They worked on a neighbors home in the cul-de-sac that I live in yesterday morning. I arrived home following an all night shift, I am a RN and work 13 hour shift. They blocked in almost every single neighbors home with all of their equipment, equipment not even being utilized. We have a large church parking lot across the street. This easily could have been used for all of the trucks and equipment not being utilized instead of blocking all the neighbors. My driveway was completely blocked by the large truck towing the wood chipper, that did not have a cover on it allowing all the wood dust and particles to blow over the entire area. The workers saw that I need to get into my driveway and made we wait to get in, I had to get out of my vehicle and physically ask and the workers acted like they were the ones inconvenienced. They unhooked the truck from the chipper and then parked across from the chipper, blocking any access through instead of putting the truck into the church parking lot. This parking lot is only three house lengths away from where they were working. The workers were rude and obviously not professional in any way. I called the number on the truck to find out that the owner, Robert, was just as clueless. I explained to him that this cul-de-sac has mostly retired people living in it that need access in/out of the area. I explained when I had my yard completely landscaped 6 months ago that the company was professional and utilzied unused equip in the church parking lot so the residents wouldn't be blocked in, this completely went over the mans head. Leadership trickles from the top and it is not hard to see why there is a lack of professionalism with this crew. Several neighbors were upset at their lack of professionalism as well. One older gentlemen told me this morning when he went to talk to the workers they cussed at him and one flipped him off. This goes to show the type of service you will receive from them. Please consider the lack of respect and the lack of professionalism when utilizing this company. read more

I do NOT recommend them for their service. I hired them to trim two trees of dead branches as well as do a fungus preventative and nutrient treatment. When Robert said they were done trimming, I had to point out on both trees several branches that they had missed. They are the "professionals" so why should I have to point this out. I watched him partially spray a $7 bottle ( not the whole bottle) of fungus spray around the trunk of the trees. He then put a couple scoops of some granules around the base of the trees (less around one) and watered them. He later tried to say he used a whole bottle. Their clean up was not thorough and they shoveled away a lot of the rock that I have. When I mentioned it to Robert he dismissed it saying it was only a few rocks. I even showed him a bare spot. Again, claiming to be done, I pointed out branches that had been cut off, still hanging from the tree. Clearly showing my disapproval of their work, he asked if I wanted them to get the branches. Should you have to ask. This was a way over priced job for very sub-par work. Clearly they are not concerned with customer satisfaction. read more
