They are reliable, forthright, and they follow up when needed. They are friendly and open to discussing issues that concern the buyer. I have been using them for years now to assist my clients. The home inspector was incredibly professional. I met him on site and asked him a lot of questions. He was always patient and had a lot of good tips and pointers for home care and home maintenance. He spent more time discussing major issues and much less time discussing minor issues unless I asked. The inspection report was ready the next day. It looked extremely professional with lots of photos and descriptions. I would always use this home inspector if I buy more houses in the area! read more
