I'm not going to lie, their food is pretty good. My 2 stars are over the ignorance of the grandmother who works there. There was no alcohol in our margaritas. We told them this and we were sitting by the bar and saw them put in alcohol in the premixed margaritas after we told them. But they never corrected the situation and when we spoke with the grandmother she had the nastiest attitude. If you don't like your job or business find something else to do. I needed to speak with the manager regarding a charge, before she came she yelled across the restaurant "yall gotta stop letting these customers run yall!", she arrived at the table with a horrible attitude and said that there was nothing she could do, I explained that we were told about a broken machine, but not the upcharge. She asked the server, he confirmed, then she walked away. We thought she was going to check on something. But she never returned. We asked to have her return for clarity, but she refused. First time I came to this restaurant. My niece brought me, said she had been going here for years. It was me, her and her 3 children. If it wasn't for the fact, the server made a good effort to be friendly with the children and that the chips and salsa were good, I would only be giving 1 or 2 stars. With its authentic interior design, food, and most staff members, it's truest a little piece of Mexico in Boardman. I have visited this restaurant a couple times with mixed experiences but overall it was enjoyable. Some of the wait staff can be a little hard to understand and you can tell they don't speak English very well. One of the male bartenders during my visit was somewhat rude and seemed bothered that we sat at the bar. When we asked him for waters he proceeded to clean most of the back bar area before actually getting us our drinks...which was about 15 mins later. My wife had a chicken burrito with refried beans. Food was served but no guacamole. I asked and the server said he would be right back with it. Never saw him again until he stopped by half way through dinner and we reminded him of the guacamole. Never returned. We asked another server and they said they would send our server over. He turned and walked away but said something under his breath in Spanish. My wife asked if I had heard what he said and I said no it's so loud, I heard him say something but couldn't make it out. We looked at each other and realized, this was our purpose. We needed to stay overnight so we can have another taste. We slept in the car and realized we would have to make money if we wanted to eat more of these life changing nachos. My wife and I discussed our options and decided to pawn our wedding rings. We also sold our mobile devices, and what little bit of valuables we had in our car. The next afternoon they opened up again, and we went back to gorging ourselves like bears getting ready for hibernation. We were on a limited budget, but we couldn't stop. My wife looked at me square in the eye, because we knew what we had to do to feed our lust for these nachos. She was arrested in the parking lot.
