We arrived at 7:45 last night and were seated by a child who dropped our menus on the floor prior to throwing them on our table. Our server came by at 8:20 and asked how long we have been waiting ! We ordered our drinks which arrived quickly, and then asked if we could have the loaded nacho to share. ( generic nacho chips, I'm not sure what the white Sauce was, maybe white American cheese, I could count the pieces of lettuce, jalapeños and tomatoes that were on top of this LOADED nacho and they toped it off with cold beef that they use for their cheesesteaks) We all ordered wings for dinner ( one of my guest wanted boneless wings however none were to be had) Caribbean jerk , too much sauce, not a lot of flavor (P.S spell check the bill ) Two orders of mild , store bought sauce? not homemade! One order of Suicide, no heat what so ever I realized when I got home I was charged for nine beers when we each had two. The employees (managers , cooks and servers) should have been better trained prior to opening the doors to the public. Second time we've been here, it was Saturday, 8/31/19 @ 6pm met another couple here. Got a seat quickly, more people at the bar. A few other patrons in the dining area. I got the California Cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, onion and ketchup on a seeded roll. It was a double patty. It was delicious, it came with shoestring fries. They were good too. For $10 to get a meal like that, I thought it was very reasonable. The cheeseburger was juicy, done just right, they didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked, but it came out just how I like it, not overdone, not undercooked. Don't know what all these less than stellar reviews are talkin' about, cuz we experienced NONE of them. We were seated promptly. Placed our drink orders, those came out within minutes, placed our food order that came out in a reasonable time, maybe 10 minutes, excellent place to grab a bite, food was great. We'll definitely be going back, like I stated at the beginning of this review, 2nd time here, first time got the Philly cheesesteak, that was good too. Went here a few times. Wings are great - hot and crispy. Burger is good - maybe bread could've been a bit more crunchy. Service is great. Would keep coming back and recommend. Also if you're into cheap beers - they have $2 Miller and Coors. read more

Been coming to Wings on Main since they opened, so long we have our own theme song when we drive up - Wings on main, main-main main main main Service is great, wings are thick and meaty. Wing flavors are bizarre and beautiful. We come here every Sunday and will come every Sunday until we can't anymore. read more

I was excited to have this place pop up not far from where I live. It ends there... all these 5-star reviewers are either employees, or have absolutely no food standards. They probably put ketchup on steak. 1st - the atmosphere iiissss..... decent. The bar top is nice and there are a lot of TVs so it is a nice sports scene. However, if you're not in the bar area, be warned... (this is a new phenomenon among many restaurants so Wings on Main isnt alone here) be prepared to sit damn near on top of other tables. There is almost no spacing and you feel like your eating with other people. They're limited in floor space and trying to maximize nightly tables, so I get that... just know most guests do no want to be a foot away from the next table over and be in their conversations. Note to service stand: if you know your floor space is small, atleast have consideration to not sit multiple groups on top of each other when theres available tables all around. We had a couple sit at a 2-top table a foot away from us when there was atleast 8-10 other tables that were open. 2nd - service wasn't "atrocious", and this girl could've been in her first server job, but then her trainer was at fault here. My wife and I had to flag her down twice for drink refills, and then there was no silverware for our food when it came out and we had to wait for the "how is your meal?" approach before we got any. It's also the servers job to fire in orders to the cooks so that the foods ready at the right times... with that said, our appetizers and wing meals came out at the exact same time so there was no room on the table for it all and by the time we got halfway through eating, food was getting cold. Again, couldve been the new server or her trainer, but the staff was vastly under performing; even though they were polite and cordial. (Except some odd 11 year old girl with an attitude that was seating people and giving them menu's... that's cute for a diner I guess? but not for an adult sports bar. Let the adults seat other adults please.) 3rd - the food, the reason we came out... if you're going to call yourself a wing bar and grill... you better be damn good at it. Their wing suppliers... I don't know who they are, but they're supplying incredibly small wings. Smaller wings need to cook differently because there's less meat. So temperature of oil and length of cook time have to change... small wings are already a knock on them, but then when they're overcooked? Man they're terrible. Almost the whole wing is crunchy and the meat inside becomes very dry and stringy. This is the biggest knock on them. You can get away with bad table lay out, inexperienced service, and a host of other things if the food is outstanding, or even just good. Wings on Main is not one of those places. Not now anyway... I'd recommend they get in touch with a some of the other wing places in the area for a proper size comparison. read more

We have tried several menu items from here a few times. I have been disappointed each time. Their feature menu item, wings, were overcooked and dried out. We ordered a variety of bone in and boneless. The cheesesteak was quite bland as were the quesadillas. The frozen pretzel however would be hard to mess up. The quality of food is not worth the menu prices. The hostess however did help carry the large order to the car. read more

First time here on a Saturday night. We sat at the bar. All food ordered was average. Wings and chicken cheese steak sandwiches. However, the fries were deplorable. The crinkled frozen kind right out of the bag. Pale and no taste. Recommend the owners ditch them immediately. Potato chips would be a better option! read more

This was our first visit and last. If you eat there bring a fly swatter, flys are everywhere, you battle them while trying to eat.The waitress stated it is a problem because of it being summer, we go out to eat in many places and have never encountered such an issue as this. The food was mediocre, steak sandwiches very dry. What upset so many of us there was that the waitress kept asking a table of men by us if they would like another drink when they were visibly drunk! The one guy could barely stand up to leave. The things we had to listen to through dinner was uncalled for, felt bad for a family that had two kids there. When the guys left we all talked about how horrible that was. Shame on that waitress! Sorry, will never come back. read more

I am writing this because I can honestly say that we gave this two fair chances and the second was worse than the first. We waited a few weeks for the hubbub to die down. Now I can say.......Been there, done that. No matter the number of wings you order you get a tiny little container of ranch/blue cheese, if you want more it is an additional fee. They have a 12 year old seating customers, clearing tables, etc. (Not sure that's legal). The service was HORRIBLE. The "all you can eat wings" starts you with 10 wings. Then you get 5 at a time but you have to wait 20 to 25 minutes in between eating them and the waitress to acknowledge you for your next order. The wings have no flavor. Not impressed. My husband ordered the prime rib sandwich - which was $10 and it contained TWO small pieces of meat. They do not know how to make Bloody Mary's - it was extremely watered down. The place was a little filthy. That was the first time. Second time, a few weeks later, ....it was worse than the first time. Thank goodness for the customers sitting at the table next to us. The waitress went to 3 or 4 times before getting to us once.............oh, we didn't see you.............All in all, I would give this a "1" rating. Went there tonight it was okay nothing great or wow factor. However our server which I believe was Stevie she was great that's only reason I gave three stars! I've been in the restaurant business for 8 years, it's kinda disorganized and the staff needs waayyy more training(not our server specifically) but to hear a server across from us mess up/misunderstand an order and she says to the table twice well what do you want me to do about it is not great costumer service AT ALL!!! Also, not to mention if the female who was walking around in like sweat pants or gym pants with a overly big T-shirt was the manager she looked so dazed and confused. Also, ordered a Malibu bay breeze, waited 10mins to find out they ran out of pineapple juice and that they went to get some, Stevie was nice enough to see if i wanted to wait or wanted anything else, i said no but when they came back still didn't have our food so i said sure I'll take it, but i still had to pay for it after waiting for them to run to the store, should have been comped to compensate my wait for it. From when we sat down it took almost 15 minutes before our server came to our table. Our server Jess never introduced herself (found out her name on our bill) and came off as rude. While taking our order she left us mid order to pick up a tip from another table. She then explained to us how she was going to ring in our food so our app (fries) either would have to come with the rest of our food or she was going to have to hold ringing our meals in until later, we decided to have our food all together. She's came by later to ask about refills and picked up my glass by grabbing it from the top with her fingers all over the lip, then asked if I would like a new glass or a refill. The food was good but not excellent, the sauces were good but seamed premade not homemade. They have a few base sauces and sprinkle the other additions like minced garlic or Cajun seasoning (bland store blend) after the wings are in the plate so they don't have a good mix of flavors. When we ordered we were one of the only people in the entire place with an active order, we came after the rush right before people left, and it still took 25 minutes to get wings and fries, something that takes 5 minutes to cook, 10 at most. To top it all off our bill came to 44.16 and we paid with a 50, the server gave me 4.88 change which is completely wrong both change and dollar so I included the money she didn't give me and took it out of her tip. The place has potential, it needs a variety of home made sauces, better trained servers and cooks. Organization in the front and back of house, for greater efficiency and timing, the server does not need to explain to us the lack of organization, which she did frequently, it was apparent. Additionally Investing in some sound dampening ceiling tiles to cut down on the deafening loud dining area would be a good touch. read more
