One of the things I appreciate most about Lee is that he doesn't just walk through a home and point out issues--he teaches you along the way. If there is something you don't understand or something new to you, he takes the time to explain how it works, why it matters, and what you should be aware of as a homeowner. That is especially valuable for first-time buyers, but honestly, even experienced homeowners can learn something from him. His attention to detail is incredible, and his reports are extremely thorough and easy to understand. He is also responsive and willing to answer questions even after the inspection is over, which gives my clients an added level of confidence and peace of mind throughout the transaction. As a Realtor, having trusted professionals I can confidently refer my clients to is so important, and Lee is absolutely one of those people. I know my clients are in good hands with him, and I highly recommend Lee and Longstone Inspection Services to anyone buying or selling a home!

From talking with him, I got the impression that he has the right combination of technical skills and an investigative/problem solving mindset which goes a long way in this type of work. He spent a generous amount of time at the house (6.5 hours) and met with me at the end of the inspection for a quick wrap up and to answer questions.
