David takes his time, points out details, and explains everything. He's honest, early to appointments, very easy to work with and his reports come back within 24 hours. He'll also point out whenever an engineer or other professional is better suited to determine a potential issue. One example of David's thoroughness was that he found an issue with the electrical when he turned on two of the broil features in the oven. I hadn't seen an inspector to do that before. He strikes a fine balance of doing his job, while still respecting the builder. David takes many pictures and maintains that once you work with him, he's available to answer any questions.
