It's open Tuesday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This spot offers all-you-can-eat wings every Wednesday night from 5 to 9. I didn't have to work, so I was finally able to check it out. I didn't expect the wings to be anything special, but I was pleasantly surprised. They had a nice crisp, were a good size, and all the sauces I tried were flavorful. First time here and hopefully the last. The service was great and the staff are friendly but everything else is just okay or worse. My beer tasted off, no horrible but off. The wings aren't great, for a place that is called wings on main! They were okay but the sauce was basic, more heat than flavor for mild wings. Nachos were dried up and too much lettuce. Everything else was okay. It was clean but run down inside. Can't tell if it's a dive bar or a restaurant. Let feeling hungry, for the money we spent not worth it. read more

Sunday was burger night special. We had the double burger California style. We also had the Wings and Jalapeño poppers. The burgers were fresh and very tasty!! The wings were nice and crisp and just the right amount of sauce. Had a beer and it was very cold. Service was awesome! Parking was not an issue. They even had outdoor seating. Taco Tuesday is a No brainer !!! This place always delivers on their meals! I got a massive chicken burrito with all the toppings included with a price better than chipotle !!! The fresh guac and Mexican rice, along with the perfectly cooked chicken, this burrito filled me up and was delicious with every bite ! I love the staff at this place , and the cooks are what keep me excited to come in , as I know I will always have a great meal! This is my 3rd visit. It's usually pretty good. Nice atmosphere, good wings. Today I ordered the nachos. Apparently, they didn't have all the ingredients so they took it upon themselves to substitute. Instead of jalapeños, they added a much hotter pepper. They also added onions, sweet green peppers & red peppers & cold chicken. It was truly the strangest combination of ingredients I've ever had in nachos. Been there twice. I think 2 stars is being generous. I had the wings the first time. Not to impressed. They were cold and hot. Not cooked all the way through. The sauce flavors not the best. After reading the reviews here, I waited a while before trying. Then, tonight, we went with low expectations, all because of other reviews. When we got there, we sat ourselves, our waitress dropped off our menus, and then didn't come back for what seemed like a long time, and I was thinking ok, here we go... Once she finally came back, she took our order, and the food and drinks all came pretty quickly, and she visited our table several times to check up on us, refill our drinks, see if we needed anything else (we needed more bleu cheese, and LOTS of water). My son had the Philly burger with fries, and a medium order of boneless wings, half sweet and spicy, half ghost. The ghost was SPICY and he said his ears were ringing. I had a medium order of the regular wings, half hot, half old bay. They were cooked perfectly. The hot could've been hotter, the old bay was good, tasted like old bay always tastes. My wife had the California burger. The burgers were adequate. It is a wing place. We also brought home some cajun hot for my mother-in-law who is currently enjoying them. read more

4th time here and by now I feel like Charlie Brown with the football. My wife and I live nearby and it would be so convenient to like this place ... but sorry, it's just awful. This time we only ordered drinks, having had 3 previous mediocre-at-best meals. Second time in a row the draft beer tasted downright nasty - clearly they don't clean their lines. (I'm not a beer snob talking about nuance; this was a common light beer.) Noticed everyone else there had bottles, now I know why. When the beer tastes that bad and the staff doesn't notice or care, you can only wonder how fresh the stuff in the fridge is. We were only one of a few patrons, yet we finally had to come to the bar to pay as no one came back to check on us. At a previous visit, the cook volunteered that although they list a couple dozen wing sauces, all of them are the same two sauces (Buffalo or garlic/butter) with a little bit of something thrown in to differentiate them. This at a wing place! Sure enough, almost any place in town has better wings. I can't believe I was dumb enough to give them four chances. There won't be a fifth. Wings were on-point. Place was fairly busy but service was reasonably quick. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Wing flavors are amazing. Disappointed.. I was super excited for this place. Staff is wayyyy under trained. Now I get it, it's a new pub that just opened and everyone needs to get the hang of things but you can tell they definitely rushed to open because no one has any idea what they're doing. Misleading advertising on the banner. Broken tap (no Guinness) 40 minute wait on wings. UNDER cooked wings on one plate, dry wings on another. Dry rub was nothing but salt. Disgusting. And when they say 5-7 wings, depending on size, you can bet you will get 5 scrawny wings. Premium prices on awful food. Will not go here again and will tell all my friends to give this place a miss. Rude staff. I've been coming here for a few years and everybody gossips about each other behind their backs. I've been hit on by 60 year old men. I just tried to grab a beer 7 minutes before closing time (they close at 10 pm on sundays), and the staff were playing billiards. He said "get the f out of here we're closed. Never going back. First impression of this place is not good. I was so excited for a wing place in town, but the wings we ordered were not as hoped. I ordered Honey Hot - they came out with BBQ mixed with honey mustard sauce. I thought it was an error in the kitchen but learned that all the "honey" wing flavors use mustard honey, not really honey. Bad move from taste and transparency perspective. We also ordered mozzarella sticks, they appeared to be cheese sticks (the snacking kind) - not very tasty. We tried Italian hoagie. Ordered it with oil and hot peppers. Watch your Credit Card Visited this restaurant on a Tuesday evening at 6 pm for dinner with friends. The place was packed but we were shown to a table without much of a wait. The bar area was full as we past by to our table for 4 in the dining area. Waitress was pleasant and food was served timely. Best I can say about the food is that it was mediocre. The $7 onion rings did not stack up for the price. Wings were just ok. Had the chicken cheese steak and again ok. The real burner here was that I gave our waitress a generous $15 cash tip (more than 25%) and paid the bill with my credit card. Come Friday when the charge posted, I find out that I was charged an additional $13.88. My credit card company told me it was for a tip. I had written 0 with a line through it on the tip line of my CC receipt since I gave Jess (waitress) a cash tip. Called the restaurant and was politely told they would look into it and get back to me. They did and asked that I come in to pick up the overcharge in cash. Did this and met the waitress who admitted she entered the charge. Said it must have been a mistake. I asked how do you mistake a zero with a line through it on the tip line of the receipt???!!! Worse dining experience in recent memory. On what was billed as "all you can eat" wing night, we were greeted with a hand written sign saying there was a wing shortage. Only boneless wings available. Took 30 minutes to be served 10 wings. Another 30 minutes to get the next round which consisted of 5 wings. And we were practically the only people in the place. It's not like everyone was ordering wings. The wings were awful and the sauce flavorless. Could not be more disappointed. Save your money and get frozen wings from the supermarket. read more

Prices are reasonable. The onion rings are amazing. The wings are better than the previous reviews say. The are large and very crispy. However the sauces are a bit disappointing. They have an abundance of flavors that aren't actually blended to a real sauce. They could cut down on flavor options to a few better flavors instead of too many which don't work. Service was quite good but the child referenced in other reviews exists and she has no idea what she's doing. Upon asking, she is the owners daughter and wants to help the waitresses. The owner could spend some time actually training her if that's the case. She brought food to our table more than once and didn't know what it was to know who's food it is. Also, she's 11. We asked. So why is she working there????? Overall the place is much better than the previous reviews state but need to figure out their sauces and the child service. read more

This new restaurant in Hellertown is OK. Nothing special and the staff needs lots of training. The wings are actually pretty good, although easy over sauced. The cheesesteak is better than it's sister restaurant up the road but quite average. The one burger in our party was good. Place is quite busy, probably because it's very new. I REALLY wanted to like this place, so I was excited to see it open. It's practically around the corner and I'm a sucker for good wings, I probably eat them 1-2 times a week. Also the same owners run the Crossroads on the other side of town which has perhaps the best thin-crust pizza in the Lehigh Valley (although they did inherit the recipe from the prior owner). Unfortunately I couldn't find anything to like. They aren't kidding when they call this place Wings On Main - wings are about all they've got. The rest of the menu is extremely limited (a couple of burgers, a couple of cheese steaks, and a parm sandwich, not much more). If you didn't like wings you'd run out of things to try in about 3 visits. So fine, they're just for wings - how are the wings? Unfortunately, mediocre at best. Our table ordered several sauces, some hot and some not, and we shared. The sauces seemed to be in one of two camps. If you ordered a non-hot flavor, you got fried chicken sitting in a puddle of butter/oil with a small amount of spice added to it. We tried garlic parm and jerk. In both cases the overwhelming taste was oil, with not enough flavor. The jerk wings tasted absolutely nothing like jerk chicken (which has a bold flavor) and the garlic parm tasted mostly like oil with a little garlic but not parm. Similarly, the hot sauces mostly appeared to be minor variations of the same unexceptional buffalo wing sauce, with a little bit of the other flavor added (garlic, cajun, etc.) - enough to accent the flavor slightly but mostly you just tasted the buffalo sauce. So while 20 or 25 flavors are listed, everything we tried mostly tasted of either buffalo wing sauce or fried chicken in oil and butter. (To be fair we didn't try every single one, and they do have a couple of dry-rub-only flavors that we didn't try.) The wings themselves were average size. The blue cheese dressing tasted like it came out of a jar, bland with no chunks of blue cheese. We didn't try other menu options, but did see a few cheese steaks come out. Also average size, however the fries that accompanied them were visibly undercooked (pale yellow/white, not crispy golden brown). The drink selection is as limited as the food menu. No cocktail menu offered, and a minimal selection of low-end wine. They do have a dozen taps, so you'd think they'd maximize that resource since it's pretty much all they're doing. But again you'd be wrong. Half the taps are taken up by the usual suspects (mainstream lagers, Blue Moon, Guinness, and a cider). Almost all of the rest are commonly found IPA's (Sam Adams, Victory, etc.). It was a 90 degree August day, but the closest they had to a summer beer was a Sam Adams seasonal. No shandy, summer wheat, fruity beer, etc. No ales at all (other than IPA's). And no imports unless you count Guinness and Stella. I can't understand having 12 taps at your disposal and squandering them with such an uninspired selection. On the bright side for sports fans, there are TV's everywhere, and they also put a pool table in. I'm sure that during football games the place will be packed with fans who just want $2 Coors Lights and wings they didn't have to make themselves. I hope that will be enough to sustain them. If you're going to hang your hat on just one thing (in this case wings and beer) you have to be better than places that offer that plus more. Wings On Main isn't. Every place in town (even the local dive bar) has as at least comparable wings and a better beer selection. And several do it while also offering a much broader menu in case you don't want wings and beer. So what would bring people here, other than more TV's? I wish the new owners lots of luck - anything beats a closed restaurant - but honestly I can't think of a single reason to come back. What a wasted opportunity. read more

This place is dog shit, the wings are dry and cold. Me and my 5 boys waited 1 hour for 12 wings. I rest my case.

People need to give the place another week or two to get their bearings. From the minute they opened their doors, they were slammed with people. They never had a chance to collect themselves. It has calmed down now, and things are much better. They have worked out most of the kinks. As for the food, I have been ordering cajun garlic honey hot wings...extra crispy and they are terrific. My kids have been getting xtra crispy lemon pepper and they love them. The California cheeseburgers taste like Whoppers...yum. They have a GIGANTIC soft pretzel with white cheese dipping sauce, totally great. Anyway, give them a chance. And always order wings well done or xtra crispy! read more

I was excited to have this place pop up not far from where I live. It ends there... all these 5-star reviewers are either employees, or have absolutely no food standards. They probably put ketchup on steak or think Olive Garden is real Italian food. 1st - the atmosphere iiissss..... decent. The bar top is nice and there are a lot of TVs so it is a nice sports scene. However, if you're not in the bar area, be warned... (this is a new phenomenon among many restaurants so Wings on Main isnt alone here) be prepared to sit damn near on top of other tables. There is almost no spacing and you feel like your eating with other people. They're limited in floor space and trying to maximize nightly tables, so I get that... just know most guests do no want to be a foot away from the next table over and be in their conversations. Note to service stand: if you know your floor space is small, atleast have consideration to not sit multiple groups on top of each other when theres available tables all around. We had a couple sit at a 2-top table a foot away from us when there was atleast 8-10 other tables that were open. 2nd - service wasn't "atrocious", and this girl could've been in her first server job, but then her trainer was at fault here. My wife and I had to flag her down twice for drink refills, and then there was no silverware for our food when it came out and we had to wait for the "how is your meal?" approach before we got any. It's also the servers job to fire in orders to the cooks so that the foods ready at the right times... with that said, our appetizers and wing meals came out at the exact same time so there was no room on the table for it all and by the time we got halfway through eating, food was getting cold. Again, couldve been the new server or her trainer, but the staff was vastly under performing; even though they were polite and cordial. (Except some odd 11 year old girl with an attitude that was seating people and giving them menu's... that's cute for a diner I guess? but not for an adult sports bar. Let the adults seat other adults please.) 3rd - the food, the reason we came out... if you're going to call yourself a wing bar and grill... you better be damn good at it. Their wing suppliers... I don't know who they are, but they're supplying incredibly small wings. Smaller wings need to cook differently because there's less meat. So temperature of oil and length of cook time have to change... small wings are already a knock on them (check out Feasta Pizza across the street for a size comparison, theirs are large and pretty good) but then when they're overcooked? Man they're terrible. Almost the whole wing is crunchy and the meat inside becomes very dry and stringy. This is the biggest knock on them. You can get away with bad table lay out, inexperienced service, and a host of other things if the food is outstanding, or even just good. Wing on Main is not one of those places. Not now anyway... I'd recommend they get in touch with a place like P.J. Wileham's or Keystone Pub for a properly sized and cooked wing. read more

I legitimately give them zero stars. ZERO. But, Yelp makes you give at least one. My husband got wings and said they were dry. The celery that came with them was literally three bite size pieces. Blue cheese was gross and watery. We got our kids corn dogs and fries. When theirs came out I thought the fries were a joke and were only for the kids. I am not even exaggerating, they were worse than giant brand frozen crinkle cut fries. Turns out, they use those fries for the other meals too! We both got buffalo chicken sandwiches and holy moly, disgusting. A fake or extremely low grade over fried chicken cutlet. I only ate half because I was starving. The food was fast, but only because it was probably thawed and cooked in a microwave. Now, I am a realist and knew the goal of the place is not to be upscale but I didnt expect it to be so gross. Our waitress did not ask us once if we wanted more drinks. Totally disappointed and even more so since it's the same owners as the Crossroads. All I can say is thank goodness they bought the recipes from the Matey's or that place would be just as awful. This is the first time in my life I have written a review. That's how bad it was. I'm from upstate New York so I'm particular about wings in general but I have been really happy with the ones I've had here. The staff is always so nice. Just got back from eating at Wings on Main. Food was good, service was excellent and delivery of order was fast! I had the mushroom burger with cheese- 2 thin double patties covered with baked mushrooms and cheese- Delicious! My husband had the chicken cheese steak which he thought was good. My son had the BBQ wings and was very satisfied. All TVs ( 20 of them) were on a variety of sports. The bar was filled. The owner stopped around to see how everything was. Super stoked to finally get this kind of place nearby in Hellertown. However, after two visits, I can't rate much higher than this. The wings are really good, but the second visit, half of the order was cold. Service is a little spotty, but they also seem overstretched. As for the sports bar...I specifically came out to watch a preseason football game. There were 3 games being played, I could see 10 TVs from my seat, but no football. 8 TVs with baseball, but only 2 different games. 1 TV with UFC and 1 TV with Dateline. Despite asking 3 times to put a game on, apparently the only TV that could show NFL Network was the one with UFC that no one was watching. read more

Disappointing. First there was what appeared to be a 10 year old girl acting as a hostess. She was arrogant and aloof. The food was average at best. I had a chicken sandwich. Had a small piece of chicken in it one piece of lettuce and one thinly sliced tomato. The roll was cheap. It was flavorless white bread. The environment was chaotic. Help seemed overwhelmed. My girlfriend left a generous cash tip which was undeserved in my opinion. Only to find out later after she put a zero with a slash through it on the receipt for a tip. That our server put another tip which resulted in a tip of 50%. Please watch your credit cards there. In my opinion. This was no mistake. This money was stolen. I will never go there again. read more
