I miss the paper containers that they used to have - it was a nice lap mat to put all my snacks/popcorn on without worrying about getting stains on my clothes. There is a huge parking lot all around the theatre, but it is shared with many other retail/restaurants. On weekends/holidays and some random nights, it can get really packed and is hard to find parking close by.

Giving 4 stars though because seated in the back row, there is a huge bar on the left separating this back row from the accessible seating. You have to enter and exit from the right unless you crawl between this bar - which is probably tricky with concessions. In the event of an emergency, having this black bar cutting off quick access to the hind exits seems like somewhat of a safety hazard. Why is this there to begin with? Other than that, if you like reclining seats you'll certainly enjoy Milagro's. You can adjust the footrest, the angle of the seat, even the headrest. I have simple tastes, but found the recliners comfortable after figuring out which button changes what. Theater location seems kind of random, i.e. at the end of a strip mall. But there's ample parking in the lot and some restaurants nearby if you prefer to grab dinner before a show.

It's more like you line up for whoever is available. And if someone opens at the other end and yells that they're ready, by the time you get there, someone else already gets in line. I went to watch Mario Galaxy opening weekend, and the screen wasn't working. They gave us a refund and a free ticket to use another time. It was a hassle because we had a large group. We had to pick another showing, and we all didn't get to sit with each other. What sucked was that we'd bought a lot of food to eat while watching the movie, but we had to wait another hour for the other showing.

This repeated confrontation frightened my young granddaughters and was completely unnecessary. What is even more disappointing is that Regal's response focused only on explaining their policies while ignoring the actual concern: the excessive treatment and the distress caused to a family with children. There is a difference between enforcing policies and treating customers without empathy or professionalism.

I can't fault the theater for that, though, as they can't stop these people from attending. I do wish the sound quality was just a little bit more amplified though to drown out these sounds. I did find the picture quality to be really good and I felt really immersed in what I watched. The theater I was in was clean and well maintained. The staff I interacted with were also friendly. I didn't purchase food or drink but the food I saw others get looked fresh and the smell lingered. Parking was very easy in the lot across the street, especially since it was evening and the gate was up. I was a little confused at first if I could park there, since it was labeled for jury duty, but I saw others parking there and walking across the bridge to the AMC, which reassured me! So we ended up going inside and spoke with a manager about it and mentioned our concern about it and they said they would talk to that worker but tbh, it's not the first time I've seen this and I don't think their service is near similar to the other AMC's at other locations. They know what they are, a value driven theatre that's run by real people with outdated but not dirty bathrooms. The most expensive tickets are $13 w/out service fee and value days are $5 for ALL movies without having to pay a membership fee (cough AMC). The concessions aren't ridiculously overpriced, theatres are clean but not spotless, they have some stadium seating theatres, they have FREE flavored popcorn seasoning, and they invest in Americas future by hiring high schoolers during a time when those types of jobs are being replaced by tech. Also, the "previews" aren't 20 minutes long like the other theaters. If you're looking for a place to impress your first date, don't take them here.
