We went here for dinner on Sunday. We were promptly seated and brought our chips and salsa. That was the last time we saw anybody. Sat for at least ten minutes waiting for waitress to take our drink order. There were several standing in the back talking but not one of them helped us. People that came in after us were brought their drinks immediately. We then got up and left and ate dinner at Logan's Roadhouse around the corner. We will not be back to Los Cabos. read more

I've eaten here before & then I would've given it a two. Came today in late afternoon and wasn't greeted. Was waiting on a friend to arrive so it wasn't a big deal where normally it would've been. Two kinds of salsa and warm chips were brought to the table. I'd rate the salsa a 3. The chips were mostly teeny pieces so we requested new chips. New ones were fine. Decided on sharing the Los Cabos Sampler. It was much better than I expected and I would order it again. The steak nachos were my favorite of the items on the sampler. Our waitress (Yvette) was fantastic. Food was ok. Busboy (Michael) was incredibly rude. So rude that I won't be back. He brought out the food, lifted a plate high enough that I couldn't see it and mumbled the description under his breath. I said excuse me and he pushed the food an inch in front of my nose and served it to my daughter. I said "you don't like your job, do you?" He responded "what did you say to me?" As far as Mexican food in Owasso, this is probably my favorite. If you're willing to drive into Tulsa, though, there are many better options. I had a steak quesadilla with rice, which was good. We also had a cup of queso, which was pretty good. The salsa is not especially flavorful, but it's decent. I've eaten here several times and it's pretty consistent. I usually get some item with steak, and haven't had any real disappointments. If you're nearby looking for Mexican food, this is a good bet. If you're hoping for something exceptional or special, this isn't it. read more

All of the Los Cabos locations are just ok. I usually do not frequent Owasso, but I work out here and came to this location for lunch with coworkers. This location was cool on the inside, there were different rooms that had different feels to them. We were seated in the room closest to the patio. Our server was just ok. We had a large group, but he wasn't very communicative with the table. Service was a little slow at lunch even though they weren't very busy. My favorite thing at los cabos I think is the queso with ground beef in it. Other than that everything has just been kind of "meh". If I had a hankering for Mexican for lunch in Owasso again, I will come back. Los Cabos isn't bad, it's just not my first choice. read more

We went for an early Sunday dinner ( about 4 pm) to the owasso location. We were seated quickly and brought the customary chips and salsa. We studies the menu and waited patiently to be offered some water to drink. We attempted eye contact with one of the several employees walking by but ignored each time. We watched a second family get seated and brought their drinks. We were so offended and ignored we left and amazingly....no one noticed! Will not be back! read more

Not my favorite Mexican restaurant in town, but it is always consistent. There is one dish I really like here and that's the Fajita Chicken Enchiladas. They are covered in a delicious sour cream sauce and shredded cheese. I do wish they had fajita peppers & onions inside them also, because they are basically just grilled chicken enchiladas. I love the rice mixed with a healthy portion of salsa. I have never liked their refried beans though. They just have an odd taste. My husband loves their borracho beans. Their salsa is very good and the chips are always fresh. The best thing about this place is I have never had to wait to be seated. No matter how packed the parking lot looks, we always get right in because this place is huge! We always have great service too. read more

We were greeted and seated promptly, the waitstaff was attentive. Food was good, a little heavy on the cheese. My only issue is that I didn't receive what was listed on the menu. I had fried Avocados, I asked for one with shrimp, one with chicken. They put shrimp on both then handed me a plate with chicken strips which was fine, mistakes happen and I ended up with extra shrimp. However, I should have also received rice and beans and I didn't realize it until we were ready to leave. So I guess my only advice is to be sure you get what you pay for. read more

I'm surprised at all the negative ratings...they almost turned me off from trying Los Cabos but luckily it didn't. My party of 4 went on a Saturday night and were seated right away with prompt service. Our server, Sarah, was friendly and efficient. Our food was tasty as well...not the best TexMex I've ever had but definitely some of the best I've had in the Tulsa area. Margaritas weren't overly sweet and gave a pleasant buzz. This is one of my favorite restaurants in town. My husband and I eat hear embarrassingly often. And that has been since they first opened. And with that said we always have great service. We never have to wait to be seated and a lot of time we get their after work when all the crowds are their. We even try out other dishes some times and have always been pleased.. i don't know at what time the less than happy people are going in to give a lower review,, maybe it's been during Christmas Holiday but even then we have had good service. read more

Have eaten there several times, and enjoyed all meals. However, they seem to have changed recipes on several items, rendering them inedible, I.e. burritos have very little meat, consist of about 2/3 onions, and peppers that are even too hot for me, and I really like jalapeños. My wife and I went at 4:30 in order to miss the crowd. There was only one other couple there. They sat us in a corner booth. GREAT. Then they put a large family right in front of out table with kids. No big deal but they were blocking our server. Then they put another family right next to us. They were hacking and coughing like crazy. All the empty booths and they put them right next to us. We went to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were greeted at the door by a team of four asking how many for dinner. After about thirty seconds of indecision I recommended we be shown to a booth of our choice. Needless to say there was another round of indecisive chatter and we were finally shown to a booth. Next a very loud/boisterous waitress arrived to take our drink order and push gift card sales. After about ten minutes we got our drinks and the waitress was off again promising to return shortly. Ten minutes later she returned and seemed to be in a rush to get our order. We placed the order and off she went. In what seemed like a very long time our food arrived. Mine was cold and my wife's was incorrect. I forgot to mention that the restaurant was not busy at all. So, again we wait only to be disappointed for a second time with incorrect orders. Finally, I gave up and decided to talk to a manager. With an additional wait, the manager finally arrived. I voiced my concerns only to get the obligatory "I'm so sorry for your bad experience" and off he went without even offering to adjust our bill or to correct our order. Needless to say WE WILL NOT BE BACK! There are many choices for dining out and we will avoid Los Cabos in Owasso at all costs. read more
