We have used this company for several years and have had several sprinkler heads replaced by them with no indication that anything was placed incorrectly for them to do their job. Owner was horrible to speak to my kind wife in that manner. Shame on him!!!! And, to charge for thier mistakes!!!! Egregious!!!!!! No matter what the rsponse will be!

Affordable was not only the best price by A LOT (about one quarter of the highest bidder) but they also started within a few days of my accepting their proposal! They were fast, very friendly and there were no surprises or add ons. The owner, Owen answers calls and text messages immediately and is very easy to work with. I'm so glad I found them. After a little too much time, spent hand watering I decided that it was time to just buck up and get a professional to come help. I had called Johnny initially, and he did tell me that his rate was $150 hourly. I wasn't sure if that was high, but it seemed kind of high so I didn't call back right away. However, I had a conversation with my neighbor across the street who gave me the number of someone who would come and worked on her system and said that he was really great. Ironically it was Sunset. So I figured that might as well pay a little more than I wanted to know that whoever came was good at what they do. Referrals are everything. I called Johnny and he was able to get me in rather quickly. He actually ended up coming a day earlier than we had planned because he had some extra time and it worked for me. He was able to figure out my system really quickly and spent the time to show me how to program it and make sure it's working. He also told me to call back in the winter that he could chop down a pesky tree that I would love to remove from my front yard. Overall, he was very personable, and definitely seem to know what he was doing. While his prices were exactly what I had budgeted for I would so much rather pay a professional who knows what they're doing then go cheap and end up with bigger problems than I started with. I had two years to figure out the system and never could but he was able to in five minutes. I am so looking forward to not having to worry about hand watering in the mornings anymore. I'm also very lucky that the system I had was actually working and there were no additional issues to deal with.

I'm very happy with yard clean up and gravel/sod installments for my yard area. For someone who's…read morenot green-thumbed at all, I really needed a clean up and a redo of my yard so the dust and dirt from my ground doesn't keep blowing over into my home. Plus, having some sorts of landscape gives a better, happier vibe than a plain dirt in my opinions. I appreciated that Martin was prompted in communications re: quotes, planning and with ensuring that staff showed up at appropriate time. Paul and Cheri the staff who worked mostly to help with my yard showed up on the days/time I expected. I also appreciated that they were respectful to my property and simply could work independently on own without giving me much worries at all. Now that the yard cleanup, sod and gravel installment, irrigation for watering are done, I'm very happy and thought it was definitely worth the time and investment. Best...you know who love the work more? My 3 naughty troubles (e.g dogs)!! Ever since the first day the work was done, they all preferred spending time outside in the yard and inside the house. Usually when I open the door for then to roam around my fence yard, previously with dirt, they would choose to stay inside. But..now that the yard is redone..100% they prefer being outside!
