Always the best and freshest food. They are the most consistent Mexican restaurant in the area. They are very polite and service is fast.

Amazing food, made fresh to order, friendly staff, family owned and a must to visit while on Anna Marie Island.

I hate writing negative reviews, but people should know about our experience. I stopped at Los…read moreBajitos yesterday for a quick lunch by myself. Right from the start, things felt off. Instead of seating me, the employee pointed at a menu and told me to order. I started giving her my order, but she walked away in the middle of it and had another guy take it on a handheld device. I paid right then and there, which seemed a little odd for a sit-down restaurant, but I didn't think much of it. My chimichanga came out in what had to be three minutes or less. It was so fast that I couldn't imagine it was freshly made. Unfortunately, it tasted just as disappointing as it looked. It was incredibly bland and had an almost chemical taste to it. I kept trying another bite, hoping it would get better, but it didn't. I finally gave up after just a few bites. The restaurant itself didn't help my appetite. The silverware looked dirty, the music was blasting, and the whole place just felt grimy. While I was eating, an older couple came in to order takeout. They were told they could only place an order online. The woman looked at me and said, "I guess we can't eat here then because I don't know how to do that." I ended up bringing the rest of my meal home, and my 16-year-old son ate it. Over night, he became terribly sick with severe gastrointestinal symptoms that we believe were food poisoning. He's never experienced anything like that before. I only ate a couple of bites myself, and looking back, I'm glad I stopped when I did. After all of this, I looked up the restaurant and saw that it had received a health inspection score of 80 not long ago. I've rarely seen a score that low, and after seeing the conditions inside and what happened afterward, it made me even more concerned. Needless to say, we won't be back. This was a really disappointing experience from start to finish, and I would encourage anyone thinking about eating here to do a little homework first.

Such a cool concept!! In Between Bar literally sits between two restaurants -- Fuzed…read more(Asian-American) on one side and Los Bajitos (Mexican) on the other. There are openings inside the bar that connect to both restaurants, and the menu lets you order items from either spot, which makes it perfect if your group is craving different things! We started with the bao buns, which I've had before and they are always my go-to must order. Absolutely delicious every time! The dry ramen bowl was very good and came with a generous portion of chicken. They weren't able to add the fried egg and substituted a boiled egg instead, which was a little surprising and not what I had preferred for this dish, but the dish was still flavorful and good. The Texas burrito bowl was excellent -- fresh guacamole, steak, chicken and shrimp, and really great flavor throughout. Between the unique setup, the ability to order from two different restaurants, and the solid food, this is a fun spot that's definitely worth checking out!

That's simply not true. At no point did anyone tell me that combining the lime and mango flavors…read morewould dilute the taste of the tequila. If they had, I would have ordered it differently. The fact is, I couldn't taste any tequila and had to pay for an extra shot just to make it resemble a margarita. Also, if your margaritas are as generous as you claim, then why did the couple sitting right next to me also have to order an extra shot? I watched them order two lime margaritas, and I watched one shot of tequila go into the blender for both drinks. If you believe otherwise, check your security cameras and your sales records. I'm not in the habit of leaving negative reviews, and I certainly don't lie. I order margaritas regularly at many restaurants and have never had this issue before. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing enough that I won't be returning.

This restaurant offers dining in, takeout, and delivery for lunch and dinner. My husband and I ate one dinner here. The exterior of the restaurant looked like an old house, but the interior had beautiful wall murals. The seating was spacious, but a ceiling lamp was too close to my husband's head and made him feel hot. The employees performed their jobs quickly and courteously. The menu listed fajitas, burritos, enchiladas, tacos, desserts, alcoholic beverages, and more. Meat, seafood, and vegetarian options were available. Most foods were Mexican, but I appreciated seeing a few foods from Honduras and El Salvador. My main course was the Shrimp Fajita (4.5 stars), which consisted of nicely cooked shrimps, vegetables, tortillas, rice, and beans. My husband's main course was Carne Asada (3.5 stars), which was a bit dry and tough and he said tasted like lemon but came with his favorite rice and beans. My dessert was Fried Ice Cream (4.5 stars), vanilla ice cream with a crispy coating, chocolate syrup, honey, and whipped cream.

The first thing as soon as we walked in is the smell of fabuloso or whatever they use, it smelled strong enough to were I could taste it. This for me is a negative (if i was alone, i would have walked out) but my friend choose this place. I ordered a combination plate with a chicken hard taco, the shell was NOT homemade. Had a cheese enchilada, tortilla was hard to cut through, im used to soft corn tortilla where the fork can cut right through. Also had a stuff cheese chili poblano, it was OK, it was not chille relleno im used to. The red sauce was good. But the one thing I was shocked at, is the combo plate didn't come with rice and beans. The menu is somewhat misleading when reading it. I mean we at a Mexican restaurant, I've never not had rice and beans with a meal. The chips and salsa was good. My friend had a margarita that tasted like a virgin margarita. She did say her ceviche was OK. The young lady from Venezuela who helped us was nice, professional and informative. I will say, the place was packed and they still managed to provide good service. Personally I probably wouldnt return just because there are many other options. Anyway, I got the veggie bowl (since I am vegetarian), and it is SO GOOD. It has beans, pico, rice, peppers...and guacamole. I usually don't like guacamole that much, but this guacamole is actually so good I ate it all! Also the salsa is so delicious. Extremely delicious. The service was awesome too. They were sweet, fun, and very helpful. Last time I came here, I requested a quesadilla with cheese and soy meat (like a chicken quesadilla), and I thought they wouldn't let me do that, but they did! And they were very understanding with it as well. The ambiance is also so cool, too. The decor is so well put together and beautiful, the music isn't so loud that I can't hear (which is nice, since I have issues with hearing), and the lighting was nice and made it feel much more ambient. This place is so awesome, I think everyone should eat here instead of chipotle (especially for the veggie bowl)
