They came out hot and fresh with the perfect blend of soft, flavorful inside and crisp exterior. This was my first time trying baleada, a popular El Salvadorian comfort food. It was very satisfying and quite large: a soft flour tortilla with refried beans, eggs, and meat. The star of the show (aside from the Pupusa) was the beef tacos. The food is always consistent, the drinks are good, and brunch is probably the best move.
