I wish I could leave a zero star but am required to give at least one to leave this review…read more This person is a scam artist and a cheat who will take your money and leave you in a bad position with shiesty work & cheap improper parts or materials. I couldn't in good conscious allow this person to continue working on my motorhome after discovering they were trying to take advantage of my trust. He was hired to replace my entire roof (removing all wood old & replacing with all new wood). He was also Supposed to remove all Dicor roofing & replace with all new Dicor along with all new window seals as well as some additional services/repairs but I won't get into those details as we never made it that far into his work process since the only thing he did touch was roof related. This person cut unnecessary wires in all the electrical components that run through the roof instead of utilizing the existing wires disconnect points & also left a filthy mess all over my brand new bare mattress & pillows in the rv bedroom area. It turned out he never removed any of the old damaged wood/material from the roof- he also didn't remove all the previous Dicor roofing material as he peeled back a small piece/section of the top membrane from the front but the rest from that point back was still present & intact on top of the original wood- this scammer literally screwed down some improper dimensioned new wood on top of the old wood material & used some strips of duct tape to hide the fact he never removed the old damaged wood material (he literally was going to pretend to have removed & then replaced my entire roof lol). Mind you had I not discovered this fact and if he had been allowed to finish his plan of deception myself, my husband & our grandchildren whom join us in the rv would have been exposed to hidden trapped mold growth that could have caused us serious health problems- never-mind the obvious other issues of his improper work & the large amount of money already paid upfront & the additional money we would have been out of had we allowed him to continue & paid the rest lol. I had everything he had done up to that point inspected by another professional of the rv repair industry because he kept canceling his next return last minute on multiple occasions each time I brought up wanting to go over our concerns in person with him...this prompted us seeking another opinion which verified this guys grossly negligent process & intentional deception. I ultimately had to fire this conman and pay a real professional brick & mortar company to repair my rv. I wish I had verified this person's certification & confirmed if they were licensed/bonded/insured before hiring him but sadly I trusted he was legit. If anyone out there has had their roof replaced or repaired by this person I highly recommend you get that work inspected & confirm they did it correctly and that you don't have old moisture damage & mold contaminated material hidden underneath your "new roof". Beware folks!

My experience with Brian didn't work out well. I had Brian come out and give an estimate on…read morerepairing some damage on the front of my Class A Bus caused by a lawn chair flying out of the back of a truck. In addition, I needed some other work which included replacing a side camara, removing the diamond shield on the generator door, "which he had to do anyways due to the damage from the chair", which would require repainting the whole door. I also ask him to prep and repaint the upper trim around the bus. He needed three colors to do the door but buy enough paint to do the upper trim also. since we were replacing the one side camera lets due a backup and the other side camera as well. I sent Brian pictures of the damage. Brian was prompt with the estimate and made a comment it was a rough draft but would work with me. Brian was paid in full buy the guy who caused the damage prior to starting the job. Brian indicated he had to finish a couple other jobs and should be able start in a week or so. This was around the first week of Nov. I had no issues with that because I was going to be out of state. Brian had a hard time committing to more than a couple hours of work when he did show up. He would say he was coming and not come. I would text him and he very slow to respond. Had to text him several time. I finally indicated to him he needed to communicate with me. He sent me pics of some of his paint work which look good and he indicated he owned body shop for several years. I don't like burning people on a review but felt my experience with Bryon should be told. Brians work ethics as a business owner for me were below my minimum expectations. Not Dependable! He started my job the first of November 2025 and has never completed the work. My last communication with Bryon was on January 1st. I had mentioned to him I needed it at Christmas. He replied not a problem..lol. First, he doesn't show up when he says he going to and when he did show up it was only for a couple of hours before dark. To help expedite the work, I removed the 3M film and 1/2 glue residual on the front of the bus. I installed the backup camara. The lower driving light was also damaged. He had purchased 2 so they would be the same. I ended up installing them. His paint was blow what I what I what expect from a previous body shop owner. Tape lines were off, he over sprayed silver into the green then clear coated over it after he told me he was going to fix the over spray. He ran out paint several times. If you any experience in having auto paint color matched, you need to have enough to complete the job and have a little left over. He was always trying to stretch the paint by thinning it to much which causing not to cover well. When he painted the front of the bus, he was in a hurry to leave and asked me to un tape it if it started to rain. Whether it rained or not he should have stayed and un taped it when the paint was still pliable. Needless to say, any I wasn't happy about that. with him running out of paint left several light spots on the upper trim of the bus. he was aware and said he would fix it. The wind picked up and blew off some paper that fresh paint on it which smeared onto other portions of the bus, He did not bother to clean that when it was still wet. I'm not sure if Bryon and I got off on a wrong foot somewhere or this is how he works. He has some great reviews, and I had read them prior to hiring him. As an owner of an aircraft repair facility for 25 years, aircraft repair and paint were one of my specialties which leaves me a little anal. I also offered Brian the use of my air compressor or any tool he might need. I sent a text to Brian on January 1, stating was getting a little concerned about what was going on and if didn't want to complete the job I would hire someone to finish it which included all his mess up. I have never heard back from Brian. Brian was very personable, but I would not hire him for any more work.

They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.

She was rude and difficult to deal with. At one point she called demanding our deductible check be mailed, without the job being finished. We had our black tank replaced, and it STILL leaks. Their excuse that a new tank will leak if filled all the way is simply not true, according to other RV techs. They've refused to fix the issue and badly overcharged our insurance company, which now won't work with them anymore. They made zero effort to rectify the situation. They do not stand by their work. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The RV I needed the work done on is a newer (2022) large (45') expensive (almost $500k) coach. I told him it is a large, very expensive coach and he said no problem. He gave me an estimate of $180 dollars and I told him to come on out. He came out and got to work as I was doing things around my house. I came out to check on progress and could immediately tell he had NO IDEA what he was doing. He was about to drag the power through using the old cat5 the old system used. 2 problems with that; one: that's not where it needed to go and two: that power cable wasn't nearly long enough to even get there if that was where it needed to be. He then thought that it hooked up to the Winegard Traveler (automatic satellite dish). I stopped doing my chores and started helping him. I helped him figure out where it goes, how to hook it up, the direction it needed to face, etc...I helped him for about 2 hours before I had to go to work. I hate think what things would be like had I not been there for those 2 hours....but we are not done. I left to work and he "finished" things up. When I got home, I tested the system and it worked (phew). Because the system worked, I called him to pay and he said it will be $200 (remember he quoted $180) because he "forgot about the silicone sealant." I told him I helped him with half the job so I was good with the original $180 and paid him. Then I got to inspecting the job.... for starters, he threw out the screws from the Razr antennae knob that I needed. Also, and now the worst part, the sealant job is a COMPLETE DISASTER. He claimed to have used a "self leveling silicone." I climbed onto the roof of the coach and it looked like a pile of black spaghetti. I asked him to send me a picture of the product he used, but there was always a reason why it would be " a few minutes". I finally found an empty tube of the product in my trash can. He just squeezed plain old black silicone out of the silicone tube all over the place. Didn't even try to make it look respectable. There is absolutely no way it has sealed all the ways for moisture to get into the coach and it looks atrocious! I called him back to let him know I wasn't happy and asked if he was going to make it better. I even said I'd pay for the correct self leveling lap sealant if he would just come clean up the mess and reapply it. He said he will get back to me. Guess what? He has not responded to a single call or text since. If you want a liar (will tell you he knows what he's doing when he doesn't), who does lazy work, tries to adjust the quote, then ghosts you, he's your guy. If you want a job that has any resemblance of quality, run, do not walk, to a different person.
