The women who worked there were very sweet and cheerful. I was able to find jeans that fit me for just over $100. They also have really pretty costume jewelry, purses, jackets, and really pretty dresses. The quality of the clothes chosen for the store are beautiful and well made. Everything was in fashion and they had a variety of clothes to fit different shapes and sizes. I am short. Most of the stores I would love to buy things from have only clothing made for tall and extra tall. This place did not disappoint. Their authentication expert pointed out three separate signs that the shoes were not genuine. So, not real real after all. When I took the shoes to The RealReal in Larkspur, I was directed to a text-based chat with a "specialist" who told me that because the return window had passed, there was nothing they could do. I'm now out over $400 for two pairs ( one with a broken heel that they said I should have come in right away about). Extremely disappointed. A company that claims to care about luxury and sustainability should at the very least stand behind the authenticity of what it sells. This experience makes me seriously question their values.

On our way back to the car, we stopped in and I ended up buying 3 neck scarves that I had not seen on my first visit.
