 degrees, with a few heaters on as well. Mats, towels and equipment needed for instructor led class was provided as well, free of charge. The facility was clean and had a zen vibe to it. The instructor moved around a little bit during the class and provided short breaks as well for sips of water or towel off. Modifications were also provided if the workout got too difficult, especially for a newbie like me. At the end of class the instructor provided a cool towel for face and neck and antibacterial wipes to wipe equipment used. Overall this was a good class with moderate difficulty level and i plan to return. Be ready to get your sweat on! read more

I booked a class through the Class Pass app. This was an intro session so the cost was covered through my available credits in the app. Plenty of parking this studio site in a shopping plaza, but as spots are filled you will have to park further down. This class was packed, so try to arrive 10-15 minutes before start time to get situated. It's encouraged to bring a mat, towel, and water. If you don't have them, the studio is nice enough to offer this complimentary. My most favorite part was at the end we received a cool rag that was soaked in lavender. This was the perfect touch to a heated workout session. I feel energized + invigorated! Current studio special, (50) classes that don't expire for $500 that's a major steal! Also classes are pretty much offered every day except Sunday. Been to 2 hot yoga classes here while in town visiting my parents. Booked on class pass. I love the vibe of the studio. Lots of macrame and cute decorations on the wall. For hot yoga they setup heaters around the room so you can kinda choose if you want to be closer or further from the heat. Monday 9am class was nice and spacious. I recall the weekend class was pretty crowded. Nice clean bathroom and cute lobby. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I am a class passer and they cropped me out of a group photo at the end of a class when they asked to take a group photo with the class lol.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]And one of the coach's friends was very passive aggressive to me for no reason saying I tried to "cover him" in it by "standing on my tippy toes".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was shifting my weight to my left foot and was flat footed the entire time. Why tf would I even think to do that lol plus I'm shorter than him....? Huh? They very obviously didn't want me in it I guess. But when they announced to the class "group photo everyone" what am I supposed to believe? That it's not for everyone? If they just wanted it to be select people? Very weird vibes. Also very cramped in every class I have been to here and there were no bands left for me to use and no further alternative offered by any instructor when I was very obviously looking around for an alternative. Like others said- it changes your body and confidence in the best way. Open 7 days a week for classes. I saw a review say it is not open Sunday, but it definitely is, with even evening sessions available. This place is seriously the best heated fitness studio I've been to. It's clean, the energy is on point, and the instructors are amazing role models to me- they really know how to guide you and keep the energy high/aligned. This place is such a wonderful hidden gem! The best yoga and aerial hammock classes i've ever had! Kasi is amazing and gives me so much fire. Updated review. Came here when I moved but fell due to moving fatigue etc covid was nightmare. Came back as gained weight 3 classes and inches flew off. Took Raja, hot yoga sculpt great class then annatura core boy was that the hardest after not doing hot yoga for so long but then I did hot mat pilates loved it even more I did hatha to yin. Bootcamp geez what is not to like this is a full blown gym/studio sort of meaning your not limited to Vinyāsa you can do annatura Vinyāsa. Mat pilates you can do hot sculpt very different type. Hatha...yin...raja...restorative....hot power yoga....bootcamp in heat so the rooms are not big there is 2. I know I love huge rooms but the teachers are caring owners give a damn and the people it's a real family. Meaning everyone treats you well. Lots of supplies you don't have to buy your own bands and equipment like some places I know. Water cold filtered with UV. It's hot 97 to 100 infared. Towels nice bathroom no shower so iono I didn't see one everyone takes shower after yoga I don't because I go home to do it so besides this and aerial looks cool just have not tried it. We Gathered in tiny stuffy room, without a window or ventilation, packed like sardines for a yoga class. Framing the claustrophobic environment was the tick tock cadence of a loud timer that was like a ticking time bomb. The instructor was dismayed at touching the blocks and announced that she's going to wash her hands after she touched them. That certainly did not help me get into a comfortable state of mind and I didn't have any desire to touch them myself. I was thinking it's time to exit and take a shower. I'm not sure how they can charge $22 for a session that is presented so poorly. I have never had such a bad experience. I love yoga and have been taking classes all over the world.
