A non operating light fixture in my crawl space was a burned out bulb. He broke the blind in my bathroom and stuck the piece he broke off above the window frame rather than owning up to it. My buyers then wanted 4 k for 'repairs". He almost ruined my sale and I had to keep paying money to prove things were not wrong.
