We stopped in this afternoon. We weren't immediately ready to order. The server brought us waters and said to take our time. She never came back to take our order. Instead she chatted with some wine club members near us and gathered their plates and jokes and laughed with them. We were there 25-30 minutes before we walked out. Super disappointing. read more

We are recently new members to this amazing winery club. We have dined a few times now and had fantastic food items. We took "mom" to Mother's Day brunch and again great food. They were very busy as expected with over 300 reservations so the wait was not at all bad, the service however........HORRIBLE! The young man, (Brandon, Brenton, Bradley....some B name) that was our server, was absolutely terrible. Mom (being European) requested water NO ICE but that simple request could not be granted, he filled the glass with lots of ice and very little water. At one point a glass of water was spilt but all "B" did was walk over, place a large stack of napkins on the table and then he walked away. No attempt to clean it up, no offer, just napkins. There was a "special Mother's Day menu" so we asked about the Ribeye that was on the menu. "B" responded was "what do you want to know, its a ribeye, its $40 bucks and you get 2 sides", which other that the price, is exactly same info as was on the menu. He provided no other info such as sides, type of beef. A few minutes later, "B" walked by with a pitcher of water so Mom asked for more water, He put up one finger, didn't say a word and just walked on by and began filling other water glasses. The restaurant had the spinning "fly shooing" devises on some of the tables to keep flys from landing on food. When we requested one, "B" quickly dismissed the request, saying "we are all out", even though we observed several other employees walking around and supplying them. I get that Mother's Day brunch was busy and there were a lot of patrons at the restaurant but common courtesy, common sense and a little bit of real work ethic would have been nice. If "B" wasn't trained correctly, that's on the facility but it just appeared to be "B" and his own lack of people skills. If you don't like people, don't have people skills or get overwhelmed by people, you should not be in the "people business". Will we return to have lunch or dinner.....of course, it's a great place with wonderful food and wine. "B" should definitely find other employment! read more

This little winery is worth the drive. Beautiful setting. A little treacherous on the narrow black top road leading there and I'd be concerned about driving this after dark. We went for lunch and had a delightful time. Burgers were delicious and cooked perfectly. Higher end wines were equally good. The only downside was that the 2 bottles we ordered to take home were included on the tab. It seemed the expectation was that we tip on them as part of the meal. Not to be confused with Lost Peanuts Ranch, which is where I always end up losing peanuts. We've enjoyed their wines on a couple of occasions, once because they were cheap on sale, and the second time because we liked it so much the first time. We haven't been to the actual location, but their products are available at various stores here in Texas, and they're better than most of the Texan ones if you want me to be honest. read more

We had a lovely wedding anniversary dinner at Los Pinos Vineyards. The beautiful grounds, the friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the delicious meal. We had the delicious charcuterie board, the salmon and the rib eye. The wine was perfect (Tempranillo) and so we're the luscious desserts. The only critique would be that the rib eye was a little too fatty for my taste. Otherwise, it was a lovely experience and we will definitely be back! read more

Wow, we really wish we had found this place when we moved to East Texas 8 years ago! Four of us went for Sunday brunch. We had crab cakes and cheesy toes (with the best marinara sauce ever) for appetizers. Delicious! Our friend had steak (best steak she ever had, she said!) Another friend had Caesar salad with wild caught Alaskan salmon, and it was great. I thoroughly enjoyed the wild caught Alaskan salmon, lightly blackened, with asparagus and mashed potatoes, and my husband loved the crab cake appetizers so much, he got another order for his meal! Our meals were so good, we ordered two pizzas and two orders of cheesy toes to take home for dinner and breakfast, respectively. The wine drinkers at the table really liked their choices, especially the 20-year-old cabernet. The four of us shared a piece of carrot cake, and it was over-the-top delish. I would have liked it room temperature rather than cold, however. The setting is pretty, and peaceful. The county road is a bit rough, but it's a tiny portion of the drive from Longview. The service was enthusiastic and attentive, almost too much at times, but we had a lovely experience overall, and look forward to returning soon. This would be the perfect place for a class or family reunion, bridal shower, office Christmas party, anniversary party, or rusticly refined wedding. read more

All My X's" has been my favorite wine for about 5+ years. It's a really good red wine. It's not dry and it's not super sweet. It's a great balance of everything. We are not from the area and it's hard to find it in DFW. Select Kroger stores are the only places we have found it so far. When we are in town we like to stock up! We have searched for a go-to wine when we are all out of all my x's, but we have not had luck! As for the winery itself, it's really pretty and fun to visit. They have indoor and outdoor seating. There is usually a fire pit and a live band on weekends. Sample all the wines to find the one that's right for you. They have fun little wine flights, so it's easy to try all the different styles of wine. We like to grab a pizza and enjoy a bottle of wine when we visit. Their pizzas are great! We have tried several and all have been delicious! This place is a little off the beaten path, but once you find it, you will be back for more! read more

I have seen a few reviews about poor service and what not on here so I was unsure at first but after coming and experiencing Los Pinos for myself I'm impressed!!! I have visited multiple coastal wineries and Vinyards and compared to coastal vineyards this one does not disappoint. I am I dry red wine girl and their reserve is on point! Plus they have amazing live music on their patio even in the 100 degree weather. Definitely worth sitting outside for. It was busy so I recommend making reservations. They do seem slightly under staffed as most places do. But I promise you that enjoying their sparkling rose on the patio during live music especially from Schaefer Mueller will make your weekend the perfect relaxing and enjoyable one! Unfortunately, you don't open until 4pm, (I went at 2pm thinking you would be open on a Friday afternoon) and I drove over an hour to sit a spell. Los Pinos was a lovely place for a day trip. I had a lot of fun and a relaxing time. My first vineyard and it didn't disappoint. Back roads were a little cramped for two cars, not use to that being from the city, but we made it okay. Lots of rows of grapes and vines. We got a taste testing and prices vary from samples to a glass to a bottle. They have dry wines, sweet reds, whites, and dessert wines to try from. I liked that option since I only drink sweet wines and not a lot of places accommodate that Nice location for photos, and a place to eat that would pair with your wine. I was hesitant about trying figs in a pizza... but it turned out to be amazing. Figs, prosciutto, and cheese all went well together. Looks funky, but you gotta try it! Good place for a date, getaway weekend, or something new to see/do for sightseeing if you're in the area read more

She was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! My husband and I had great conversations with her and she was really sweet! The food was literally the best I have tasted in Pittsburg. For starters I recommend the Shrimp Fries, and the Tapas (its like a charcuterie board! :3) and for the entrees the Filet Mignon and the Ribeye, for dessert we got the Crème Brulee and the Chocolate S'mores Cake! That's what we got and it was all delicious! The wine we got as well was the BTL All My X's, by the time we left I was super tipsy! It was delicious! Very sweet with a bit of bitterness but not to much where you wouldn't like it. We got the bottle to go, it was that good! Big disappointment! Drive over on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch and wine tasting. We ordered side salads as appetizers, I ordered Salmon, the hubs ordered Chicken fried steak. Entrees we're served before we got our salads. In fact, we had to inquire about our salads. We were half finished with our entrees before the salads were served. Hubs drink order was never served. Water glasses were never refilled. Assume it was waitress (Mak) fault for our poor service, as the place was not busy. Food was mediocre, at best, nothing to rave on. Huge improvement to the food! Service was slow but I am not sure if this is just there lax style or because of the 5pm shift change. It took 20-30 minutes for us to get our Appetizer and that long to order our dinner. Of course once the food came it was all good. New chef, new menu items= better food! Only thing I ordered and really didn't care for (maybe didn't go well after having the Tapas) was the Bangkok Chicken dish. It was okay could have had a bit more flavor. Not sure it fit the theme of the restaurant. Everyone one else said their plates were great. They even complimented how much the wine had improved from our last visit. Excellent place to sample wines (flight of dry or sweet wines) and dinner. We totally enjoyed the Ribs Platito and Italian Cheese Toes (both appetizers) Great service also - and very knowledgeable. Mid October - and we had no problem getting an outside table - about 5:30 PM - If you have a gps - it is not a real problem getting here - my Tom Tom was off by few hundred feet - so if can't see the building, just drive a little bit more and you'll find it. Los Pinos is a staple for me and my fiancé for 5 years. We absolutely love the atmosphere, wine and food and are loyal Wine Club members. One of the reasons why I choose Los Pinos over other wineries in East Texas is because they have a full dinner menu as well as brunch on Sunday, which most other wineries don't have and just have tapas. My two favorite items on their dinner menu is the portobello and goat cheese pizza and grilled salmon *chef's kiss,* and my favorite wine is their Pink Moscato. Such a great spot for date night! Also, I called the restaurant to let them know we were going to be about 15 minutes late, and they moved my reservation for me to 15 minutes after my original reservation time so I was very grateful they accommodated us. read more

And then she forgot the appetizer I ordered which was a cheese board. (Wow.) I paid $200 for service I could of gotten at McDonald's.
