I explained that I wasn't going to spend another hour on the road for their mistake and simply asked for a refund. She replied that it was "not company policy" to issue refunds and instead offered for me to come back tomorrow to get the missing food. I told her I don't come to Mount Pleasant often and would not be able to come back tomorrow. She then offered to extend the remake for a week, and later even said she could ask her district manager to extend it for two weeks. None of this fixes the fact that I paid for two meals I did not receive. This is absolutely unacceptable. Refusing to refund customers when an order is incomplete is stealing. I paid for food and did not get it. Whataburger should do better.

Pretty hard to eat wings without them. Constantly keep telling everyone they were closing. Last calll yelled at 7:30 & table next to us asked for one more. Completely ignored! Many people walked in were immediately told they couldn't be served since they were closing. Recommendations: Put a big sign on the door if you are closing early. Wait staff should politely inform your guests & still assist them with a smile, not frustration We have been here many times before & never treated this poorly. We weren't the only ones she upset.
