We started off with cocktails and both were fantastic. We hit the flow state with fries and the Caesar salad and immediately yes to both. For 7 bucks you get a ton of fries and the Caesar was the perfect touch. We paired these two items with their Savy Blanc and it was crispy and refreshing. Moving on to the mains, the burger (dare I say) might give Tina's a run for their money. It was cooked perfectly and with all the elements of a perfect smash burger. The salmon was fantastic but my greedy self wished it was bigger cause it was that good. As a whole, vintage wine bar is becoming one of my favorite spots in Tulsa. Friendly staff, good vibes, and impeccable wine, we absolutely loved vintage and can't wait to go back!

The wine and cocktail list is thoughtfully put together, and there are some interesting choices worth exploring. The small plates were tasty and paired nicely with the drinks, though not everything was especially memorable. Service was friendly and knowledgeable when engaged, but at times it took a bit longer to get attention than expected. Still, its a nice spot to unwind, especially if youre in the mood to try something a little different without too much pressure.

The space is absolutely beautiful--bright, modern, and effortlessly chic. There are huge windows overlooking Main Street, comfortable outdoor seating for people-watching, and honestly... some of the most comfortable bar stools I've ever sat in. Their bar is stunning, even if you're not much of a drinker. I usually grab a seat there because it's such a great atmosphere. The fresh floral arrangements and thoughtful table settings make the whole place feel elevated without feeling stuffy. One thing I really appreciate is seeing the owner working right alongside the team. She's present, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the guest experience. I always find it inspiring when an owner is willing to roll up their sleeves and serve guests alongside everyone else. You can feel that throughout the restaurant. Now, the food... the Chicken Satay owns a piece of my heart. It's perfectly grilled, packed with flavor, and the sauce should honestly be bottled and sold. I always swap the pickled onions (hard pass ) for extra homemade pickles, and it's one of my favorite bites in Tulsa. You can even add extra skewers if you're feeling ambitious. I've also had the nachos, soups, salmon, and other chicken dishes, and everything has been fresh, beautifully plated, and gives off "healthy but still ridiculously delicious" vibes. And don't skip the truffle fries with their house-made ketchup--they're worth every calorie. Even the open kitchen is fun to watch, and yes... the bathrooms are just as clean and stylish as the dining room. Reservations are easy, service is consistently warm, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. I still haven't made it in for brunch, but it's officially next on my list. If you're looking for fresh, flavorful food in a beautiful space with people who genuinely care, this place is absolutely worth a visit.

On this day we went between brunch and lunch so it was quiet. As they were setting up for lunch, a lot of tables had reservations signs on them. So, like I said, make reservations. For our meal we split salmon benedict and the spring salad. When we told them that we were splitting it, they brought it out already split, which was so nice. We never expect or ask restaurants to do that so if they do it's always a pleasant surprise. This place is cool because you can go dressed up but don't feel too out of place if you are dressed down. Although I will say that wouldn't dress down for dinner service. It feels like evenings probably a nicer service. We looked at the dinner menu and plan to go back for it. The food was absolutely delicious 10/10 Drinks 8/10 - I had cupids spritz and my hubby had the spicy carrot margarita. I would get mine again but he wouldn't order his again. There is an abundance of wine to choose from. Our server was rushed (and they were packed) and I didn't get a lot of direction on the wine so I just ordered a white sampler and just asked for three dry varieties. The first one I tried (Collan) was not dry in my opinion. The Triple was drier but my favorite was the Fume. I really got hints of pinion in this final one and ordered another 5 oz. of it. We tried the avocado bruschetta to start. It was four big pieces of good bread but was more avocado toast than bruschetta. I would probably go with a different appetizer next time. We both tried the burgers. I went with the mushroom-gouda one. It was over done and not seasoned at all. The gouda was nice and gooey and the mushrooms were seasoned well. Fries were OK. The table next to us had a couple of the flatbreads and I would try those next time. Back to the service. It was OK but our server had a tendency to just show up at our table and just stand. I would come back to try more appetizers and a flight of their red offerings. I also want to know more about the winery. Maybe after the busy holidays.

This is especially true after their recent renovation that includes beautiful murals and more open seating, not to mention the amazing patio to soak up the sunlight! The drinks are terrific too and Collab has an inventive menu for their specials. I like their drip coffee and they have this really spectacular drink called the Sunny Spro (lemonade, sparkling/tonic water, lavender, and espresso) that took me by surprise and became one of my all-time favorite drinks! The staff are also very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about their menu and offerings. This is also one of the few places in Tulsa where you can order a bottomless drip for those days where you do decide to stay a while. I love the Collab and highly recommend you give it a shot! (5/5)

Some people working, some people socializing, but not crowded or loud. It's in the burbs but feels quiet and plenty of parking. Menu- my almond orange latte was truly life-changing. I will be trying to recreate this at home for sure. Not sweet but lots of flavor. The espresso here is excellent, not sour or bitter, very smooth. The blueberry muffin was truly the best muffin I've had in my life, and I do not say this lightly, I am quite picky about muffins. Fluffy and moist, the blueberries were not mushy. And the jalapeno scones was shockingly good and it was even gluten free. It was more similar to a shortbread in texture, which I preferred over a scone actually. Very buttery and tasty, not spicy if you're sensitive to that. It was $17 for these items, so higher than expected, but spot on for unparalleled quality. Friendly service, and very fast. Can't wait to go back, this place is just doing everything right.

I ordered apricot iced tea, the vegan fried chicken sandwich, and pineapple upside-down cake. I don't normally like chicken sandwiches that much, but this was really good. And the highlight was getting to choose any of the salads on the menu as the side salad that comes with it. I had the hearts of palm salad with vegan cheese instead of the usual parmesan. It was delicious! I also got to try the cauliflower wings and a bite of the Korean BBQ tofu sandwich. I liked that sandwich too, but not as much. I do like the way they fried the tofu, but it seemed different than what was described on the menu. It seemed just deep fried, but not battered. My only complaint is the layout of the building and the lack of directional signage. I didn't park in the parking lot, so I didn't know to enter from the back and I ended up on a long confusing walk both outside and inside the building before I finally reached the dining room.
