Lee came out to perform a home inspection yesterday and I had a great experience. He arrived on time (even texted me since he thought he was going to be 5 minutes late). Lee took a look at mostly everything in the house, outside/inside/crawl space/attic and used a drone to take photos of the roof or areas he couldn't himself access. Very personable and while I left him to do his own thing, he seems like the guy who would be happy to talk and answer any questions that you might have throughout the process. It was easy to schedule an appointment via Yelp and the pictures/report was delivered that night and were very detailed and insightful as to the issues that he found. Five stars for Lee all around. He's a nice guy, but also professional and very thorough. His website interface is easy to use for both scheduling an appointment, learning about his services, making payments, and also for accessing/downloading your inspection report. His report format is easy to follow. I love the visuals and comments room by room. He inspected both the exterior and interior. The builder previously had their own inspector come in for a quality review and found 10-15 items or so to address just days before we came in for this additional inspection. Lee added another 15-20 items on there, which was great! I appreciated his sharp eye, his shared sense of fixing even the smallest of things that would inevitably come to bother me over time, and his patience with explaining things to me about the function/purpose of various items we were looking at, what is normal, and what is abnormal. He fiddled around with everything from the electrical sockets to the sinks and to the appliances to make sure everything was in working order.
