Mike did a great job in tuning up my sprinkler system. He was efficient and thorough, and he answered all my questions.

I had some drip sprinklers that needed repair. Somehow, I found these guys. Mike was out in a couple of days. He was fast and efficient. He repaired about 20 feet of drip sprinklers and buried them in less than thirty minutes. Mike was prompt, on time, told me what he was doing. I will use them again. Before I could publish this, I did have Sprinkler Expert out. I had a leak in an old sprinkler system. Mike arranged for a couple of guys to come out. They fixed the leak and installed new manifold. We contacted Sprinkler Experts regarding repositioning of 2 major drip lines so we could place a shed where they previously were located. I was able to get an appointment within a week for an estimate. At this time of year it is very hard to even get someone to respond. I disc contact a couple of other companies and the response time was much further out. Ed came out on Thursday and explained what he thought was the best option. To our surprise he put us on the schedule for the following Monday. He said he would work us in around his other jobs. They did not arrive at the scheduled time on Monday but kept us informed with messages. Jesus and Louis arrived and spoke with my husband about the job. I am very pleased with the work that The Sprinkler Experts did for me. Ed came up with a plan that made more sense than what I was thinking. He explained everything in detail of how he would repair the deteriorated ground under my artificial turf and reroute my drip lines to prevent the problem from happening again. He used commercial grade products that will last much longer than what I had. Ed showed up every few hours to check on the progress and quality of everything. The crew I had, Yoel and Andres were professional and polite. They were very meticulous with the entire project. The turf looks better than it did before and the drip lines are hidden. One sign of a reputable firm is their willingness to correct a negative situation -- and they did by getting in touch with me by text and email. We had a pleasant meeting May 29. I was impressed by his apparent knowledge and approach Mr. Gonzales said he would send a quote that night. The next day he said he would send it in " a couple of minutes." Having been told that he is very busy for the next month, we suggested he could get us a quote by early the next week (the first days of June.) That was 10 days ago. Ed Gonzales was very professional and responded to my request for this job immediately. He and one of his employees came by to give me an estimate the next day and sent quotes to me. I hired this company for the work I needed done on my turf lawn. They did an excellent job and everyone was professional. I may hire them again to do some maintenance care in the future. read more

We had two very bad leaks near our front and backyard sprinkler manifolds. We had bids to redo our sprinkler system from companies who did not even investigate the leaks; the one that could repair it was two weeks out. I called Sprinkler Experts and Ed came out to examine the problem. He said he might be able to repair the leaks within the next few days. I accepted his bid for the work, which was the most reasonable bid. The next day Alex and his crew came and worked diligently to stop the leaks. I moved down to Rio Rancho and purchased an older home. The prior owner had not maintained the irrigation system and the system had multiple leaks and many of the trees were not being watered. Ed spent over four hours repairing and replacing all the water outlets. System now works great!! read more
