To bad this place is no longer open, as I even went back to return the Malibu I bought, but lo and…read morebehold, they're closed! Sold me a car that he swore was a simple get the check engine light off, new gas gauge, and a new radio....thats it. $3400 I paid for the Malibu. My mechanic laughed and said not worth more than $500. I invested $1700 to keep it running, only to find out it needs a new transmission (5k, and not a single mechanic in town will touch it.) Radio was a simple fuse. But honestly, I hope Mike sees this, even after your business shut down, I hope you feel proud about screwing a mother of 3, whose car was totaled because someone rear ended me, and knowing all this, you still chose to lie and screw me and my family. But hey at least we got 2 free bowl cozy's out of it

He also claimed he would help out if repairs were a lot more. Sounded like a really nice honest guy. Pushed me into buying that day, started the process without much agreement of my end. Just to find out a day later when i took it to a reputable mechanic that im looking at 6k+ in repairs just for it to be functional and likely to make a cross country trip. I called to talk to Mike and ask for assistance and let him know how I'd been wronged. Zero sympathy, zero assistance. Talked down to me, gave me a half assed apology for the way i was feeling, no for his actions. I will steer all those who ask about buying cars away from his shop. -one very broke unhappy customer who will never return to this business

My daughter's old car wasn't doing so well, and we had been searching for a replacement for several…read moreweeks. We came in to Cheema for a specific car, but found a recently listed one that we liked better. They let us look at our own pace and I never felt pressured. Mark and Ike were efficient in getting us going so that we could test drive the vehicle we liked. I did not expect to find a car so quickly during this current search, and we did not have our trade-in with us. We had to go get our trade-in. When we told them we intended to purchase the test drive vehicle, they let us us take the new one to retrieve the trade-in, so that my daughter could get a better feel test driving it a bit more. We then could not find the title on the trade-in. They let me leave a second check for the trade in difference, that they held uncashed, until I could get a new title on the old vehicle. Overall, the paperwork and transaction went smoothly. We did not need to finance and that helped quite a bit. I really was glad to work with them. As part of the purchase we got the Carfax report and a 5 day voucher to get emissions tested, so that we did not have to pay for emissions test. My daughter is very happy with her new vehicle. Regarding other reviewers, who have complained about pricing. I don't believe those buyers were aware of actual values at the time. There were 4 vehicles my daughter liked, all small hatchbacks, a Subaru Outback, a Kia Soul, a Nissan Rogue, and the Kia Sportage which we purchased. I was very aware of bluebook values at the time, since we had been searching for several weeks. Every single one of them was in the bluebook range for year and model, and mostly on the lower end of the range. The one we purchased was actually slightly below the bluebook range for Colorado, which I attributed to the higher mileage, as we found no major issues with overall condition of the car. The average mileage driven per year dropped significantly as part of covid, and the mileage on the car we purchased was slightly high, but consistent with pre-pandemic ranges. My source of reference for mileage https://smartfinancial.com/average-miles-driven-per-year I had a mechanic that wanted to buy our trade in, but we chose to trade in the old vehicle to avoid the hassle of selling. They gave us a fair value for the trade in which was comparable to what the mechanic was offering.

Since 2010 or '11, I have purchased/maintained my Audi's and BM'r exclusively at Mike's shop . I admit, the cars I buy are older, but my policy is to never buy a car without the maintenance records, which Mike has on the cars I've purchased, but what I find myself really appreciating is the fact that Mike has many repeat customers who are having their repairs/maintenance done exclusively by Mike and then they trade up at Mike's as well - this gives me they confidence I need to make a purchase with peace of mind. I'll end with this, I wish I would have known about Mike sooner!! Their service is caring, thorough and they have competent staff, and most of all the integrity that I expect! I still own every car I bought here and can confidently pass my work car to my son who is graduating college this year knowing he has a rock solid A6 to be there for him as he starts his new career!
