The carne asada is juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly how it should be. The verde sauce was a revelation--a pure adrenaline rush straight to green-painted Flavor Town. The place itself is nice, and the ambiance was decent--definitely better than most permanent food-truck seating areas. The service was great, with no complaints. The lady taking care of us was fast, attentive, and always checking in to make sure everything was okay and that we weren't missing anything. 10/10 for the service. The pricing was pretty expensive, but considering it's mariscos, I understand that seafood can be pricey. Still, for a food truck, I feel the prices could be a little more reasonable. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was that both my wife and I got sick the same day after eating here. I ended up having to miss work because of an upset stomach and extreme vomiting. Based on our experience, we believe the shrimp was undercooked and some of the vegetables may have been expired. As good as the food tasted, getting that sick completely changed my opinion of the experience. I can say 100% that I won't be coming back.
