No matter how busy, the wait is never long but your food is made to order. They have an abundant salsa bar and, if you sit outside, an employee is cooking up something on a plancha. We don't know what. We have only ever sat inside or carried our tacos home. Next door there's a modern bakery next door with cakes, bars, cookies and traditional Hispanic treats. Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others.
