It's generally consistent, and when something has been off, they've usually been good about correcting it. The problem is there seems to be something nearly every visit. During the breakfast rush, the lobby gets so packed you're practically standing over people eating near the host stand. Cleanliness also needs attention - the yellow fabric booth backs are visibly stained, and on one visit I could see into the kitchen and noticed a dirty rag leaning against food being prepped. We started coming around 11:30-12 to avoid the rush, yet oddly our last two visits have had some of the longest waits for food and service. One meal took over 30 minutes waiting for a poached egg on an egg benedict (I think the kitchen forgot) while my other food sat ready in the back and got too cold to eat by the time they brought everything out. The waitress was NOT helpful at all but took the meal off when she saw we could barely eat half. Most recently when we made a reservation, we received a text saying our table was ready, confirmed it, walked inside, and were told it by the hostess " I just wanted to make sure you'd confirm, it'll be another 10 minutes." Why tell guests their table is ready when it isn't??? That just started things off bad. Although we do get a good chuckle every time we hear one of the hosts take a guest back and as "so what brings you in here?" Oh you know, probably because y'all have food and we're hungry what else? Lol That same visit, our waitress repeated all my modifications back correctly, but when we actually got the food it wasn't cooked to what was specified so I'm thinking the main problem is with the kitchen being careless and not paying attention to tickets, ticket times, cleanliness, etc. it just feels like things are getting sloppy. I don't expect perfection and any one of these things would be easy to overlook. It's the fact that the "little somethings" (cleanliness, long wait times, incorrect orders, or poor communication) are starting to add up. I do gotta say the food has been SOLID, flavor wise, which is why we've kept giving them another chance, but the attention to detail needs improvement. At this point, another major issue may finally be the one that keeps us returning here for our weekly fam brunches. I do hope things don't keep sliding though, this is a nice spot in a prime location.

I would recommend doubling up on the shells, similar to how they're served at many Mexican restaurants, so they hold together better and provide a little more support for the filling. The seasoned potatoes were unfortunately too salty for my taste. I would suggest using less seasoning. I'm not sure if they come pre-seasoned, but next time I'll probably request no additional seasoning to see if that makes a difference. Tip: Download their app and sign up for their email list! They offer specials, promotions, and even BOGO coupons and other deals, which can definitely help you save on future visits.
