GREAT PRICES! Looking a the menu, the prices were better than a lot of competitors, and the food was even better! I got the super nachos and added carnitas to it. The pico de Gallo was flavorful. I tried a bite of the chicken tacos my friend ordered, and those were good too! This place was pretty consistently busy up until closing time. Wow, this place was good. Stopped by for lunch today and tried there tacos! My wife and I ordered the three taco plate with beans and rice. I had two chicken and one steak. The steak was so flavorful and tender. It was a really good cut of beef and the seasoning was fantastic. The chicken was pretty good too. Topped with onion, cilantro and their salsa. It was an excellent meal. My wife had chicken and Carnitas. She really liked the Carnitas as the pork was perfectly flavored, tender and moist. Atmosphere - The murals painted on the walls should have earned this place five starts from me.  The problem was that they were under staffed the dining area was taking a beating for it.  It is get in line order your food and wait for your number, eat, bus your spot.  Some people were not following their methodology and it was horrible.  In the COVID area you really need a person dedicated to clean up.  This ties into Service section also. Food Drinks - $4 for Tecate, great deal, and my wife's drink was a steal with happy hour price for the house margarita, salted on the rocks.  I stole a sip, so good. Dinner - $5.25 for a green chile pork burrito, $2 adds beans and rice.  The rice I could have gone without.  The refried beans were simply some of the best I have ever had.  The burrito was good size, longer than my fork.  There was very little filler food in the burrito which allowed that pork to shine through.  They had two salsas at the bar counter with little cups you could fill, a red and a green.  The green salsa had a great kick and paired nicely with my pork burrito.  We also ordered the chips  and guac as a side, solid, and the chips were not overly salted. Service - This a fast food restaurant and the lady behind the counter was pleasant.  You could feel her vibe of being overwhelmed.  I felt bad for her.  The line was steady too, as people came in waves.  The only other person up front was working the small bar.  She was a little more pleasant but frazzled too.  I thought they were both handling it well based on the circumstances. The nachos were fantastic! Probably the second best pile of nachos I have found in AZ (Cafe Rio is still my number 1!) Their beans are delicious! They look weird, almost pink in color, but they were tasty as F! The carnitas was moist yet had the crisp edges on it. I will definitely come back specifically for just these! We were blown away! It was phenomenal! Fresh, flavorful, big, hot, absolutely delicious! The homemade salsa's were the same, fantastic! We knew we were in for a treat with our catered food and so were our party guests. We were not disappointed! The atmosphere is open and clean and comfortable, casual, easy. Feels very homey. Our catering order included Carnitas, Carne Asada, rice, beans, chips and salsa. They were all second to none. The meats were incredible, fresh, flavorful, the beans were super tasty and authentic, the salsas were fantastic! Several of our Mexican friends commented how authentic and fantastic the food was. We had quite a bit of leftovers and ate it nonstop for several days after the party and never grew tired of it. And it took me back to when my late amazing father made his version of tripe like that. I had the asada street taco too and it was cooked to perfection in that it was tender. I could use more flavor but I wouldn't pass it up neither. I had my first prickly pear margarita and nothing is like your first time, right? It was simply pretty and not too sweet. So I love the show diner drive in and dives and this place Guy stopped in on the show and restaurants that look tasty I always google map them and save them so if I am every in that state or town I can stop it. Since we travel to Arizona often for family I been making through my saved places in my maps and finally made it- let me say it did not disappoint. I am so happy I actually got to try this place I loved every bite and every flavor. It wasn't crazy priced either for 6 people and a beer was $66 . If your every in the neighborhood it's definitely worth a drop in. The beans were so amazing, the tacos were so delicious - what they are really know for are the taquitos and omg mouth watering delicious. I hope I get to visit again soon. This place is a most- the service was fast and staff was friendly . One little thing is they weren't very busy when I stop by (during covid - and dine in just opened up) and all tables were very dirty. But there were three women behind the counter one taking orders and one grabbing orders the other one not sure what she was doing- she could have been cleaning tables; but instead I grabbed cleaner and wiped off my own table so I can sit. UM HELLO. Where have I been all this time?!! Tacos here were great! Had lunch here during the week (12pm) and the parking lot was crazy full. I wasn't sure if everyone was at this place or somewhere else. We ventured in and we quickly realized that the full parking situation was because everyone was in here getting some food! We got in line and started looking over the menu. The line was about 9 people long so we had time to look over it. They have bowls, tortas, burritos, tacos, a three taco plate that comes with rice and beans, and I also saw that they the have menudo and posole, YUM. I decided on four chicken tacos and my husband decided on the three chicken taco plate. The plate runs about $7 and each taco individual runs about $1.50. We each got our own drinks and those were, one soft drink and one agua fresca (Jamaica) We spent about $18. This place was chaotic inside. Finding a table was a challenge as there were a ton of other customers looking for somewhere to sit as well. Luckily, we found one right when someone else was leaving so we sat down quickly. We waited about 15 minutes for our food and they called it out by number. Our food was nice and hot so we quickly dug in. My chicken tacos were delicious. They were already dressed when I got them (cilantro, onion, and a green salsa) and so if you don't want any of the toppings make sure to let them know. My husbands beans were really dry so we didn't eat them. The rice was a little bit over cooked so it was a bit soggy. The flavor was good though so we ended up eating it all. They don't have a salsa bar but I did see red and green salsa bottles on the front counter. The inside of the restaurant is nicely kept and they had several tvs on as well as music.
