Here's where the problem lies. These did not have a authentic Rojo sauce. They were topped with a almost pink tomato gravy sauce. It was very offputting and did not have a good flavor. Our server was pleasant, the ambience was that of a typical Mexican restaurant and clean. The person who checked us out was very pleasant. Will we go back? Absolutely not. If you can't make an authentic rojo sauce or serve warm, freshly cooked tortilla chips, I'm not up for trying anything else on your menu.
