Arrived 25 mins before movie. Joined the WiFi got the menu. Advertising said I can order with pay pal or Apple Pay, I didn't want to put my credit card info into the app. When it came to check out app only allowed me to put in credit card. I walked out to speak to someone, the girl in the front said I needed to call for a server and I would be able to use pay pal or Apple Pay that way. By now movie was about to start. In the app I asked for a server. Waited 15 more mins. Previews began. I re requested a server in the app. Nothing! Movie was terrible. I left in the middle of the movie and spoke to a manager. All he did was apologize and said the app must be down. I left. Never to return. The place was dirty and the seats were all peeling. Don't waist your time. Sound in the theater was bad. This hands down was the worst movie experience I've ever had and I'm 47 years and go to the movies once a week. The movie started and they forgot to turn lights off for the first 40 minutes. I ordered a simple coke and pizza and it didn't get to me until an hour and half had passed the sodas were flat and watered down. I went out to calmly explain to the manager which I had to wait to speak to for over 20 minutes she finally comes out and say "WHAT" she was rude and dressed all sloppy, hair was uncombed and uniform was extremely dirty, she did not give me a refund for my food or my tickets. First they didn't have popcorn, the seats were filthy and tore up. The food and drink were meh. Won't be coming back.

We figured we'd skip dinner and eat here while watching a movie. My husband asked, how are we going to see our food? I figured there would be some sort of dim light. No. You can't see anything while trying to eat. You miss parts of the movie trying to figure out the food situation. I had to use my phone light a few times. Your order comes all at different times. One plate in 20 minutes, one drink in 45 minutes, another plate in 30. The food is okay, not worth the price at all. Seems logical not to order sushi at a movie theater, but I did. Worst decision. The movie aspect as great however the food and drinks were a fail. The drinks and food took forever to come out. After not being able to take my family out to a movie for almost more than a year due to the pandemic, I decided to treat them to a night out. (We saw the movie Clifford) We arrived about 15 minutes before the movie and given instructions to order online from our phone, I was so excited to order Sushi and was extremely disappointed that they had already completely sold out! What?! But oh well I thought, and decided to order something else, I ended up ordering four main dishes, one dessert, and 5 drinks for my family. I ordered at 6:56pm and relaxed and waited for our food..... ONE HOUR LATER..... no food..... we did get the watered down Arnold palmers and a martini I ordered that was less than halfway full lol I was shocked to see that. Should of came in a shot glass instead of a martini glass lol Anyway, one hour later and no food... got up during the movie to ask what was going on and tell them to just simply cancel my order since it had been an hour, immediately she tells a sever approaching what was going on and then that server grabbed another person and then two more people until finally the last one says I can have your order to you ASAP! I told him can't I just cancel the order? And he replied with I'm sure it's already in process and almost done, I let him know that they had 15 minutes and if it didn't arrive I wanted to cancel, he agreed, as I was taking my toddler to the bathroom five minutes later we crossed paths and they had our food. Miracle right? SMH ‍ Returned to my seat and the food was actually pretty good, my boys devoured the pepperoni pizza and the coconut shrimp was good. However, I would not recommend this place at all if you're looking to relax and enjoy a nice meal, cocktails and a movie! I spent more than $200 total and feel this was so very much not worth it. Went here for the Wilder vs fury III fight. Was a bit worried based on some of the reviews, but I had a great experience. They let me change my seats hassle free, the chairs were comfortable and the food came in quick and the food tasted good (I good the coconut chicken/shrimp). The floors were sticky though, maybe they need to use different cleaning products. read more

When I walked in to the theatre, it looked very nice and welcoming. But boy, the actual experience was something else. Workers don't acknowledge you. Seats are worn out and tearing. When I went into my theatre they were still "cleaning" but when I sat down on my seat there was still trash on the seats. I love coming to this place. They're usually friendly. It's always clean. I went to go see the Bob Marley movie and I had the whole movie theater to myself, which was so cool everyone was welcoming . I love coming on Tuesday's for the specials. I was greeted by Joseph. I was enjoying the movie , I some ordered popcorn . It was ten minutes before the movie was over and Joseph approached me while I was still watching the movie. Letting me know that my card wasn't going through . I didn't realize I had locked my card. (That was my fault) I was like really ? I come here often , and no one has ever came up to me, to charge my bill. I usually pay it once I'm done with my movie. I asked him if it was okay if I pay after the movie was over. He said "well the movie is almost over" making it seem like I wasn't going to pay. Like if I was going to walk out or something. He was rude about it. You can tell he had mentioned it to his coworkers, because I heard his coworker ( the girl with the lash extensions) gossiping about the situation lol. I let one of the guys in charged know about it. He apologized which I didn't need an apology because it wasn't his fault. He could've gave me a refund on the movie ticket or something , due to Joseph's actions. This movie theater was actually awfully terrible. I chose to give this theater a chance because they had a showing of Infinity Pool at a reasonable hour. So I watched the movie and it looked so blurry and you can see the shadows of the movie screen (which is what really really bothered me). If you're a real film fanatic please don't see any independent/A24 movies here because they're not going to look like they should. Even the sound from 2/3 of the back sounded far from what it should sound like. It was so disappointing that I felt embarrassed for this theater. It has so much potential to be good and it failed at its simplest task. Showing the movie for what it is. Also, the food was mid and skimping out. The chairs don't recline like at an AMC. Overall, it was an ok experience. Food is costly but worth it, I loved that the food was still hot when it got to our seats and not cheaply tasting, especially for the price. They got our full order, correct. Buffalo wings were good but would taste more life Buffalo sauce if they did add more than just a hint of it. The sound was way low for the Mario Bros movie and working in the past for movie theaters. It was way too low, the AC never kickstarted so it was hot and humid during the whole movie. The app for the food was down, so wasted about 15 minutes and part of the beginning of the movie to have to have a server take our order. No QR code on my seat since it was missing and the server button did not work, we had to go through my husband's chair side. A lot of the servers seemed to be confused about dropping food to the wrong places, so maybe they need an easier way to see the chair numbers and to deliver to the right areas. I would DEFINITELY leave 0 stars if I could. The theatre seats are broken 90% of the time. The bathrooms have pee all over the ground, and I mean from the urinal to the door, and instead of cleaning the floor they put a "wet floor" sign on it. On top of that in the stalls the toilet seat covers were all taken out of the disposal, shoved in the corner, and literallllly peed on, and on top of that! The toilet was stuffed with toilet paper to the rim. Most the staff are young people laughing and having a good time, which would be totally fine if the service was good. If the bathrooms look THAT BAD, there's no way the kitchen hygiene is good at all. I've gone to this theatre since it was named Krikorean, the name has been changed twice, but out of the 3 this is by far the worst it's ever been, it's sad to see. I told the lady working at the front about how the bathrooms were in a nice way, she told me it was water on the floor and I assured her it was not water on the floor, water doesn't get sticky when it dries. They try and blow you off but it's disgusting and they should know it. To make this experience worse I just bought these new shoes and I couldn't stop slipping on the piss all over the ground in my new shoes. Great prices for tickets and food. The seating is great too also comfortable lounge chairs. I have been here twice and both times I've had a great time the popcorn is delicious as well as the fries and tenders. The nachos are very delicious as well. I would definitely recommend because why pay over $25 when you can get two tickets for that price. read more

I watched Bad Boys with my family on Saturday and we all had a very enjoyable evening. Our server was a young girl named Kenya and she helped us and everyone else in our row with everything we needed. We made sure to leave her a cash tip just like everyone else. She really took her time with her food recommendations and was very pleasant. I was surprised to see such great service from a young girl like herself. I ordered the chicken sandwich she suggested and it was delicious. The only disappointing part of the experience were the male servers. Went to this theater to Watch Fast X & I complained at the front desk because there were 2 crying children throughout the whole movie, nobody did anything. The parents stayed and the employees didn't say anything. The front desk said they were sorry but they couldn't do anything. I emailed customer service. I was offered Guess Passes. Guest Passes did arrive, but now the problem is , I can't even use them. You have to wait for the movie to be out for 3-4weeks and by that time, its not even at this location anymore because the theater is small & they have newer movies to release. The movie was great, the chairs were ok. The service was subpar. Only one waiter had any etiquette or care for the patrons. The food was overpriced and gross. They make so much noise while serving and it's really distracting throughout the movie. I'd rather deal with my food outside in the light and walk it in myself. My dad ordered coffee... it took forever, they brought a styrofoam cup with creamer, and Splenda. When my dad politely asked for sugar the waitress flippantly dropped off sweet and low. Then at this point it was 30 mins into the movie, he asked her to take it away and get his money back. Since he was clear that he wanted plain real sugar. She quickly scurried away with it saying they had no sugar. Then a kinder waiter comes back with a new cup of coffee and sugar... the sugar that the girl said they didn't have. My dad refused to drink it at this point. We ordered pizza with mushroom and sausage and our pizza came with no sausage that tasted like cheap frozen pizza. We asked for a refund at the end of the night, but we couldn't get a receipt that we had been refunded. And we tipped when we ordered!!! What a waste! And while the free parking is a plus. The restroom situation is silly! Downstairs, where all the theaters are, there is one restroom with like 2 or 3 stalls. The line was out the door and while in line you are literally right at the door of the opposite genders restroom... for ladies it's a bit awkward, while waiting in line, to accidentally make eye contact with a dude zippin up and about to wash his hands. The worst part is... there is a huge restroom upstairs with like 20 stalls that is no where near the theater but is supposedly for patron use. It just doesn't make sense. I probably won't be back... unless it's my only option. Cinemark of Downey on Apollo way was a far more enjoyable experience. read more

Theater is nothing special, i wish you could just get your own food. The amount of time i takes to get your food is way to long and you have to be reminding them that you ordered something. It really takes aways from the experience of watching the movie because your just concerned as to when your getting your food. After 45 minutes of waiting for fries and popcorn they brought popcorn at the hour mark After waiting 1 hour and 12 minutes we pushed button again to remind them about us waiting for fries. After and 2 hour we pushed the button again to just get our money back i mean the movie was only 2 hour and 26 minutes long ggg'ss .
