Everything was in fashion and they had a variety of clothes to fit different shapes and sizes. I am short. Most of the stores I would love to buy things from have only clothing made for tall and extra tall. This place did not disappoint. When I took the shoes to The RealReal in Larkspur, I was directed to a text-based chat with a "specialist" who told me that because the return window had passed, there was nothing they could do. I'm now out over $400 for two pairs ( one with a broken heel that they said I should have come in right away about). Extremely disappointed. A company that claims to care about luxury and sustainability should at the very least stand behind the authenticity of what it sells. This experience makes me seriously question their values.
