Honestly, I can't complain. It was super quiet and there weren't many people at all, so it didn't feel crowded. The seats weren't bad either, and the whole place has that cool, hole-in-the-wall vibe where you can catch a movie without dealing with the big crowds. I'll definitely be back. This theater was big, spacious, and very clean, which I always appreciate. I had already eaten before arriving, so I just got popcorn and a Slurpee -- both were good, but honestly how could you mess that up? Lol. The theater seats were comfortable and the sound quality was great, which made the movie experience really enjoyable. I only have two complaints. First, it was kind of hot inside the theater and it didn't start feeling a little fresher until near the end of the movie. Second, it was $2 for a tiny little cup of jalapeños.... That's craaazyyy. Absolutely abysmal horrible experience don't even bother coming to this theater save your money i came for the 5:00 showing of spiderman and the entire movie people were talking, people were taking pictures with flash on, people were throwing popcorn, and yelling, at the end of the movie i went to speak to someone and i got ignored by the lady at the guest service desk and when i finally got to speak to the manager he was absolutely unhelpful and not only refused to give me a refund but told me there was nothing he could do about it and when i finally pushed further and asked for a corporate number to call he instead gave me tickets to go see the movie again which is ridiculous i saw the movie already the experience was horrible and i don't even wanna return ever again this theater was a waste of money a waste of time if you have any problems or concerns good luck the staff isn't gonna help you or try to make things right if i could give them less than one star i would but overall don't be like me and waste your time and money here just go somewhere else or you'll lose $40 and 2 hours of your time too read more

Negative 10 stars on this one if I could !!!! first of all the bathrooms are unkept with shit smeared all in the toilet bowl, unflushable toilets, trash everywhere . Second The theater itself has janky seats they feel all wobbly and unstable. 3rd The couple next to me where showing too much pda , everytime the movie had a silent part all you could hear is kissing and freaky sounds !! I would definitely recommend this theater to anyone who loves movies. Anyone who loves the theater atmosphere. This location is definitely an abandoned gem. I've been to the drive-in next door to this location but never gave it any thought to visit Bianchi. I decided to give it a try to see Harold and the Purple Crayon. This theater is beautiful from the inside out. It looks brand new to me. I'm a movie junkie so of course I signed up for their rewards program. Still not sure how it works but will eventually find out from the many times, I plan to visit. Ordering tickets online is a breeze. Nothing is complicated and the communication is awesome. My hubby is in his senior years so I was able to purchase a ticket at a senior rate for him. Once ordered, they communicate through email and supply you with a barcode to be scanned. You enter the parking lot off of Rosecrans onto Bianchi Way and make a right. Making a left would lead you to the drive-in theater. There's plenty of parking. They have a beautiful fountain which is photo worthy, alone or with friends. I deeply appreciated Samantha for calling us up by asking "who had online tickets". It felt good to move through the line under that provision. She was polite and very informative. The team members at the concession stand worked very productively. We stood in line but before we knew it, we were being handled by Ruby. Very polite and outgoing. I totally appreciate that this theater serve you snacks that are cozy and nostalgic. The nachos especially. Other theaters serve a box with chips and a small thing of cheese. Not this location!!!! Those nachos were old school. The kind you would purchase back in the day from an ice cream truck. The Icee was perfect and the popcorn was a generous portion for a medium. The auditorium was beautiful and private. The way it's situated, it gives couples an opportunity to sit alone. And those who like to sit to the back extra back support. To be honest, on my visit it was actually a treat because my hubby and I practically had the theater to ourselves. A father and son showed up but we were pretty much it. The restrooms were very clean and plenty. Also if you're a gamer, there's a mini arcade upstairs. They even have a mini dining area. I'm definitely coming back. This is my home movie theater. It's been here since I was a kid so I've been coming here for years. It's not the best. I believe only one theater in here has the recliner seats but the rest are those old school folding chairs which aren't too comfortable. Upstairs is an arcade with a small amount of games available. The concession stand is standard your basic popcorn, nachos, icees, etc. Very busy on Tuesdays because movie tickets are only $5.00, worth it in my opinion, if you plan on coming early in the morning on Tuesday just be aware the swap meet gets full and parking becomes limited when I went. read more

Absolutely amazing experience! We got there at 11am and one of the workers just shook her head and finger no when we asked if they were open and we absolutely love the lil sass in the finger wave! I know she had no ill intent, it was just ICONIC. So we go wait in our car, no biggie. By the time we go in and order our snacks, let me tell you! Whoever was behind that register, AMAZING, she was very relaxed and mellow and we were having a slow morning so it was nice to not be greeted with a lot of energy lol and we spent a good 10 minutes to the side talking about what to get before ordering and not once did the cashier make us feel rushed! Ordered our snacks and everything went well...at least it was until I sat down and realized I'm missing 2 hot snacks lol so I look up and the cashiers just waiting for me to notice, I felt so bad that I was just chilling but I definitely appreciated the patience! Firstly, I want to say that my husband and my experience was based on a few select people at the theater who made the experience off to a bad start. This also was one of the few bad experiences we have had like this at a theater ever. But it happened, so I am sharing it. We went to see Meg 2 on a Tuesday night because it was within our budget at the time. There were some college kids who snuck in, I guess, and took the seats of some other people. They kindly asked them to leave, and they started being rude and getting loud and belligerent. They went and got a manager who also asked them to get up. As they were getting up, they started being rude to my husband, who spoke his mind back, and one of them threw their soda pop all over him. It was very uncomfortable but the cinema gave us along with some other customers a complimentary ticket which we were very appreciative of. The theater is a nice theater, otherwise very similar to other theaters. It does get full on Tuesdays. The sound was loud enough, and it was not too hot or too cold, in my opinion, which I appreciated. Once the movie started, we both enjoyed the movie just like a lot of the audience, because people were cheering. It was overall lots of fun, even with the drama. I like how they handled the situation too, very professional! I can't wait to meet up with my twin soon because she and I will definitely have to come to a movie together or 2 or 3. I hope she likes movies like me because if so, we're gonna do great together, and I just can't wait for her to have fun with me! We deserve it after all those years stolen away! read more

Very first time at this theatre and I was a bit skeptical from all the reviews. My fiancé and I went to see a movie pretty early around 7pm so there was still light out and not much people but it looked like a really nice place. Unlimited parking so no hassling on looking for any, beautiful inside - it looks like you walked into a different world! There's seating inside for waiting/hanging out, an upstairs area, beautiful colors inside and good theatre snack options. Inside the theatre it was nice I would say it's not as clean as other theaters especially the chairs (that's my reason for the -1 star). Service is nice and it was fun to go to a local theatre that has gotten better. I'm not sure about how it was before but from what I read to what I experienced it has changed. I have been to this movie theater a couple of times and i have not really had many issues. The tickets are much more cheaper than amc and the nachos are soooo good! Lol I only have two critiques when the little mermaid came out we went there with my friend and the sounds of the movie was kinda low. I also went with my family to go watch the Nun and some teenagers were laughing and goofing off that it ruined the wholeeeeee movie. At first i had told them personally to lower down their voice bc they were loud and then a worker came inside and gave them a heads up that they will leave if they don't stop goofing. Anyway i went to the manager and told them i needed a refund. They only offered free movie tickets for two months -_- it sucks cause aint no good movies coming out in two months. Bianchi is next door to the Paramount Swap Meet and has recently installed a drive-in theatre which has gained a lot of popularity. This movie theatre holds a special place in my heart since this is my childhood movie theatre. I vividly remember my parents bringing a few of my cousins and I to watch the Rugrats movie 17 years ago for my 6th birthday. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful. One thing that never fails to change, however, is the painfully long wait at the concession stand during busy hours. Standing in line to buy popcorn for 20 minutes is insane. The busiest day of the week here is Tuesdays. Tickets are $5 and the crowds are massive especially on $5 Tuesdays during the summer time. The last few times we have came the experience has went down and unfortunately it will be the last time I'll be taking the family there if things don't change. I spent the beginning of the movie waiting in a long line full of complaining people just to get popcorn. When I got back to my seat I realized the popcorn smelled kinda burnt. Honestly, I was so excited to come see the Minions with my husband, son and grandkids (ages 2 and 4! This was our first time going to the movies all together. My husband went to buy snacks and we headed to the theater. I want to say we were there maybe about 5 minutes...or less and noticed we were in the wrong movie! We get up and head to the correct theater and in that we are approached by an employee. He tells us, "I saw you coming out of the other theater and now you're going into this one" so my son and myself try explaining what happened and he's already shaking his head telling us "come on" !!! What the heck!!! Did this fool just call us liers...literally to our face!!! Mind you by this time we have about 15 minutes here. I know the economy is not great right now, but we literally did NOT need to steal a $5. Movie! Asked to speak to his manager because I was already with my blood boiling!!!! Located right next to the Paramount Swapmeet, Bianchi theaters looks quite different than from the way it used to look years ago. I remember the last time I had came here was back in middle achool, which was almost 16 years ago! They now have added a nice looking fountain outdoors, as well as more parking. I came here to watch the Good Dinosaur earlier this week. Staff took a while getting my order of popcorn and slushie! Had also gotten a pizza, which tasted like cardboard. Disgusting!
