The Cajun rub hides the smoke flavor of the wings, but the buffalo lets the smoke flavor shine. And they provide ranch or blue cheese for free with your wings. I cannot speak for the ranch, but the blue cheese is thick and chunky and perfect for wing dipping. The staff were all super friendly, answering all of my questions and providing me with a large cup of their blackberry BBQ sauce to sample. That blackberry BBQ sauce should be available for purchase, as it is amazing. They also kept my sweet tea refilled.
