I can guarantee that, at 57 years old, I had never before experienced the level of quality, professionalism, and dedication shown by this massage therapist. Aidee radiates good vibes and an energy of confidence, passion, dedication, and love for her work and for me as her patient; she provides serenity, comfort, and--without a doubt--a 100% excellent massage. If asked to rate her on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give her a score of 100. A million thanks to Aidee Nodarse; may God bless her angelic hands and the wonderful person she is.

I was able to find paid street parking in front of their building. Inside was dimly-lit and smelled great. The pressure was perfect and I felt lighter when it was over. If I lived here, I would be a regular client!

At my first visit, we started with sitting in her office and going over my intake form. We discussed my area of concerns and lifestyle. Such a departure from so many places where the masseuse simply begins her work after a brief greeting and hardly listens to you. Lilly May has a very friendly yet professional demeanor, it's like chatting with an old friend whom you will also totally trust your body with. Her hands skillfully work out the knots (her IG handle is @ifixknottypeople haha) and I feel so much better afterwards. The massage table is very comfortable too, with heating just like fancier places. Such a good therapist is often fully booked, so do make your reservation early. My one little complain is that when making reservation online, I have to pay ahead, and they ask for the tip amount. The first time I was like, I haven't even gotten my service yet, how would I know what to tip? And would I get a bad massage if they don't think I tip generous enough?

She was absolutely amazing! I did the deep tissue with the hot stones and my body felt rejuvenated after. Norma was very informative and explained to me the different steps of the massage (for example, she told me how stress had caused fluid to buildup underneath my arms, which I didn't even know!). She massaged areas that I didn't even know were tense and was very respectful when massaging my thigh area. As I was paying at the end of the appointment, Norma asked me how I felt and I told her I was good but there was just a little bit of pain in my upper back area but that it was ok and instead of being satisfied with my answer, Norma helped stretch me out until I was pain free. I paid for one hour and it ended up actually being an hour and 15 minutes because Norma went above and beyond for me. I truly recommend her and this spa. I recently moved to Miami and have been looking for a new place to get a massage since I usually…read moreget one every month. I was excited to take advantage of Miami Spa Month at Healing Hands because of all the positive reviews. The spa itself was clean, and everyone I interacted with was polite. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled twice, from 6:00 to 6:15 and then again to 6:30. While I was understanding, it wasn't a great start. I paid $153 for a 75-minute massage that was advertised to include deep tissue work, hot stones, three aromatherapy blends, therapeutic stretching, an ice globe facial treatment, and a relaxing scalp and foot massage. Instead, I received about 60 minutes of someone rubbing large amounts of oil across my back. There was very little technique, no real attention to the areas I requested, and none of the relaxing flow or pressure I expect from a professional massage. It was actually uncomfortable at times, and I found myself just waiting for it to end. I don't know if this was due to a lack of experience or a lack of care, but the service I received did not match what was advertised or what I paid for. It felt like money wasted. Based on my experience, I'd recommend spending a little more elsewhere if you're looking for a quality massage.

Mindy gave me at my foot massage for an hour and proceeded my back with my feet soaked which is the usual ritual. She then sat me back on the very comfortable chair and I dozed off as she massaged and gave me reflexology on my feet, which was absolutely wonderful. She had a strong grip and that's my preference. She kept asking me " is this okay this is okay" and of course it was okay so that was a little distracting at times. But she was very sweet about it I was just in deep slumber. I'm definitely coming back here also because the fabulous Asian market next door!
