Im not sure what happened but after ordering on their online menu, the server went down and lost our. My cousin had to go twice to the waiters to get our orders in. and to top it off, they charged us tip,26$, without our authorization! The option for tiping never popped up while ordering, not even to customize. For the service I would not have tipped this much. I love the ambiance on this theater and I was really looking forward to going here because I loved it when it was Studio Movie Grill. To my disappointment, from the moment I entered to when I sat down, ordered and left the theater, most of the staff gave us attitude. The customer service here is terrible! Especially the lady that brings the food. She has a very rude demeanor. I asked her a question and she then proceeds to tell me to press the button and ask my server instead. I was just asking if my chicken came with ranch or if I have to pay for it separately. All the food served to us was cold. The fries were stale. My "Margherita" pizza is just a small bread with an overwhelming amount of tomato sauce. From the description it said it would have basil but there wasn't any basil. I requested for parmesan cheese and chili flakes but my server said she searched the kitchen and there wasn't any. I do not recommend their margherita pizza to anyone. It's $14 dollars and it is a huge waste of money. The nachos were okay and I liked them. The restrooms here are very dirty too. The screen's brightness was too low that we had to squint during the movie. The volume is also very low that when the people behind us were munching their popcorn, we couldn't hear anything. I hate leaving negative reviews, I do. But I had high hopes for this place after Studio Movie Grill left and Look came in. First off, husband and I walked in (noon on a Saturday). Floors in the lobby and leading into the theater were so sticky. Seats, cupholders and floors in the theater could have been cleaner. We placed and payed for our food order through our phone using the designated QR code. (And we were very disappointed that many foods/drinks that were listed were sold out) so we settled for just popcorn and sodas. We waited, waited waited... tried checking on our order from our phone and the server was down so we could not get status or assistance for our order. Husband had to leave during the movie to check. They said they never received it because said servers were down. But they quickly rendered the situation and got our orders. And sadly, they didn't bring not one napkin when they brought our popcorn. So bring your own just in case. I'd also like to address a safety concern. The theater become so pitched black as the previews came on that people had to use their lights from the phone to find their seats. It was the same after the movie, even after all the credits had finished rolling. read more

First-time visit since the renovation & change from the former Kirkorian. Came to watch Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, a great movie if you enjoy the Marvel series. Prices for matinee times (visited on a Wednesday opening time 3 pm) are very reasonable. The bar area is a nice touch to hang out and chill before the movie. The beer on tap are cold and refreshing. The lobby receptionist was welcoming, kind, and approachable when checking in. Once inside the theater, It's nice and comfortable. We arrive 30 minutes before the showing to allow enough time to order our snacks and drinks. Within 5 minutes after placing our order, our food arrived, hot & ready to enjoy. Enjoy the seating and table size. Large popcorn served in a bowl instead of a large bag is big enough for two people and gives that home feeling which I enjoyed. I can get past food arriving towards the end of the film but what I can't get over is my food being cold and missing items. My food was cold and practically inedible which can only lead me to believe that it was sitting out for quite a while before it was delivered to me. Any extra side I ordered was missing. Do not "LOOK" past this gem! Literally walking down the block and ended up here. As soon as we walked in we were greeted immediately. We had the option to sit at the bar to have a drink or go in the theater to watch a movie. Decided to just watch the game and have a drink this time. Recently remodeled and feels so elegant. Me and my children came here today to see NOPE. When I arrived it was a bunch of workers standing around and no one was in place to scan our tickets. Finally a young lady comes and scan our tickets and tell us to go to theater 4 the last door on the left. We get to our seats (which were very uncomfortable) they were hard to recline and the area was dirty. I took my ANTIBACTERIAL WIPES from my purse and wiped down our area. We ordered our food, I had chicken nacho's which were horrible and they were filled with lettuce and cold cheese, my kids ordered pizza, chicken tenders w/ sweet potato fries and they didn't eat it because it was cold. I ordered 2 sweet teas and a lemonade, my sweet tea wasn't cold nor sweet. The air must've been off or not working because it was stuffy in the theater. I asked the attendant and she said she didn't know if it could be fixed. This was my 1st and last time I more than likely won't return. read more

Just go to AMC like Nicole Kidman and avoid this headache. Ticket taker told us QR codes weren't working and just to hit the button to order. 30mins after hitting it nobody came so had to go out and find someone. When someone finally came they took everyone else's orders even though they came later on and pressed the button after us. Only half our food and none of our drinks came so after another 15 mins I pressed the button and the person came and seemed surprised nobody brought our other stuff. Watched them go down to a cart near the entrance and saw them grab what was our food and drinks that had just been sitting there. Also they charged $1 for a paper cup of water? Wtf. And at the end someone came in with a large backpack and I thought we were about to get shot up but I think it may have just been a homeless person trying to get leftover food at the end of the movie. I gave this place a two star because the staff I spoke to was nice. However, everything else wasn't the best. I think it's time they upgrade their seats. They've had the SAME ones since the last previous owners. I also hate the whole way the ordering works. It's very distracting seeing workers coming up and down the stairs and walking through the aisle during the actual movie! Like there must be a better way. Hands down one of the worst experiences in a movie theater. Upon entering, we see that it was pretty empty and try to get a drink at the bar. The bartender received us with an unfriendly attitude. I use the restroom and it was like entering a portable restroom at a festival. Smelled like urine and feces, paper on the floor everywhere and no soap in the dispensers. We move on to our movie theater room and we press the button to call on our waiter and no one ever came. We go back to the bar to order a drink and bartender tells us that they are busy and the kitchen is closed. They told me that they were so busy they had to suspend the microwaveable food they make, although the whole place was empty even our theater room. One could argue that we were the only ones in that theater that night. Won't be coming back to this place unfortunately. If you read this review, save your money and try Cinemark instead. Notice how nothing change in the last month with all the low ratings and all the person does is say "they'll look into, thanks for the feedback". They really don't care and it's concerning. I'm not one to complain but my friends and I came yesterday cause we wanted to try out new theaters. Literally the worst service ever, the greeter seemed annoyed about asking how we ordered food considering we've never been here before. The sound was low when we watched the movie. A server literally had headphones on blasting music and didn't ask if we needed anything else, got my order wrong. It also took about an hour just for some hot wings, which were still cold. One of my friends didn't even get his salad which was like 18 bucks, we came to ask after the movie if he could get his money BUT NO ONEEE was there at the lobby. And yet they still got a decent tip. Used to love coming here when it was Studio Movie Grill. I even remember it as far back when it was called Krikorian Theatre's. I came recently for the first time under this new management and I was just so disappointed. First of all, we arrived 15 minutes early to be able to order food ahead of time. But they told us that they were still cleaning the theatre. So we waited and were finally let in just 5 minutes before our showtime. The theatre was still dirty! Plus it was stuffy! It felt hot and nasty. We finally ordered, but the drinks and food didn't get to us until halfway into the movie. They don't even bring napkins! Plus, to top it off, the audio cut off for at least a minute of the movie. The movie honestly was good, but this theatre really ruined the experience for me. Not to mention that the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. Poop and vomit everywhere. I won't be coming here again. I feel bad for the employees. You guys need better management and administration. read more

Went to check out this theatre for the first time today and realized they changed their name from Studio Movie Grill to Look Dine-in Theatre. When I went whilst it was still SMG, they were finishing up on the remodel and it was already turning out really nice. Went today and it's now Look Dine-in Theatre and it turned out really nice. Ordered $100+ in food for the fam and it was more about the experience than the food. It was good, but not worth the $100. I guess prices could be a bit cheaper, but it's a theatre and is expected anyway. Best food we had was the popcorn, that was off the chain! Service was quick and great, servers are on it. I didn't realize that Tuesday's is $5 all day, any movie, which is great and worth ordering dinner when you can save coin on tickets, so that was superb. I will be returning...on a Tuesday of course and maybe try something different to eat. We had the chicken sandwich, Buffalo chicken sliders, Mac n Cheese, Buffalo wings (very tasty) and a pepperoni pizza. read more

Probably the worst movie picture quality I've ever seen at any movie theater. Went to see The Batman in room 1 and that quality was soooo bad. The screen was extremely blurry, the backlight was too dark and it just ended up being a terrible watching experience. My eyes were hurting after the movie just because I kept trying to keep my eyes focused. Others next to me were complaining as well. Almost ended up leaving mid movie but stuck through it. On top of that, the food ordered kept missing certain things like the dipping sauce so I had to go down mid movie and ask for it. read more

Zero stars if I could. First and foremost, the screen quality is garbage. The screen in theater 1 was dim and it was very dark in dark scenes. I definitely did not enjoy the movie with how low the brightness was. Second, the food you order will take forever to arrive and by the time you get it, it WILL be cold. Third, the theater rooms and seats themselves are dirty and sticky. For so many COVID guidelines being enforced, this theater appears to not even get the basics of cleaning up/disinfecting properly after each show. Fourth, the bathrooms are always disgusting and always missing paper towels. Lastly, the staff here just has a nonchalant and unprofessional "cool kid" attitude to avoid helping you. Drive a little further down to Cerritos Harkins or Downey Cinemark to get your money's worth. AVOID THIS THEATER. Trust me, you'll do yourself a favor . read more

First time here. Noticed so many staff. More staff than patrons. They were nice but mostly chatting amongst themselves. For a Saturday night in December, it was pretty empty. As soon as you enter the area for the theaters the floors were so sticky, and dirty. The bathroom was clean but also same dirty floors. The seats were ok, not luxury recliners, but had cushion and foot rest goes up. I like that it's a local smaller theater, but would be better if they kept up the cleanliness. read more

On 4/7 I attempted to purchase tickets online and my card denied twice. No tickets emails the system would not go further. On 4/8 I see two holds on my account. I called the theater and was assured the charges would drop off. 4/12 I check my account and only one charge was credited. 4/13 I called the theater and the manager verify no tickets were purchased with my card and stated she will contact corporate for a refund. I also called my bank to report the charge as fraud. 4/21 nothing has been refunded, my bank stated they are having issues contacting corporate so I call the theater and go in person to see someone. I was told an email was sent a week ago and they are waiting. WELL I WAS NOT WAITING FOR MY MONEY!!!! I told them give me a phone number to someone at corporate since they don't seem to want to respond. FINALLY the manager comes out and does something to give me a credit on my card. DO NOT... DO NOT TRUST BUYING A TICKET ONLINE. It will take hell and high water to get your money back. read more

Came to watch Spider-Man No Way Home and didn't have the best experience. In short: don't come here if you plan to order food (which is apart of the experience). The movie theater that we saw Spider-Man was the first screen down the hall to the left. It had a glitching screen which my boyfriend and I endured watching for the first 15 minutes, but it didn't stop glitching and no one came in to give an update on whether or not it was being fixed. We also got some popcorn and drinks, which we ordered during the credits but it didn't come out until 15 minutes into the movie. The app that they use as their ordering system wasn't working for me no matter how much I refreshed the page, so my boyfriend had to order it through his phone instead (we have the same phone and are on the same plan so that wasn't the issue). The girl who came to give us our food was very sweet but it was so dark in there that she couldn't see and had to use her phone flashlight. Which unfortunately did distract from the movie but can't blame her cause the alternative was her tripping and possibly hurting herself or others. After we walked out because of the glitching we went to get a refund which was really easy and they even gave us 2 free tickets and offered for us to stay and watch the rest of the movie (we didn't). The customer service is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars otherwise it would be 1 star. We came back to watch Matrix Resurrection with our free tickets and thankfully the movie didn't glitch but we ordered food and again it came very late and all out of order. We got our popcorn first which was fine, then 10 minutes later our chicken strips, then another 10-15 minutes later we got our drinks. We ordered 4 drinks (two small waters and two large sodas), all the drinks came out at the same time so we had no drinks while eating. The women's restroom didn't have any toilet paper in the stalls, one of the stalls had a broken door that you have to lift in order for the lock to work, the handicap stall was out of order, and there were also no toilet seat covers. Not to mention the whole bathroom is the size of a closet so everyone is huddling shoulder to shoulder in front of the three stalls and in front of the sinks while people by the door are getting hit by it whenever a new person walks in. The sign on the handicap stall said there were more bathrooms upstairs but i didn't go to check them out. Overall it's a nice idea to have an online ordering system but it just doesn't work and it's just dangerous to have workers walking around giving food when there's no sorts of lights on the floor to keep them from tripping. So again like most others this was my go to cinemas but I had recently went and I was honestly disappointed on the food service , this server which I was able to see his name tag by the name of ryan wasn't respectful , his body language showed he didn't want to be there and he was just slamming me and friends order of food almost spilling on our trays and kept mean mugging us and had no manners and the food was poor quality all of my friends barely touched their food and leaving the theater I can see all the other people plates full of food because of how bad it was , I get it that people have bad days but cmon please show respect , because there wasn't anything like that at all and also entering the main hall to enter the movie theater the ground was full of trash everywhere and there was like only 1 person trying to clean where there had to be like 5 employees just leaning against the wall staring doing nothing smh what happened to good old friendly service won't be recommending this place at all anymore hopefully it changes for the better read more
