While I dread the fact that I have to go through this again, I am excited that this time around I have the freedom to remove my liners when need be. I have had my Invisalign for a couple of months and have no problems with them. I have gone to one check-up, which was quick and painless! The set up of the office makes me feel comfortable as they have free WiFi, coffee, tea, treats, and even a game area for kids! They conveniently have two sinks and disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste by the waiting room so that you can clean your teeth BEFORE meeting with the doctors! I'm all about using my time effectively :)

wow, i am amazed by the quality of care and the softness of the staff. every team member i spoke to…read morewas very kind, professional, and helpful. they are also well staffed so wait times are short. this was my first visit and i was very grateful at how the providers listened and built a great treatment plan with me. my previous dentists were not as willing to work with me on a treatment plan. in the past, i had been concerned about my receding gum line. my most recent dentist, another private practice, had nothing to say. i got a second opinion and he said there was no concern, that my teeth were growing and elongating. well, fast forward to my visit at west covina dental, Dr Abu took a look at my x-rays and did advise there was a bit of bone and gum loss. finally, i don't feel crazy! it was wonderful to be taken seriously and have treatment to prevent further loss. periodontal services can cost a bit so if i can prevent it further, i will. my hygienist Maria Bonilla made sure the procedure was comfortable and enjoyable. she was a master with the tools and i seriously have never had cleaner teeth. i have quite a few follow ups and i am looking forward to having them as my dentist. shoutout to my dentist Dr Abu, my hygienist Maria Bonilla, Jasmine for finance and Angel for finance and front desk. everyone was awesome!!

Overwhelming to say the least. I'm not sure I'll come back just because of the amount of pressure they put on you. When I told them I needed to discuss something with my husband before I make a decision on dental care, they said "do you want to call your husband now" or something to that effect. Then when I said I'd probably come back next weekend, they were pressuring the hell out of me to schedule. Lots of questions. I will def be going to a smaller dentist office. These offices are all about a sale at the end of the day. Just be very careful going here if you don't have a backbone to tell them no. I left feeling so overwhelmed. But, after my cleaning, my teeth looked great.

We worked with Kylene and Dr. Bottala for his initial consult and once again we had a positive experience. Unfortunately due to his wheelchair not fitting in the X-ray machine, we were unable to get that done, but we were still able to move forward with getting his Invisalign. Yvonne was the person who helped him with getting his Invisalign set up in his teeth and went over all the do's and don'ts of caring for them. She also told him about the patient rewards hub app where he can get points for various things and redeeming his points for gift cards. Great incentive to get the patients motivated to take better care of their teeth! I don't think they had this program when my first son was here a few years ago, but when he was a patient, they didn't offer any incentives, so this is a nice new perk! I really like this office for ortho procedures. I did also get a consult from my regular dental office for his braces, but I just really liked the facilities available here and the fact that they had more appointments that could work with our schedule, so we came back. Plus, in addition to prizes, they have all these fun things for kids like video games while they wait. It's a no brainer, if you need orthodontic service, just come here.

Dr. De Guzman handled a similar issue right away, proving this was completely unnecessary. We will not be returning. I came here and Mayra has been very sweet and taking care of me. She helped to prepare the paperwork and take care of my x-ray. Dr. Kim personally apologized to me several times and explained exactly what happened. More importantly, they immediately switched to a new phone system to prevent it from happening again. Since then, every time I had concerns about my braces or experienced discomfort, Dr. Kim has been incredibly patient, kind, and responsive. On two separate occasions, he even stayed after office hours to see me for urgent adjustments. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but he genuinely cared about making sure I was okay.
