It's been such a fantastic experience that I convinced my mom to try her PT here as well. And after just one session, she was quick to tell me on the car ride home, how relaxing and comforting her massage was, because the therapist focused on areas of pain where other facilities completely ignore. So we highly recommend this place, even if you live far, it's definitely worth the drive. Also has good parking!

On my first day of therapy she provided me with exercises to do at home and encouraged me to do gentle movements to help heal my injury. I was referred to complete 12 weeks worth of sessions and each week, Jodie made sure to ask how I was feeling, and ask if the previous sessions' exercises worked well, and assessed the current session based off of my response. TEN STARS! I recently visited Imperial Dermatology and am so thankful I found Dr. Hou! I waited too…read morelong to address a skin concern on top of my ear, and to my surprise, I was diagnosed with Basal cell carcinoma... WTF!!!! The front office staff, Marci and Tiffany, were welcoming and transparent about pricing through my insurance. Emily, Lena, and Davina (Medical Staff) provided exceptional support, explaining everything in detail and easing my worries. I'm only 37 and I never thought I would have skin cancer, but they calmed me down. Dr. Hou and her team performed MOHS surgery right in the office just 10 days after my first visit, taking the minimum amount of skin as possible to successfully remove the cancer. They also took care of all the necessary forms and even provided letters to my employer, making the process seamless. When it comes to scary skin stuff, this is the only place I trust! I just can't see how someone can leave a bad review! I received a ton of skin care and sun care swag, and by my second appointment the whole team knew me by name and came in to check on me. BTW they call and confirm your appointment date and time at least twice leading up to any appointment so I don't see how anyone could miss/forget their appointment. Little divot in the ole ear but super blessed to have found these people! THANK YOU DR. HOU AND TEAM!

I do appreciate that he took the time to listen, and the conversation itself was positive. Shortly after, my prescription was finally processed, and I received it on 5/1/26. It was also refilled for future use, which I'm thankful for. However, it took nearly two months to straighten everything out before I was finally able to receive my prescription. However, the overall experience still leaves me genuinely concerned. It took me being unusually persistent and more forceful than I'm comfortable with just to get a response from the office, pharmacy, and insurance. That shouldn't be necessary for a patient trying to manage their healthcare. More importantly, this situation caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety and has negatively impacted my health. I already deal with high blood pressure, and this experience elevated it further, which is both troubling and unacceptable when seeking medical care. At this time, I'm giving a 3-star rating in recognition of the effort Dr. Tomasian made to personally address the situation. I may update this after future visits. I sincerely hope his office improves how they handle patient communication and follow-through so that no other patient has to go through a similar experience.

Deb (Debbie/Deborah) at the front desk was so patient and kind when I called to say I'm lost and can't find the building. She stayed on the phone with me and patiently guided me how to get to the correct building. (totally my own fault, I struggle with my navigator. The building is simple to find if you just follow directions. I arrived late and stressed, but she was kind and understanding. Dr. Chu was very kind, explained his recommendations and let me ask any questions I wanted to. His assistant Hannah was also very nice. A week after my biopsy Hannah called to give me my results and asked if I had any questions. I'm glad my results were favorable. Either way I was going to leave a 5 star rating.

I loved that they gave me a treatment plan that worked to accomplish my personalized skincare goals and they weren't pushy about anything in particular. Dr. Derek Ho took the time to really explain everything deeply. I've been to A LOT of skincare and dermatology clinics all over the world and this place was the best in educating me in what works for my skin. The first step of my visit was a scan with their face machine. It showed me my problem areas such as wrinkles and dark spots, as well as skin age and what I would look like in 30 years. Then, based off of that they recommended Picosure to target the sunspots on my face. It was my first time getting Picosure and I'm definitely coming back for more! It felt like a spicy facial with minimal downtime. I definitely saw fading in my dark spots, especially on my cheekbones. I also received UltraClear laser and steroid shots for a scar on my chest that was starting to become a keloid. The shots helped to flatten the scar and the laser helped to fade it. From my understanding, UltraClear can also be used on the face to help fine lines and wrinkles. I also received a bit of Botox on the forehead to round out my day of treatments! This dermatology clinic is incredibly clean and modern. I felt like all the staff took great care of me and were super welcoming. It's become one of my favorite places to go for any skincare treatment.
