I was in town to buy something from FB Marketplace. Our meeting place was the Walmart parking lot. I found this place and wanted a non-chain meal. I got the shrimp quesadilla and a Mexican Coke. You order at the register, and the food is brought to you. I sat at a counter. After I ordered, I wondered how they would find me, as no number or name was provided. The staff were friendly and hardworking. My quesadilla was ok. A bit light on shrimp and a bit messy. It had more sauce than cheese or shrimp. The tortillas were homemade. There is a chip bar with several sauces, but I didn't try them. The girl who brought my food asked if I wanted chips, so they may have to get them to you. The place appears to have been something else before it became a restaurant. If I were back in town, I would give it another try. I would order something different, as the shrimp quesadilla was not my favorite.

It's an average of 12 dollars per person here and you get your food within 5 minutes. I got the pineapple fresca and had the unique experience of having to mix my drink so the fruit didn't settle to the bottom. The music was pretty good too. The tortillas had this unique taste like they bought dough from the store and cooked it on the stove. There was a slight aftertaste of corn meal or something that lets me know it wasn't completely made in-house. It wasn't disgusting like genuine store bought tortillas. I got the caldo de res for about 13 bucks and the meat was super soft. My mom said that they must have a Mexican lady back in the kitchen because the soup was how she remembered her grandma making it. All in all if you want authentic Mexican cuisine then come here. It's honestly top-tier and a perfect balance between cost, quality and time.

The food is so authentic!! The chips are made hot and fresh, and have a salsa bar with many different salsas!! All of the salsas were so delicious I couldn't choose just one as my favorite!! I ordered the taco and enchilada meal with a crispy beef taco and cheese enchilada! The taco shell was not out of a package! It's fried fresh! The shredded beef was so good!! Cheese enchilada with red sauce tasted homemade! The guy who helped me out was very friendly and helped me pick just the right meal to enjoy!! I can't believe I have never been here but it will be on a weekly rotation now!! If you haven't tried this place out, RUN DON'T WALK!! I promise you will not be disappointed!!

The food here is fabulous. First time experience and I ams so glad I stopped in for the family. Had the chimigunga and the chili relleno combo plate. Both were fantastic tasting. Chimi was large enough for me. Wife and the chili relleno combo, the relleno was a bit small, mistook it for an enchilada, but the pepper was there. They have a hot sauce bar with about 6 different varieties. Comes with little cups for the to go orders. Unfortunately the lids were a bit sketchy, as one fell off while in the carry out bag and spilled green sauce all over the outside of the styrofoam trays. Really happy with the food. So tasty, very good. Will definitely return.

Wow. Just wow. I'm picky about my Tex-Mex /Mexican food, but this was so good. The restaurant was clean and the people and service was friendly. No issues with parking and no wait in line. Hot, crispy chips delivered and the salsa bar was self serve. It was clean and unlimited. Many choices. Be aware that these salsas are not for the faint of heart. Bursting with flavor and considerable heat. I rarely eat chimichangas because I just don't feel like they are the best choice but today I took a chance. I was glad I did. Everything was delicious and the portions were large. The pricing was very reasonable. Two dinners with two bottled drinks, less than $25 before tip. I'll definitely be back and you should go too!

Carne asada street tacos friendly staff; fast, fresh, & delicious food! Server brought fresh made tortilla chips to our table & we chose our own salsa from their salsa bar. Nothing fancy, but we'll definitely stop again if we're ever in the area.

My order was wrong asked for it plain and it had onions tomatoes, the beans and rice had were bland. The tortilla was undercooked tasted sweet and extremely greasy I could barely finish half before I tossed it. Extremely dissatisfied with my meal.

Stopped by this taqueria joint while in Cleburne and enjoyed street tacos de carne asada, the tacos were stuffed! The meat was good, I've had better. We got there during their lunch rush and didn't have to wait too long for our food. They have a good variety of salsas in their salsa bar. Good music playing while we enjoyed our tacos!

Excellent authentic Mexican food that was just what we were hoping it would be! Chips were fresh and hot! The Salsa Bat has several deliciously options and 2 had some heat which is hard to find! Will definitely be eating here again!

Being from Calfornia and frequent trips to Mexico. It took me YEARS to find some good ass Carne Asada, YEARS. This place is definitely number one so far after many, many try's. The service was great. Just a small simple place with amazing food! They also have a super great salsa bar. I got 2 Carne Asada, 1 Cabeza, 1 Asado and 1 carnitas. My only regret is that I did not get all of them Carne Asada. Will be back and I cant wait to take my wife here.

Excellent authentic Mexican cuisine, served fast, but don't mistake this place for bueno casa bell commercial tacos. Real quality ingredients cooked with the right seasoning for ultimate flavor. Don't forget the salsas! Home made and awesome flavor, not your mediocre manufactured texmex out the jar. Alberto was on the counter when I visited, perfect english don't hate, provided great customer service with a friendly smile, and explained a couple questions i had thoroughly. I'll be back when i'm in Cleburn.

Chile Rellenos. The best in Texas. Amazing flavor, great sauce. Eat it now.

We enjoy some of the best breakfast tacos in the country in San Antonio, Texas...so, we we're happily surprised to find Los Vaqueros in Cleburne during our last visit. All breakfast burritos come with the base of egg and cheese. Los Vaqueros IS KILLIN' IT on the 'Deluxe' (ham, bacon, & sausage), 'Sausage', & 'Bacon' breakfast burritos. Outstanding quality! Outstanding value! Very wholesome, great flavor. Self-serve salsa bar includes excellent options of freshly made options. AND, the staff was very courteous and professional. This is a MUST TRY if you're in Cleburne and in the mood for a great breakfast taco. I wish that we'd taken photos...but to tell you the truth, as soon as we got them, we tore into them. We'll be back to explore the rest of the menu, too! read more

Good sized menu, I wasn't really sure where to start but ended up with the super burrito steak and was happy with it! Good size burrito and pretty tasty. Like both salsas. It's kind of like a fast food setup, but things made fresh. You're not going to be in and out too quick, but the wait didn't seem long for fresh food. I will definitely be back. The signage is kind of hard to see from the street because the tree is blocking it. They should put something on the side of the building that's easier to see. read more

This place doesn't look like much not easily seen from Henderson ... just hidden next to Kroger in the old Huddle House.. I have now been here 3 times... and have not had a bad experience. There good is good, service is friendly and fast. And they have menudo during the week. read more

We finished with cheesecake, rich and creamy, with several topping options. The only thing I would have added was a cup of coffee to go with it. Expect fine dining prices, but the quality matches it. This isn't an every-weekend place, but for a special occasion, Jimmie's is a great choice. We left full, impressed, and already planning to return.

WOW!!!!! Seriously!! This cute little restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that deter you!! The food was absolutely amazing!!!! And it is so fairly priced, the whole family can eat! The staff is fast, kind and seem genuinely happy to be there. We stumbled upon this place by accident and I am so glad we did!! read more

It's was okay but there a much better Mexican restaurant options in Cleburne but I have to admit that I have only eaten there once.
