I booked a Pilates sculpt (mat) session through Class Pass with instructor Anne Tracey. This session was very intimate it was 6 students total in the green room of this studio. The class was about 1-hour, the music and atmosphere was amazing. I feel so strong + relaxed all at the same time. Since it was Sunday it was extremely quiet. The instructor did an amazing job coaching everyone through the session, regardless of your level. Amenities include a boutique, cafe, rooftop, lockers, and seating areas. The landscape and design is beautiful. The studio is located on the 3rd floor, you have the option to walk the stairs or take the elevator. It's street parking and a a few free parking lots near by. First come, first serve so its best to arrive to class in decent time to find parking and get into the building etc before the 10-minute class cancellation policy. Such a nice studio in the heart of Delray, can't wait to come back!

It was overall just ok. Lovely, high-end studio. I came on a Saturday and the door was locked. Luckily some girl knew where to go and rang the bell and we got in. No one was around to help and luckily that same sweet girl showed me where to check in, where lockers were etc. The class I attended was advertised as stretch and sound bath and there was a hatha and sound bath at the same time, so since I was low energy I chose this class. There were a bunch of young girls there and they would not stop talking and kept missing the teachers instructions, kinda annoying. It was a lot more movement than anticipated and the instructor jumped right into frog pose without really explaining it or giving people the option to do a half frog or use their bolster etc. Not good because someone could've really injured themselves. I liked the sound bath itself and the teacher had a lovely presence and voice, just wasn't into the yoga part of it. I think she might've been new to teaching. I'm not sure I'd return to this class. Anyways, I wanted to try the cafe after, but after waiting for 5 minutes no one arrived at the desk so I left and got Starbucks. lol. Again, weird because it was a Saturday so you'd think they would have had staff, especially in such a fancy place. Ah well, it's just not the studio for me and I'm sure a lot of people really love it. It's a shame because it's gorgeous and I love that there are lockers, a cafe, and a shower.

I'm very happy that I found this studio. They have a wide range of yoga classes all throughout the day and a great cafe.

As a student of yoga for over 20 years (and a teacher for over 15 years), I appreciate the rigorous training required to achieve certification in the Iyengar lineage. I feel Iyengar certification is the gold standard for yoga instructors. It ensures a level of quality and consistency, based on the level of certification awarded. This "levels-based" certification structure, encourages teachers to continue to study and gain deeper insights. For new yoga students, I always recommend an Iyengar certified teacher, when available. They are adept at working with physical injuries and helping to restore balance in a gentle and effective way. If you have the chance to take a class taught by a senior level teacher (like Colleen Gallagher), the experience is like dining at a Michelin star restaurant. Thoughtfully sequenced and timed, each pose prepares you for the next and there is enough space between poses to digest and assimilate. The nuance that a senior teacher brings to class is what often leads students to an "ah ha" moments. It could be a physical, emotional or spiritual insight. Colleen teaches a Saturday morning "Strong" class that is challenging and fun. I love that I always learn something new in her class. You will feel like the class is being tailored for you, as she instructs with precise words, which, if followed, will verbally adjust your body and guide you toward a balanced perspective. Today I had the pleasure of taking a class with Laura Plofchan. A consummate learner, her teaching style is fresh and fun. We went heavy on the props (blocks, bolsters, blankets and chairs) as she took us on a journey to the heart (i.e., back bends). I feel grounded, yet light. A perfect start to my weekend. In conclusion (finally) -- get a pass and GO! You can't go wrong with any of the teachers here. Namaste.

Got lucky, well, sort of, by just trying it when I went to charge my car. The cafe is the only coffee place in this shopping maul (spelled correctly) that has killed more stores and eateries than is normal for a center this new. A few weeks, a shift to a weaker coffee, and a couple of staff changes to some pretty unpleasant folks working the Saturday later, and I will find pretty much anything else other than this place to frequent. I can go back to getting the OK coffee at Hofmann's chocolates, where they're at least pleasant. It's an exercise studio that has a cafe, coffee place with breakfast, smoothies and lunch sandwiches. They've even added a take out window for the cafe. (Hard to take out exercise bikes). What it seems to lack is some good customer service, and people skills currently. Some training on how to deal with people. Maybe that's why there's a: "we're hiring" sign up. Of course, none of this really happened because it's just a gym, and it is closed, right? It says that right here on yelp!
