He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress free. What really stood out to me wasn't just Austin, it was the entire team. While I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice how warm, welcoming, and respectful everyone was with every customer who walked through the door. It's rare to see that kind of consistency in customer service. They got me in and out much faster than I expected, and I left feeling like they genuinely cared about helping me. 10/10 experience! I'll definitely be coming back for any future tire needs, and I'll be recommending America's Tire in Turlock to all my friends and family!

This is my kind of tire shop, particularly for repairs or single tire replacement…read more I had a slow leak in my Honda Civic tire and I failed at patching/plugging the tire myself it continued to have a slow leak. Recently, I made the horrendous mistake of using a can of spray sealant (popular brand name omitted here) to fix the slow leak. This stuff essentially pools up in the tire and creates an impossible-to-balance wheel/tire which vibrates heavily at over 60mph. I removed the wheel/tire at home and brought in. Within 10 minutes I was out the door with a mounted and balanced used tire (had just as much tread as the original) for a very reasonable price. Since I did the removal of the wheel myself it probably saved some expense and time for everybody. I've come to appreciate that replacing with used for passenger car tires, might be more cost effective that repairing your current tire. They seem like no-nonsense guys and appear to just work hard and get stuff done. Too often the corporate tire places charge way too much and are incentivized to up-sell you on everything. I have heard that their alignments are reasonable too, so I'll be back next time I need one.

Passing/palming off, Deceptive practice, false advertising. Discount tire and wheel is NOT…read morediscount tire. This site is passing off to capture customers. When I drove to discount/America's tire to use my warranty I immediately realize they either relocated or they're using their store front images as themselves. The owner kindly explain how to get to americas tire. I showed the owner the photos of "his" store front and the actual building in comparison (see screenshot for reference) and his response to the photos was that his company has been around longer than americas tire quoting both his business and discount/America's business establishment by year. End of the day, false advertisement and completely inappropriate way to get clients naturally. I would've never recommend a business that chuckles and defends this. Check the screen shot for the address and cross check before you go because although this is portrayed as Discount Tire it's NOT.

After stopping at a stop sign, my car wouldn't accelerate past 20 mph, and I ended up having it towed to his shop. Sammy quickly figured out the issue, my car had completely run out of oil, which ended up damaging the VVT solenoid and knock sensor. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything to me. I had no idea my car was burning oil faster than normal, especially since I still had over 3,000 miles left before my next scheduled oil change. He took the time to educate me, recommending I come in every 1,500 miles to keep an eye on it going forward. Most importantly, thanks to Sammy's expertise and quick action, my engine didn't seize, which could have been a much bigger (and more expensive) problem. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, I highly recommend Sammy to anyone who wants a mechanic they can trust!
