I literally felt like a brand new human being after floating I was extremely relaxed and my body felt super at ease it was extremely therapeutic 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend anyone to come here and experience floating. Also if the pod is still not your kind of thing they also have a open cabin that doesn't close that you can float in and after you complete your floating sessions they also have a wellness lounge where you can reset and relax and have tea and get into the groove before stepping out into the world.

They did a wonderful job explaining how this worked and making us comfortable. The private room was nice. I rinsed off (recommend) before floating and it was just me and myself and I for an hour of solitary thought. It's salt water, so it getting in my eyes was awful, but the give you a squeeze bottle of clean water to rinse. After the float, I had a lovely shower and went on my way. I workout and have a laborious job so I have constant knots and tension throughout my body and most of the time I receive a massage I still feel the same after, but the few times I've come to lotus spa I've left feeling amazing and all the tension in my body gone. They listen to where your main complaint is and focus heavily on that area while still giving a full body massage.
