First, HomeCloud gives you an organized web portal you can go through to view the results on your inspection, which is awesome. It let us see exactly where problems were, along with the pic/vids that went along with them. Second, HomeCloud took it a step further, and actually rank orders how important issues are. Fixing the rotting deck was a priority, but changing out some old windows were ranked as less important. This was awesome as a first time buyer, not knowing exactly what's important Finally, there was even a cost estimate for all the repairs. This was a game changer, and helped us negotiate on the price of the house. Extremely grateful to George and the team! Josh
