A non operating light fixture in my crawl space was a burned out bulb. He broke the blind in my bathroom and stuck the piece he broke off above the window frame rather than owning up to it. My buyers then wanted 4 k for 'repairs". He almost ruined my sale and I had to keep paying money to prove things were not wrong. If there is something you don't understand or something new to you, he takes the time to explain how it works, why it matters, and what you should be aware of as a homeowner. That is especially valuable for first-time buyers, but honestly, even experienced homeowners can learn something from him.
