As always, our experience with Cellino was extremely positive. They recommended replacement of the filters which was accomplished expeditiously. The technicians were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If you want your plumbing issue fixed right the first time, I highly recommend using the pros at Cellino Plumbing.

Turns out, we had several plugged drains in the house and needed them to come out twice to get it all done. So, the reason I'd take off a star is that they didn't fully check all of the water ins and outs before work started, and after the first day of work completed. Because if they did, the second day would not have been needed. The other thing I'll mention - but not take away another star for - is that they didn't clean the shower bathtub sufficiently to remove the mess made by their snake. Our bathtub was bright white and clean before, and now has a bit of a brown discoloration where the snake residue came up and splattered onto. We are prob going to need to do another round of cleaning to get it back the way it was. In truth, a 5 star service shouldn't need 2+ rounds of cleaning after. That's why I'd keep the rating at 4 stars, but no higher than that. A more critical customer I could understand giving 3 stars (average) at most. Check out the photo, and you be the judge. But all in all, thanks for the quick service and getting the job done!

Let me start by saying that most people don't want to call a plumber, including myself. We recently…read moreended up in a situation with a severely clogged drain in the basement. My wife and I tried whatever we could do to unclog it, and just couldn't figure out why. We ended up calling around and trying to get general estimates. Depending on the task at hand, Bruce gave us the most reasonable quote and we decided to go with him. He was very responsive online and available the same day. Some of the plumbers had given us dates that were well into the following week, and almost twice the price. When Bruce arrived, he made sure he kept the work area clean, worked on our sink, and after we found out that the job needed was worse than we had initially thought, he encouraged me to look around in case I didn't want to go with him. The new project included sawing off the existing galvanized pipe to the laundry sink, which was severely clogged with corrosion and sediments, and having it replaced with PVC pipe she is replacement. We decided to go with him for the new job and he completed it quickly, with quality products, and at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend using this company for any house related tasks including plumbing.

So disappointed with this company. John called me right away when I was looking for a plumber. My…read more1st red flag should have been when he delayed coming out twice. He finally came out and insisted that hydro jetting my lines was going to fix my problems. I told him I had old lines but he insisted it would work. After paying him a crazy amount of money turns out it DIDN'T work. And after he left something was leaking under my sink..he came back out..after delaying again. After that, another leak popped up under the same sink! He did fix that but the original problem was NOT fixed. I asked for a partial refund because I paid a crazy amount of money. Oh he promised and promised me he would pay me back partially in "good faith". I gave him weeks to make good on that agreement but nothing. I ended up paying more money to a competent plumber . SO disappointed! I tried to give this company a chance and it bit me in the butt!!

He said he would be back at 4:00 pm. Another person who was not a plumber came at 7:00 pm, that works for John replaced the tank. He couldn't handle the tank alone, so he needed help to get it out and rusty water from it, and stained our carpets. After the non plumber left, he didn't replace the lines we paid extra for, and replaced the wrong valve. Called John and he agreed that it was not done correctly. John and the non plumber came back the next night to correct all the problems. We were out of town and my daughter 2 weeks later after the tank was installed, she smelled natural gas in the house. Her boyfriend went down to the tank and lit a flame to the pipe that he thought was leaking and it was. Our house could have blown up, with our daughter at risk. We called John up, and texted him the picture and he thought we "were setting him up." He did say he would come back and fix it. We hired a reliable plumbing company that fixed his work for another $400,00. Is this the type of plumber you want to hire?

Zenner & Ritter - Customer service!

She agreed that this repair should have been done that same day, at no cost. She took full responsibility for the lack of action with this issue, and issued a full reimbursement for what I paid to have another company service my furnace. She was very polite and made sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. True to her word, a received a check less than a week later covering the full cost of repair. I'd give Alexis a 5* rating for her response, but because this never should have happened in the first place I will leave it at 3*s.

Z&R used to be a solid company but over time they implemented the "cash grab mentality" and turned…read morewhat used to be a reliable family-owned organization into a mini-hedge fund with a "make money at any cost" focus. Now it's all pricey TV and social media adverts and you know who's paying for that - the customer via even more expensive Z&R services and unscrupulous upselling techniques. Their communications with customers are abysmal as evidenced by their lame notifications about upcoming service that do not mention date, location or type of service. Their "PPP" plan means "Pitifully Poor Performance". If you are a member of this semi-scam, you do NOT get priority service. You get a small discount on an already overpriced service visit. I had an HVAC device that required a tune up and the Z&R quoted me a "discounted" "PPP" price that was $150 more than a well-regarded competitor. Then the "upsell" starts. If you have the PPP plan, that's the Z&R "in" to let the assigned "repair" tech who is really a poorly trained and unscrupulous sales rep in a service uniform explain all the horrible but non-existent problems you have that require immediate attention. This is a particularly large issue for female customers who Z&R likes to upsell figuring they don't know much about HVAC. Z&R do not discriminate, and are happy to exploit both female and male customers. That happened to my brother. His wife was home for the simple annual "PPP" furnace and AC service and the "tech" said there were 4 expensive HVAC issues they required almost $1,000 to "repair". On further inspection by my auto repair shop owner brother with 40 years' experience in his field, he quickly determined all the "repairs" were figments of Z&R's imagination. My brother fired Z&R based on this event, but it was the culmination of malfeasance by Z&R over time that made my brothers decision simple. I fired Z&R months ago for the same reasons and because I trust my brother's opinion over a company that has proven time and again that they cannot be trusted. Don't believe all the 4.9/5 ratings. A quick Google search reveals that Z&R "scrubs" their ratings. This company is a house of mirrors; management doesn't care, the service managers come and go and the owners are invisible to even the most egregious tech, scheduling and customer abuse issues. Stay away from Z&R.
