Came to LongHorn Steakhouse expecting steak. Left with a spiritual awakening thanks to our waiter Philip. This man didn't walk to the table -- he materialized beside us like a steak-serving woodland deity. Before my drink was even empty he appeared holding a refill like he had a psychic link to my bloodstream. I'm genuinely concerned he can teleport. Philip described the specials with the intensity of a man announcing the Super Bowl halftime lineup. When he asked how I wanted my steak cooked, I got nervous like Gordon Ramsay himself was grading me. Somehow the steak arrived so perfectly medium rare that I briefly considered changing my major to agriculture out of respect for the cow. At one point Philip said "enjoy your meal," and I swear the entire restaurant got quieter out of reverence. Small children stopped crying. A nearby couple resolved their relationship issues. The economy improved slightly. The bread arrived warm, the butter was immaculate, and Philip checked on us with the perfect timing of a Formula 1 pit crew. Not too much. Not too little. Nothing to complain about here so I have to give it a 5 Longhorn makes a good steak. I brought my friend for her birthday and she got a ribeye and lobster tail with crispy Brussel sprouts. I got the 7 pepper steak salad with blue cheese and a baked potato. And we got the mushrooms to start. The salad was fresh and tasty with great homemade blue cheese. The potato was seasoned great with a crisp skin and a fluffy interior. My friend's steak came out perfect and the crispy sprouts were amazing. The mushroom app was amazing and we could have easily eaten double and been happy. Definitely try them. LongHorn is a rare treat when I go for dinner since most of my time in this plaza is spent either at Target, Best Buy, or B&N. As steak places go, it's one of the better chains for it. The western theme is done up just right for the place, which is cozy but not overbearing. It can get loud and hard to hear at times, though. I'm writing this review to raise awareness for anyone dining at LongHorn Steakhouse who has food allergies. I took my 7-year-old nephew here while his mother was out of town because he has safely eaten at this location before. He has a severe, life-threatening dairy allergy and receives biweekly allergy shots. As soon as we arrived, I informed the staff and managers about his allergy, even placing his two EpiPens on the table so everyone was aware of the seriousness. My nephew ordered ribs and fries, and I confirmed multiple times with the waitress, chef, and manager that his meal would be safe. When I later spoke with his mother, she told me that he had reacted in the past to cross-contaminated fries at another LongHorn, so I immediately called the manager back over. He then admitted, "Yeah, you probably shouldn't have ordered those -- I wouldn't have recommended it." Another manager later added that "it can burn off in the oil," which is not how allergens work. At that point, I felt completely unsafe and left the restaurant in tears, hoping a reaction would not begin. Thankfully, my nephew did not have a reaction this time, but the lack of clear communication and understanding around allergies was extremely concerning. I want to share this experience so other families with food allergies can exercise caution. I was recently my old hometown. A few of us went for dinner. We had fun and met another old friend who was waitressing there. It was so nice to see Eileen after so many years. We're all in our 60's now. We were on our way out but we made a pit stop in the ladies room first. As I was waiting for my turn I happened to overhear a couple much younger servers belittling our friend Eileen. They had no qualms about making comments about her. I wish I could've seen their name tags because they were just horrible. When I messenged Eileen she said that it had been going on for years. I was horrified. This is unacceptable. It ruined our night. I hope management finds out who these servers are and makes them apologize before firing them. Seniors in particular should never have to be exposed to this kind of abuse. I had been going to the Marlborough location for several years and this was my first time in this location today. Wow! The atmosphere here is way better here than any other Longhorn I have been in! We had a delicious meal. I usually avoid chain restaurants at all costs, but Longhorn just does steak excellent. We've never been letdown here yet. We came on a Saturday afternoon and they weren't busy at all. Seated immediately and lots of tables available. We ordered drinks and both picked the ribeye with mashed. I ordered a side of mushrooms that we shared and we both picked a salad for our side. My partner picked the garden salad and I picked the Caesar (my favorite). Our server brought us some warm bread and butter, salads were served shortly after. We weren't even done with our salads and our dinners came out. Everything was delicious. This Longhorn is always a solid experience. The food is cooked properly, the service is outstanding, and it's obvious that management has created a positive and productive culture at this location. The drinks are always well-made, the steak is usually tender with little to no gristle, and the salads and sides are also well prepared. The seven pepper sirloin salad is wonderful! Tender sirloin, mixed greens, and blue cheese. I've had mixed results at other Longhorn Restaurants, but the Milbury location has rarely disappointed me. read more

I liked the faux-frontier deco and we were just about to dig into our steak - when I found a piece of clear plastic in my salad. We want to make a shout out to both Ley and Miranda who were great waitresses. You should be proud of both of them. I like a fillet that is thick and 9 Oz and not 9oz flat size...this came as flat fillet. I meant to take picture, but I was thinking about service of bar tender. Brussels sprout lack the bacon maple flavor I had last week at different Longhorn location. Broccoli was fine. Bread was super fresh this time and warm from oven. I sat at bar when o came in and only 2 other people at other end of bar. Bar tender kept talking to appeared her friends while I was waiting order. She finally showed with attitude. I ordered and meal came out . Bar tender never came to check on me until she wanted to know if I wanted another beer at end of meal. I overheard 2 younger bouts figured out that is actually cheaper to buy 2 smaller beers and cheaper and get same or more beer??? Sounds like pricing should be reviewed. Based on my receipt ; I believe their analysis is correct . Lg beer 20 Oz was 6.49 The 12 Oz small beer was 2.99... so 2 smalls= 5.98 and gets me 24 Oz... I paid 50 cents more for 4 less ounces? Why? I've been to this chain a couple times and the fishes I've had have always been very very good! I eat mostly steak dishes and they where very well seasoned and cooked perfectly! The staff here are nice and the restaurants kept clean. My food is always hot and I love the bread and butter you get when you sit and wait! The service was fine, the food was disgusting. I picked this place as a special spot for my mom's birthday and everyone was so disappointed with the quality of the food. Also, as someone who has worked as a server, I understand the boundaries of overstaying at a table- but when a guest hasn't even been there for a full hour, and is still finishing items they paid money for, you leave them alone, or at the *very* least- ask politely to remove plates off the table. We arrived around 5:30pm last Sunday. The place was very busy! The FoH staff were very professional and efficient. There was a concern that the text alert system wasn't working, they tested it by sending out a text. We were seated in the time frame predicted, 1/2hr. Our server, Erica was lovely and helpful. LongHorn is not one of my favorite chains, but it was the perfect option (and is the only steakhouse) at the Shoppes at Blackstone. If you have never been before, LongHorn has a variety of steaks, burgers, sandwiches, and soups. There aren't all that many around, but they really all seem to vary on food taste and service. Luckily, this seems to be like one of the more organized and better locations. We were all very satisfied with our experience here. Waitress was prompt, efficient, friendly, and everything came out correctly. Food was cooked well, and per usual, the bread had no complaints from anyone. The restaurant interior was new, well-maintained (seemed) and was spacious. Plenty of space even during peak hours, I would be surprised if there was ever a wait. Decent amount of parking outside too. 4 stars. Decent experience and I would suggest this restaurant as one of the better in this complex. read more

Today I visited Longhorn and ordered my usual Parmesan Crusted Chicken and when I cut into the piece it was absolutely raw as I already took a bite I gave my plate back to my waiter as I couldn't eat anymore due to me being completely disgusted.
