I have been to Body Sense twice now and each time has exceeded my expectations. The check in process is easy and the service is friendly. I also like that there is easy street parking in front. My first time there I had a lymphatic drainage massage which was so relaxing and felt amazing. The most recent time I had a deep tissue massage and it was the first time I felt the "hurts so good" during a massage which is what I was looking for as I told the masseuse to focus on neck and shoulder tension. The massage therapists are well trained and ask about focus areas before the massage. Nora was so knowledgeable about the body as she got in every muscle on my back and shoulders. My favorite therapist is a pro at what she does - she never fails to find and work out all the tension that builds up in my back and neck. Sandra did my full body massage and since I lift heavy weights this is definitely what was needed. She informed me what areas I needed more work on very informative and I love that because most places you go to just complete your massage and that's it. But they took the time to discuss a few minutes what areas I need to work on. There is a Groupon for a 60-minute couples for $125. Thinking about getting that monthly membership! P.S- Parking was easy to find right in front but when there is traffic it could be difficult to find a spot. I booked Body Sense for a couples massage as a gift but unfortunately it didn't impress. They curated a nice vibe in the couple room with aromatherapy and soft lighting, and things looked clean and professional. But, the massage just didn't give. I had specifically booked a Deep Tissue Massage as my partner and I prefer deeper, more substantive massages. To our disappointment, it felt more like a rub than an actual massage. I also asked my masseuse during the session to go a little stronger but nothing changed. Additionally, they had us fill out a survey to personalize our massage at the start, but then didn't seem to change the massage at all to fit that - we had the exact same massage as I could see that we were both going through the exact same motions. While it was a relaxing atmosphere and nice way to spend an hour, I got up feeling no different at all, didn't even really feel like I had gotten a massage! No hate to Body Sense, but massages aren't cheap, so I would use it somewhere else that would hopefully be more worth it. read more

For the past two years, I've been getting massages from Vivian, and every time, it's been incredible. She is a really kind and pleasant lady. She always adjusts my massages to target the body parts that I need the most attention on, yet she always gives every area the exact attention it needs. She can stretch you out, perform deep tissue work, and crack multiple places. Every time I go, I feel like a new person afterwards. Since I have their membership, I get a massage every month, which is a must for me. Also, their personnel is incredibly kind and accommodating. I've been coming to Body Sense USA for over 20 years. I was lucky to have found this this place after moving from California. Angel Orozco, the owner is a miracle worker. Besides his gift for intuitively knowing how to get out tightness, aches and pains. He also has the ability to use other techniques like electo-symulation for chronic issues. I once had a frozen shoulder for over a year. I thought I'd have to live with the limitations and decided to give the pain management package a go. After a couple sessions I already had 85% of my mobility back! I can't praise his skills enough. If you're looking for an all around great massage go for the signature Zen Fusion. His staff is also very well trained. In addition to massage, Dr. Laura the acupuncturist at Body Sense is awesome. She has cured many issues for me over the years. Zen massage is a combo of deep tissue massage and stretching. Vivian is really good with working on my areas of body that need extra care and she made me feel energized and refresh after each session. Today I tried my first facial there after I got my massage. Carla was pretty good. She was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough with her service. She explained each process as she was doing it. Brought my boyfriend here because I had been many years ago for Mother's Day and had an overall good experience. My boyfriend had Sandra and he had only great things to say about her. We had an overall pleasant experience and everyone did do their best to be polite and helpful, I can say that. But Vivian, who did my massage, should probably only be allowed to work with people who have extra hard tissue or who request a deep tissue massage specifically. While there, she did help me with applying ice to a tension headache I was having, but the massage I received from her was entirely too rough. At one point she got on my back and SAT, yes, with her knees sat one my middle back and asked me to take 3 deep breaths. On each exhale she attempted what I'd only imagine to be cracking my back? This really only succeeded in convincing me that she was determined to deflate my breasts. I told her it hurt after the decind time and she was like well, one more its good for you. Uh, no, if a client tells you something hurts, you STOP. I appreciated her concern for my headache so I didn't say anything. I really wish I had because despite her eagerness, hours later I'm now in pain. It wasn't the worst massage I've ever received, but it was far from the best. I'm convinced that even though she seemed to have good intentions, that she could really hurt someone with back issues like myself. I've got chronic sciata issues, and this caused a flair up. While her strength may lie in deep tissue massage work, this wasn't really what I was looking for. In ignoring my feedback she does a disservice to the spa. I really do feel a bit bad about providing a negative review because again, she seemed attentive. She's just overall too rough. My boyfriend received a relatively good experience from Sandra, so I am giving 3 stars in light of this fact. read more

You arrive to a small waiting room with a receptionist that asked us to fill some basic paperwork and eventually (more like right on time - we got there early for our appointment) 2 ladies came over to walk us over to our rooms for the massages.
