Went to this movie theater for the 1st time to watch the 1st show of the day for $5 as stated but it's false advertisement, charged full price. When I was showing my tickets to enter the movie the manager overheard me telling my husband how it doesn't say anything about "exceptions apply" and she interrupts me to offer me a refund...wow what kind of customer service is this??? So I said, "Sure, I'll take my business elsewhere!" Instead of keeping quiet or apologizing "for the inconvenience" she made it go from OK Cinemas to "Customer Service Sucks Cinemas!" read more

Only taking off a star because the audio was very low, we could hear everybody talking and munching. But food is delicious & service was fast for a Saturday evening. read more

If you must, like I did I guess you can get by. Theater is nice over all. Although I will say the bathrooms on the first floor are always disgusting. The food always takes forever, I ordered two milkshakes, popcorn and a side order of fries, took about 20-30 mins to receive the first shake, received each item about 15 mins apart I never received my popcorn. The staff is nice but the service over all is bad. They couldn't find my receipt since I ordered on line therefor they never gave me my popcorn. Call me old fashion, but I miss the krikorian. read more

Sad to say NO POPCORN MACHINE IS DOWN! Place is dirty overall disappointing! The place was recently remodeled how?! Get it together!

Went here for the Wilder vs fury III fight. Was a bit worried based on some of the reviews, but I had a great experience. They let me change my seats hassle free, the chairs were comfortable and the food came in quick and the food tasted good (I good the coconut chicken/shrimp). The floors were sticky though, maybe they need to use different cleaning products. read more

Arrived 25 mins before movie. Joined the WiFi got the menu. Advertising said I can order with pay pal or Apple Pay, I didn't want to put my credit card info into the app. When it came to check out app only allowed me to put in credit card. I walked out to speak to someone, the girl in the front said I needed to call for a server and I would be able to use pay pal or Apple Pay that way. By now movie was about to start. In the app I asked for a server. Waited 15 more mins. Previews began. I re requested a server in the app. Nothing! Movie was terrible. I left in the middle of the movie and spoke to a manager. All he did was apologize and said the app must be down. I left. Never to return. The place was dirty and the seats were all peeling. Don't waist your time. Sound in the theater was bad. I'd rather go to Regal. read more

Whatever you do don't order the Mediterranean bowl. It's not a bowl, there's no quinoa like it says there is on the description. Absolutely disgusting meal.. no dressing, seasoning, nothing I was starving and paid TWENTY TWO DOLLARS for this God forsaken meal, I'll never come here again, I mean why is it even called a bowl if there's no quinoa, rice or cous cous? Call it what it is, a salad. I only got through a third of it before I had to give up. No napkins either. Also, their reclining seats aren't adjustable like the ones at other reclining chair theaters, you just scoot back and it has one setting for reclining. read more

Clean theatre. Went here to see Barbie. I don't understand why the volume was so low ! And it was so hot in the theatre. And i was in the big screen theatre room. That needs to be fixed asap. The point of the movies is a loud theatre experience to draw you in. My tv at home was louder. Lol. And drop the temp a little. Ppl don't need to roast while watching a movie. It's uncomfortable read more

Nice theater, horrible customer service. The server behind the counter was so rude. I asked a Simple question about popcorn refills and her answer was so snarky. Just go to AMC or Cinemark. Customer service counts. read more

Would never go here again. Weird vibes idk how to explain it restrooms were small and dirty too.

I would DEFINITELY leave 0 stars if I could. The theatre seats are broken 90% of the time. The bathrooms have pee all over the ground, and I mean from the urinal to the door, and instead of cleaning the floor they put a "wet floor" sign on it. On top of that in the stalls the toilet seat covers were all taken out of the disposal, shoved in the corner, and literallllly peed on, and on top of that! The toilet was stuffed with toilet paper to the rim. Most the staff are young people laughing and having a good time, which would be totally fine if the service was good. If the bathrooms look THAT BAD, there's no way the kitchen hygiene is good at all. I've gone to this theatre since it was named Krikorean, the name has been changed twice, but out of the 3 this is by far the worst it's ever been, it's sad to see. I told the lady working at the front about how the bathrooms were in a nice way, she told me it was water on the floor and I assured her it was not water on the floor, water doesn't get sticky when it dries. They try and blow you off but it's disgusting and they should know it. To make this experience worse I just bought these new shoes and I couldn't stop slipping on the piss all over the ground in my new shoes. I am never the type of person to complain about anything, as a matter of fact this is the first time I've written a bad review on yelp. I won't EVER be going back to this theatre again. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. They need to put a time limit as to when people can order food. During the whole movie there was flashlights everywhere the workers would walk slow and stand in between the screen. Voices everywhere from people ordering overall non sense you're better off watching the movie from home. The prices are insane for them to not even let us watch the movie in peace. The seats are disputing and you can tell they don't clean after a movie read more

First they didn't have popcorn, the seats were filthy and tore up. The food and drink were meh. Won't be coming back.

When I walked in to the theatre, it looked very nice and welcoming. But boy, the actual experience was something else. Workers don't acknowledge you. Seats are worn out and tearing. When I went into my theatre they were still "cleaning" but when I sat down on my seat there was still trash on the seats. When we ordered our food, we were basically forced to give a tip to the person ordering our food, who we didn't even like to begin with. He was rude and stood there after taking our order until we tipped him. read more

This movie theater was actually awfully terrible. I chose to give this theater a chance because they had a showing of Infinity Pool at a reasonable hour. So I watched the movie and it looked so blurry and you can see the shadows of the movie screen (which is what really really bothered me). If you're a real film fanatic please don't see any independent/A24 movies here because they're not going to look like they should. Even the sound from 2/3 of the back sounded far from what it should sound like. It was so disappointing that I felt embarrassed for this theater. It has so much potential to be good and it failed at its simplest task. Showing the movie for what it is. Also, the food was mid and skimping out. The chairs don't recline like at an AMC. They're like those LA-Z boy chairs lol This theater just felt like a cheap money grab. Go at your own risk because it was expensive for mid-level experience. read more

Overall, it was an ok experience. Food is costly but worth it, I loved that the food was still hot when it got to our seats and not cheaply tasting, especially for the price. They got our full order, correct. Buffalo wings were good but would taste more life Buffalo sauce if they did add more than just a hint of it. The sound was way low for the Mario Bros movie and working in the past for movie theaters. It was way too low, the AC never kickstarted so it was hot and humid during the whole movie. The app for the food was down, so wasted about 15 minutes and part of the beginning of the movie to have to have a server take our order. No QR code on my seat since it was missing and the server button did not work, we had to go through my husband's chair side. A lot of the servers seemed to be confused about dropping food to the wrong places, so maybe they need an easier way to see the chair numbers and to deliver to the right areas. We kept getting asked if we ordered certain foods, so we kept having to send them on their way. read more

I love coming to this place. They're usually friendly. It's always clean. I went to go see the Bob Marley movie and I had the whole movie theater to myself, which was so cool everyone was welcoming . I love coming on Tuesday's for the specials. I was greeted by Joseph. I was enjoying the movie , I some ordered popcorn . It was ten minutes before the movie was over and Joseph approached me while I was still watching the movie. Letting me know that my card wasn't going through . I didn't realize I had locked my card. (That was my fault) I was like really ? I come here often , and no one has ever came up to me, to charge my bill. I usually pay it once I'm done with my movie. I asked him if it was okay if I pay after the movie was over. He said "well the movie is almost over" making it seem like I wasn't going to pay. Like if I was going to walk out or something. He was rude about it. You can tell he had mentioned it to his coworkers, because I heard his coworker ( the girl with the lash extensions) gossiping about the situation lol. I let one of the guys in charged know about it. He apologized which I didn't need an apology because it wasn't his fault. He could've gave me a refund on the movie ticket or something , due to Joseph's actions. Let your team know if they're going to gossip , to not gossip loud enough for the customers to listen to the whole situation. read more

Great prices for tickets and food. The seating is great too also comfortable lounge chairs. The food is not so bad. The service is great. But the chairs are not automatic to be reclined. You have to physically push yourself back. Which I thought was interesting. I still go here for convenience and dine in experience because my family is always hungry. But not so bad theater. read more

Theater is nothing special, i wish you could just get your own food. The amount of time i takes to get your food is way to long and you have to be reminding them that you ordered something. It really takes aways from the experience of watching the movie because your just concerned as to when your getting your food. After 45 minutes of waiting for fries and popcorn they brought popcorn at the hour mark After waiting 1 hour and 12 minutes we pushed button again to remind them about us waiting for fries. After and 2 hour we pushed the button again to just get our money back i mean the movie was only 2 hour and 26 minutes long ggg'ss . Today was terrible service and i know workers l p dont care at this point about service thats why i say bring back concessions stands, we can get our own food.bworst service ever :( Ps we had to go find a worker outside for the refund. read more

I was there to see Deadpool n Wolverine. As soon as I started walking the floor was sticky. My wife went into the woman's restroom and almost threw up. She went to the upstairs restroom and it was only slightly better. When you enter theater 1 sticky floors all the way to your seat the seats are torn and weathered. It will be the last time I go. read more

Service was good!! But the theater in general (cinema 6) at least need renovations. The edges on the tables were sharp, the chairs were old and worn out. The chairs had popcorn on them. Went to this theater to Watch Fast X & I complained at the front desk because there were 2 crying children throughout the whole movie, nobody did anything. The parents stayed and the employees didn't say anything. The front desk said they were sorry but they couldn't do anything. I emailed customer service. I was offered Guess Passes. Guest Passes did arrive, but now the problem is , I can't even use them. You have to wait for the movie to be out for 3-4weeks and by that time, its not even at this location anymore because the theater is small & they have newer movies to release. So I have useless tickets! read more

The movie was great, the chairs were ok. The service was subpar. Only one waiter had any etiquette or care for the patrons. The food was overpriced and gross. They make so much noise while serving and it's really distracting throughout the movie. I'd rather deal with my food outside in the light and walk it in myself. My dad ordered coffee... it took forever, they brought a styrofoam cup with creamer, and Splenda. When my dad politely asked for sugar the waitress flippantly dropped off sweet and low. Then at this point it was 30 mins into the movie, he asked her to take it away and get his money back. Since he was clear that he wanted plain real sugar. She quickly scurried away with it saying they had no sugar. Then a kinder waiter comes back with a new cup of coffee and sugar... the sugar that the girl said they didn't have. My dad refused to drink it at this point. We ordered pizza with mushroom and sausage and our pizza came with no sausage that tasted like cheap frozen pizza. We asked for a refund at the end of the night, but we couldn't get a receipt that we had been refunded. And we tipped when we ordered!!! What a waste! And while the free parking is a plus. The restroom situation is silly! Downstairs, where all the theaters are, there is one restroom with like 2 or 3 stalls. The line was out the door and while in line you are literally right at the door of the opposite genders restroom... for ladies it's a bit awkward, while waiting in line, to accidentally make eye contact with a dude zippin up and about to wash his hands. The worst part is... there is a huge restroom upstairs with like 20 stalls that is no where near the theater but is supposedly for patron use. It just doesn't make sense. I probably won't be back... unless it's my only option. Cinemark of Downey on Apollo way was a far more enjoyable experience. read more

Fun place to dine while watching a movie. Good drinks and food. Really like this movie theater.

Brought my kids to cool off from the heatwave and they were so excited to enjoy what the theatre has to offer. They just wanted your simple popcorn and a slushy, but the popcorn came about an hour after the movie started and they don't have slushies. Ugh not cool. We won't come back I'm sure of it. read more

I watched Bad Boys with my family on Saturday and we all had a very enjoyable evening. Our server was a young girl named Kenya and she helped us and everyone else in our row with everything we needed. We made sure to leave her a cash tip just like everyone else. She really took her time with her food recommendations and was very pleasant. I was surprised to see such great service from a young girl like herself. I ordered the chicken sandwich she suggested and it was delicious. The only disappointing part of the experience were the male servers. They didn't seem to help anyone and I found them a bit rude. read more
