Our plumber and electrician both commented on how great their work is and that they don't run across the quality of work much at all anymore. Tyler, Matthew and Solid Foundation and excellent. We had to use another tile company/guys a few months ago due to schedules cause we had to get my elderly moms shower done asap and those guys work was average and we had to fix a few things after, wasn't good. You get what you pay for and having problems later is not worth it especially when it involves water in your house, you have to do it right.

We were left with unfinished floors, poor workmanship, and a huge mess to figure out. That's when Serrano Family Flooring stepped in. They immediately helped me figure out what we needed, assisted me with ordering the additional flooring, and got our project back on track. They completed the installation in a timely manner, and the difference in workmanship was incredible. The entire crew was awesome -- on time, professional, neat and clean, respectful of our home, and true craftsmen. Our new laminate flooring looks absolutely beautiful. And my experience with Serrano went beyond the flooring. Melissa in the store helped me choose gorgeous natural limestone for our bathrooms, and Angel took an inspiration photo I showed him for our fireplace and turned it into a reality. He truly took my vision and created my dream fireplace. The craftsmanship is beautiful. Kain installed 24x24 tiles downstairs alongside existing hardwood. He and his team were punctual, patient, clean, thorough and blew us away with the final product. We sought quotes from several stair companies highly rated on Yelp. One was pretty booked up and wasn't interested in coming out to our house. Two came to our home and gave us estimates. The price quotes for K Pinson Stairs and the other company were not too far apart, so we made a selection based on gut feel. My wife and I are glad we picked K Pinson. Kelley listened to our design ideas and he came up with a great final plan that we agreed to. He told us it would take two weeks to demo the old stairs and complete the new ones. He and Christian actually beat that by a couple of days (for which we were very grateful). Understand that K Pinson Stairs is a completely handmade, custom product -- not from a factory. Kelley and Christian personally crafted EVERYTHING but the metal tubes and fasteners -- the brackets are even custom made. There are lots of gorgeous details in the woodwork that are the mark of a true craftsman. If you're thinking about getting new stairs, I give Kelley and K Pinson Stairs my highest recommendation.
