We stopped here on our way home from a Philadelphia trip. We love trying different breweries and bringing beer home. We went on a Saturday evening and they had a nice sized crowd. We were able to find seating at the large bar. This place is pretty big and also has a lot of tables throughout. I don't think it would be too difficult to find seating even when they are super busy. The bartender was nice, but didn't really give any descriptions about the beer or any suggestions. We met a regular who gave us some suggestions. The beer was good, but we didn't end up purchasing anything to take home. Relatively easy parking and the place was clean. I don't think they offer food because we didn't see any menus. read more

Stopped in on a Friday night with the hubbs to and enjoyed a couple of IPA's with a serving of absolutely knock-down delicious nacho's from the food truck outside. The live duo was fantastic - an electric violin playing a mix of Dave Matthews to compliment the growing HH crowd. There were quite a bit of kids but it was relatively early in the evening. (Having 5 of our own, I would have loved a venue like this when they were younger but sometimes parents need a night without small children. You've been warned.) Bartenders were friendly and attentive - I waited about 3-4 minutes for a beer with a good surrounding of patrons around the bar. If you're looking for a nice transition into the Friday happies after a long week, Lost Tavern won't let you down. read more

I have lived in Hellertown/lower saucon area my entire life. I love Hellertown and the small town feel, and the fact you can walk from one end of town to the other. What Hellertown was lacking was places to go or things to do. I love braveheart and beer mussels but Lost Tavern is a fantastic addition to Hellertown. Myself and three friends came after 7pm on a Friday evening, we found a table toward the back and had a wonderful evening. The beer is self serve, meaning you go up to the bar and order and bring it back to the tables. We all tried different beer, I had the cider and I absolutely loved it. We ordered a pizza and while we were waiting played cards against humanity (plenty of board games to choose from). The pizza was delicious and later on a food truck came but we were on our way out, I would recommend a food truck coming a tad earlier. We ended the night with a round of darts, they also have shuffle board and a live band was playing. We all agreed we loved it and would come back asap. read more

Would give 5 stars but I like beer that tastes like beer. They have very little that doesn't taste like fruit or coffee or chocolate. It would be nice if they had a nice plain lager, pilsner, stout or porter. Also if you are not a beer drinker (like my Wife) there isn't much for you other than water. It works out well for me because I always have a designated driver. Often have food trucks or catering by local restaurants and get some really good local musical talent (shout out to James Supra and Sarah Ayres). Great atmosphere! My boyfriend and I have been enjoying there beer since opening weekend. We have an 1.5 hour drive but worth the gas and time. They have 6 beers at the least all ranging from a wheat to a DELICIOUS double chocolate stoudt. They are open Thurs-Sun live music at no charge. No kitchen however food trucks and or Barbecue on hand. Place is cozy exposed brick thru out, bathrooms always clean. Service is great(except for one bartender which I've all ready spoken my opinion about to other staff members )Oh they are ok with u bringing in your own food/delivery and dogs are welcome on the front patio. read more

So I come here and sit at the bar. It is busy, but everyone around me gets served but me. 15 minutes and still no service, I would say something but I'll wait to see if they acknowledge me. Maybe I'm a ghost and nobody can see me. I have no beers in front of me, and a female bartender asked the guy next to him if he is being helped, which he already was, than she went to the other side of the bar and asked someone else the same question. Again another bartender asked the same guy if he was being helped, then he asked the couple that just sat next to me. And another bartender asked the couple next to me. I have experienced this at another brewery that is in Easton but not this bad. This place asked everyone around me. Even the people that just came in after I've been sitting here for 20 minutes. I asked the couple next to me if I was invisible because I have been siting there for 20 minutes so a person told the bartender. The manager gave me a free drink for the inconvenience. He left so back to the same thing. Beer was good, but customer service needs to improve. The manager was nice and the bartenders were nice once they acknowledged me. read more

This brewery is a fantastic asset to Hellertown. All of the beers are great though my favorite is the coffee Amber! The atmosphere was perfect with LIVE music along with so many food options available, you really can't go wrong with this place. Very hipster bar feel. Good music and seemed like it would be a cool place to hang out. I just stopped in on my way out of town to grab some to go beer. Got some cans and growler fills. I would give them more stars, but I found it very strange that when they messed up on my growler fill they proceeded to fill glasses with the beer they messed up with and served other customers that beer. Last weekend was awesome! Lost Tavern allowed me to host a surprise party for my boyfriend at the brewery! We had over 50 guests come and the Lost Tavern team was more than accommodating! They reserved a few tables for us at the back of the brewery which was perfect! I cannot thank Kenny Rampolla enough for his great communication. I had been planning this party for 2 months and had been emailing Kenny back and forth. He made me feel comfortable that this would go off smoothly! He also allowed me to bring in a cake! The guests really appreciated the space, beer and overall feel of the brewery! Everyone was super happy and gave the place and beers two thumbs up! Lost Tavern is definitely considered one of our top breweries in the Lehigh Valley! I cannot thank them enough! Old Pappy's BBQ was also awesome! Food was great and staff was so friendly! read more

Very happy this place opened in Hellertown. I've stopped by a few times now - the beer is solid and everyone is very friendly. They've done a great job getting local food trucks to stop by, and there are other local options that will deliver. I'm loving the early weekend hours now (10AM on Sunday), it's great to bike the rail trail, pick up groceries at the farmer's market, and pop over here without even getting into the car. read more

This brewery's tap room is very much like a restaurant, except they don't have in-house food, but has a food truck catering. The beer selection was impressive, but I started with the hard cider, and it was so good, I stayed with it. I especially like the variety of glass sizes you can order, from 5 oz. to 64 oz. growlers. Lost Tavern has a lot of fine local musicians scheduled every evening it is opened. We definitely plan to return. read more
