We used Lorenzo and team today to tend to our enormous deodar cedar tree. The tree is 80 ft tall and a huge branch had broken and was dangling high over the sidewalk. Lorenzo was incredibly quick in his response to my Yelp inquiry, he was clear in his questions and very professional. He showed up the next day to give me an estimate and explain what was needed and why. No pressure, just clear information. When his crews arrived to the do work (8 hours of several people to do a full trimming) they were all very professional, polite, friendly. As I gaped at the guy jumping between branches 80 ft up (with full safety gear and harnesses) they explained with pride what they were doing. I sent a message online about removing a tree from our property that was leaning too close to our house. I got a message back the same day from Lorenzo letting me know he could come the next morning to take a look and give me a quote.
