It's my third time to this Cancún classic that's been her forever. Lobster always on the menu in so many ways. It s not the touristy loud hotel zone party feel but more of a touristy, classic in the know feel. If you're a lobster fan, live or otherwise, stop by here. The highlight is feeding the crocodile "Lorenza this time" after your meal! A must stop in Cancun

I really wanted to like this place. The prices are pretty steep for mediocre food. Got the filet stuffed w/ lobster and shrimp. The sides were quite interesting and a pretty simple potato. I had high hopes for this dish. The ambiance is great though. Maybe a great place for drinks and views, as you do have crocodiles stop by to visit. They also have live music, not sure if it's every night but for sure on a Friday. The service was great, but there was an incident that happened that totally has left a bad taste in my mouth. Upon paying the waiter Angel came back and asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I had informed him that I would leave the tip in cash. He acknowledged that and when I received my receipt back I saw that there was tip added. I double checked with him to make sure that what I was reading was correct. He had assured me that he understood, and (I know he did because I said all of this in Spanish) he mentioned that his coworker just added the 20% himself. I was left flabbergasted, since I've never experienced this before. At the end of it, the waiters just really ended up blaming one another when I asked for a small explanation.

Food was amazing!! Service was top notch! Very attentive and always right there if we needed anything! Ambiance was perfection! Gorgeous inside and out! The kids loved the fish tanks and live lobsters! Was expensive but it's to be expected and we were in vacay mode! 10/10 would recommend!

Easily a 5 star experience. The wait staff are always there for you and attentive down to changing your plates out multiple times. Sit outside on the deck, its intimate, romantic and don't get me started on the beautiful sunset overlooking a small island in the Lagoon. You can see the highrise hotels and the loop ferris wheel of sorts on the hotel row portion of Cancun. The restaurant is very charming and the interior is decorated in a nautical antique decor, lots of beautiful wood everywhere. The food on the menu is very old school fashioned. You will see Lobster, stone crabs and lots of fresh seafood choices, Caesar salad mixed at your table w the sauce whipped up on the spot as well, not your usual fare as well as steaks and desserts from chocolate lava cake to Crepe Suzette. Worth stopping in if you are in the Cancun area. Buen Provecho!

Great atmosphere right on the water. The service was excellent and the food very good. The portions are large, and can be split . We made the mistake of ordering too much food. There was a crocodile hanging out in the water. Pretty funny.

Nice location and ambiance with good food. The croc on the water was a special. Highly recommended!!

    Very nice presentation.

Food and service was great. Had the pacific oysters and the catch of the day. My wife had the coconut shrimp and clam chowder and shared the soft shell crab. Presentation 10/10. Ambiance was great. Went during lunch time, got seated and served right away. Giving 3 stars because I was told to remove my hat. I did not have my hat the whole time, only while taking pictures. In the 3rd picture I forgot to remove my hat, thats when one of the managers in light blue approached me about their "strict" dress code. I happily took my hat off. Then I was annoyed when he escorted another party to their table. One of the guys were also wearing a hat and he didn't tell him anything. Also I looked around, another lady was wearing a visor. Visor/hat, it is the same thing Mr. Manager or whoever you are. If your gonna tell one person to follow your dress code, I expect you to tell everyone one else! Just because we're young and maybe didn't look fancy enough for lunch time, you think you can impose your dress code unfairly. He was nice about telling me that there was a dress code he even opened the door for me as I was leaving. Probably a nice guy but I just a bit annoyed he did not tell the other 2 patrons wearing a hat ans visor.

We went to Lorenzillo's the first time in April because it was across from our Hotel and really enjoyed. Service was good and the food was delicious. So when we went back in June, we were there again. And everything was great as well and we had a chance to see a crocodile. Kids were happy with that.

Fettuccine, may look good but had no flavor whatsoever.

Food was honestly not worth the price, no flavor in anything. Way to expensive for it to taste like this, Olive Garden is better. Although the staff was incredibly kind and respectful . Place is beautiful and spacious. Leaving to go to dominos right now.

My husband and I decided to head here for dinner one night of our honeymoon and were definitely not disappointed. The ambiance was amazing and we were seated right on the water where a friendly crocodile provided excellent company. The bread they brought out was plentiful, fresh, and had so many options, and the garlic butter that accompanied it was spot on. We both ordered the lobster, my husband selected the garlic butter option while I opted for the broiled lobster (as recommended). We also started out with seafood soup, which was flavorful and full of different types of seafood. To cap off the meal, they gave us a complimentary dessert that was absolutely delicious. My husband left saying it was by far the best lobster he has ever eaten, and the portions were so large we had leftovers to bring back to our resort. Needless to say, when we are back in Cancun we will be dining here again.

Can I give it more than 5 stars? Stayed at an all inclusive resort a 5 minute bus ride away from this restaurant. Spending eight days and having every restaurant at least once, my beautiful girlfriend and I ventured out and decided to give this place a chance. We first saw it when we went for a walk a few days prior. Anyways, this place was AMAZING! From the second we walked in, we were treated like family. We didn't have reservations and we're fortunately was seated immediately but I recommend having one. Place began to fill up fairly quickly after we were seated. The food was outstanding. The decor was fantastic. My girlfriend who was with me, looked amazing. Mi Amor Highly recommend this fantastic restaurant.

Food; service and ambiance was great, Price are U.S. prices, but so is almost every where in Cancun. Cancun has a 16% sales tax.

It's huge, as far as presentation it's not very fancy, it was tasty but as large as it was you'd think it had more alcohol to offset the size. But it did not. My wife ordered the aguachile with octopus. I ordered the Tuna Burger, and we got the steak quesadillas as an appetizer. My wife said she would give her aguachile a 3.8 out of 5. I thought the tuna burger was very tasty. Basically they took a tuna steak and put it between a hamburger bun. I can't really compare it to a regular meat burger. But on a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 7. It came only with lettuce and tomato, but it had flavor enough. The quesadilla's were good, but nothing special, I'd say they were comparable to any you get at an average Mexican restaurant in the states. We came here because of the high ratings. Maybe we ordered the wrong things to try, I thought everything was good, but nothing that was so good it made me want to hurry back.
