He was able to confirm that I had an infection and that I needed retreatment for a root canal. I was seen right away for an emergency evaluation, and Dr. Suarez was very welcoming and professional. I hate getting xrays as my mouth is small and the tools used usually cut into my gums. Jennifer does a great job in keeping that experience as pain-free as possible. I was referred years ago by my friends in the neighborhood. No regret so far. Right now I commute 30 plus miles to my original dentist of over 35 years. I've come here before for emergency orthodontic reasons which my dentist doesn't have on site. With the gas as high as it is im good right down the street from our home! While Discussing options and treatments they saw I just didn't understand, so they really took the time to break things down for me. I am so grateful to Dr. Suarez for his talents and recommendations. After spending 5K on Invisalign (different practice), I loved my teeth but hated that my gum-line now was crooked due to how the teeth shifted. I consulted with my primary dentist who HIGHLY recommended Dr. Suarez for laser gum contouring. I came in on a Tuesday for a consult and 2 days later I was in the chair getting the work done. They answered all my questions with ease, verified coverage with my insurance and came to find out the majority of the work would be covered! I am post op without pain, bleeding or discomfort and most importantly -- the work looks gorgeous. It's not even noticeable along the gum line where it will continue to heal for the next week. Initially appt took over an hour of them taking pictures with old school technology (game Speak Out mouth scretcher and a camera). Dental staff is either incompetent or sneaky. Dentist told me to get a mouth guard and staff quoted me $400 which I thought was too expensive at the moment. Came here 04/04/2024... I had woken up to an intense toothache from a cracked tooth that was unbearably painful. The Tylenol just wasn't cutting it anymore.. I reached out to a few dentists in the area that all pretty much said they couldn't see me until Monday (It was Thursday) until I came across Ricardo Suarez DDS on yelp. Gave them a call and I was penciled in within the hour, let me just start off by saying the entire staff is completely welcoming and friendly and extremely professional. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, sat down for less than five minutes and was taken to the back. Took a few x-rays and told them what was going on. Dr. Suarez gave me my options of what he could do for me and weighed in the possible outcomes (possibly needing root canal) luckily didn't come to that.. If you experience dental anxiety this is a great place to go. They make me feel very comfortable because they are open to talk to me about my concerns. They are accommodating, and will adjust to my needs. They are also very clean, which is a trait that not all dental offices share. May 9, 2014 MY RESPONSE: Dr. Suarez, as much as I appreciate your response, I still feel that it was your office's ETHICAL obligation to notify my husband & I of these charges PRIOR to any work being performed. Not as an afterthought. As for your reviews on DemandForce, I would like to address publicly that DemandForce is an internal system where reviews must be "approved" by your office prior to them being published online. Therefore, open & honest reviews that have negative responses would more than likely never be posted. It's sad that you would even promote that to manipulate consumers. May 8, 2014 MY INITIAL REVIEW: If you are considering this dentist for the first time, beware & be VERY careful! About a year & a half ago my husband & I were searching for a new dentist since we just moved into the area. I found Dr. Suarez online with only one bad review, the rest seemed really good, so we decided to take our chances. My husband went in 1st for a simple consultation & x-rays. He was never made aware of any charges, which seemed rightly so, since he knew that our insurance covered consultations, x-rays & cleanings twice a year. A few days later I had an appointment & the same thing. I was never made aware of any charges. I also had a cleaning though. When I was leaving after my cleaning, I was presented with a bill of over $180 for my husband & I. I was in a bit of shock since we were never told we'd owe $, but decided to at least pay my portion of the bill because I wasn't quite sure. My husband was headed in for his next appt right after & I asked him about these charges, which again, we were never made aware of from the start. He was in shock as well, as our insurance SHOULD have covered this. Needless to say, he did not keep his 2nd appt, and after multiple delinquent bills & calls to Dr. Suarez's office, I was told that the remaining charge of $68 would be taken care of & we never heard from them since. Thinking nothing more of it, we kindly decided to part ways with this dentist. Fast forward a year & a half, and my husband & I ran our credit reports for a vehicle we would be purchasing only to find, to our surprise, a delinquent charge on his credit from a collections agency for $68 for Dr. Suarez!! Yes, the $68 that we were told by his office would be "taken care of"! This absolutely disgusted us! Beings that we will be buying a home very soon & can't afford this on our credit, we have since paid this amount & are waiting for it to be removed or marked as paid, but it should have never came to this. In conclusion, at first glance, Dr. Suarez & his staff seem extremely nice & friendly & exactly the type of dentist atmosphere you would appreciate, but come to find out, they are either just extremely incompetent or they are just out to take advantage of ppl. I wish we would've trusted what that 1 bad review said, because we ran into to same exact problem! We just hope that no one else falls victim to this dentist office. read more

This place is great! :) I hate going to the dentist and I always have but thought it was finally time to go to one after seeing what a wonderful job they did on both of my friends. First off, I'm a total chicken when it comes to the dentist or anything to do with my teeth, however my friend was telling me not to worry. I love going to the Dentist!!! And how many people can say that ? To the moment I walk in the door to sign in for my appointment I am always greeted. I never ever have to wait more then 5mins in the waiting area to be seen. Once I'm in the dentist chair either to have my teeth clean or work done I'm always taken care off. I love this place. Even my daughter loves coming to get her teeth cleaned it worked on. This is the only place that I trust with by letting my daughter get seen by herself while I wait. That's how much I trust them.
