First time to this location. We sat in the bar area, and the service was great. At one point, our bartender/server chased down a patron when she thought he left without paying his tab. He wasn't happy about this. So that was interesting. I had chicken and cheese enchiladas, which were pretty bland/basic, nothing special. My husband had the taco salad, which he said was very good. The white queso was good. Our margaritas were a little heavy on the mixer. Overall, not a bad experience, just not overly impressed. We would return if meeting others, but probably won't be going out of our way to eat here again anytime soon. read more

Taking my review down a star for several reasons. One, they ALWAYS give you one salsa each and a bowl of chips for 4-5 people...really? I could eat two cups of salsa myself. The shrimp fajitas were bad! Like really bad! $16 for 8 shrimp, poorly cooked veggies and bland beans. They also charged us an extra $1 for guacamole in place of sour cream. The guacamole was less than a tablespoon! I literally laughed when they brought it out. I would take my review down to 3 stars based on this experience, but the service was good. I hope this is not a trend. Los Cabos used to be my favorite Tex mex destination, but had this been my first visit, I would not be back. We gave Los Cabos another try after speaking with the manager, and we had 2 pleasant experiences with great service and food. They remedied their salsa recipe issue, so it tastes normal again. read more

This place is BUSTING. The environment is reminiscent of the Santa Cruz Mexican coast. Fish murals everywhere. Lake front view. If I died and went to heaven I wouldnt be surprised if I was at los cabos. And that's on EVERYTHING. I've tried almost everything and I liked it all. Nachos, yup. Enchiladas, double yup. And the fish tacos make you do a lil jig. If you don't get the flan you are a NUT. Request Ashley as a server. she is a great hostess and will take care of ya, we were there quite late after closing hours and the service was still SAUCY. Atmosphere is nice of course. The service was great. However, the food is way overpriced. I ordered garlic chicken with spinach and cheese. It was good but I paid $17 for something that I could've easy done at home. We ordered queso it was just like warm not hot. I'm a little late giving this much deserved review. On Sunday, April 2nd, a group of us had dinner at Los Cabos in Broken Arrow. We've eaten here many times and it's always wonderful. I recently had to start a gluten-free diet, and this was the first time I had eaten at Los Cabos since I started it. Our server's name was Nate, and he was very attentive and accommodating. We asked if the chips were gluten-free free and he informed us that they weren't. He then had a basket of gluten-free chips sent out as well as a gluten-free menu. We all agreed that the gluten-free chips were better than the regular ones. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad with blackened chicken, and it was so good! I so appreciate the live music on a Monday night! What a treat. We came in for drinks only. Great Rita selection. The property is lovely. We sat outside on a gorgeous summer night. The servers were sweet and prompt. Chips and salsa was fresh and warm. We ordered corn tamales which were jiffy muffins in yummy sauce. The grounds are well maintained. The interior is richely decorated and interesting to look at. It was pretty busy for a Monday night so that tells me a lot. The menu looked great. If I am back in town, I definitely will come here. This is really good TexMex! Margaritas are on point. Had a Patron Margarita tonight. I like the dual salsa served with the light and flavorful complimentary tortillas chips. The roasted salsa is my favorite. Ordered a cup of queso. It's white cheese and tasty! Plain is wonderful but you can spice it up with ground beef or chorizo. We shared a Cabo Wabo platter and took more than half of it home for leftovers. Crazy amount of food! All in all a great place for some Tex-Mex! read more

I've been to Los Cabos several times, and this review will primarily deal with my most recent visit. I came here with my dad after an evening flight, and there was a healthy crowd. There was no shortage of fresh chips (read: FRESH tortilla chips!) and salsa. By default, they bring two salsas. The first is a somewhat chunky red one, which isn't my favorite because the tomatillos taste really starchy yet oddly sharp. The other, however, is a brilliantly done roasted salsa that has a whole host of south-of-the-border flavors. I powered through the first salsa by myself and our awesome server Matt quickly brought over another. It's easy to get full on chips, but don't fall for that trap or you'll miss the entrée! I ordered the Southwestern Chicken Salad with blackened chicken. This bad boy was loaded with super fresh veggies, although the avocado could have been a lot better (it was a little mushy). While the blackened chicken was OK, they let it sit on the grill a little too long because it suffered from the unfortunate TDS -- Too Dry Syndrome. My dad, a meat and potatoes man if ever you've met one--had the Brisket Tacos, sans pepper, onions and avocado. He liked them but they weren't a huge thrill, although we did take the leftover taco home for later. The food came quickly and was hot, although they did deliver his dish with all the things he had requested they hold, requiring a wait to have it redone. Our server was very attentive and friendly. While Los Cabos is really Tex-Mex, they have enough flavor and fresh herbs to hold their own. That said, there are loads of very authentic, family-owned Mexican restaurants in Tulsa. I'm giving it a 3.5 but the good service tips it toward a four instead of a three. read more

I only been to the BA location twice now and I personally like this location more only because of the environment. I went with a group of 4 on a Friday night and it only took 10 minutes give or take to get seated. Our chips and salsa quickly followed. I order the Shredded Beef Burrito and it was amazing the beef had a Smokey flavor to it which was amazing. The rice and beans were great, and the waiter was really helpful. They could not serve wine because they lost the bar corkscrew and and they would get one until tomorrow lol Then 2 stalls in the Women's bathroom had no toilet paper.... just heads up. I went to this location yesterday. I ordered the los Cabo's tilapia. I love this dish and have it every time I go there. This was not a good day. The corn bread muffin was dry and stale. They put a cheese sauce over the fish. It's never came with this sauce before. The refried beans tasted like chili beans. It was not good at all. For a chain place I have always enjoyed going here. I either always get the stuffed chicken avocado that they fry to Perfection or the sampler platter. Last time I went I got the sampler platter and it had some beef nachos, some chicken taquitos, and 4 chicken quesadillas. This was perfect as it lasted me for dinner that night and two more lunches and everything heated up beautifully. They have a lot of fun drinks to pick from and the wait staff is always very friendly. Plus they have a great patio! More than one person can eat; and, to me, salads don't taste good 2nd day. It was good. Not fabulous. I've had better for less cost. Bills fajitas were great. The lunch size was just right. He got 3, almost 4 out of it. Bottom line for us: we remembered why we don't come that often. The price is high. The food is ok. Better deals elsewhere. The service was good. Great atmosphere with an even better view of the Lake. Service was 5 Star! We ordered Queso, which was really yummy! They don't have veggie relish which was a bummer. For lunch I ordered the Mexico City Tacos, their version of street Tacos. I had chicken, steak, and carne asada. The outer corn tortilla was a little hard but I still managed to eat all my tacos. The drinks were pretty slow to come out but the food was good. They charge extra for tortillas (3 flour = 1 side), which was a little odd.
