Came here a couple of times. Once for my birthday and once for mother's day. Both times were decent experiences, but the best of all is the koi pond that my kids love to look at and feed the fish. That is one of the main reasons why id come back here. The food is pretty good too, but the service is on the slower side. Especially on holiday type weekends. Like mothers day weekend, they should up their staff so they arent so slammed. I hate hearing the "oh we are so busy today" comment when business clearly know there will be increased business due to the holiday. Our service was pretty good except that we had to send back a steak as it was med rare when med well was ordered. They made it right and took it off the bill since it took so long. It took so long that my steak was cold by the time the other steak came back. I felt super bad for the party of 20 sitting near us. They were seated well before us, and got their food after us. I was with a patt of 4. But besides that, the food was great, and the environment us beautiful. You can see a super nice sunset at the right times. Just dont expect any AC. But will most likely be back. Mainly for the koi pond
FOOD, LOCATION, AMBIANCE, SERVICE and quality - Longhi's has it all. First off, for those missing the Longhi's at Ala Moana (from many years ago) THIS is the place. Who knew? I've known and just didn't want to share. It's located at the Marriott Beach Club at Lagoon 4 at Ko'olina. Valet parking only unless you're staying there (then you have parking). Get your ticket validated and I believe it's $3.00. Then head down the stairs or elevator to the ground floor. You can opt for bar or table seating. I've taken all my off island friends and family here and they love it as much as I do. I've even had a private party here (that's how much I love the place). I've eaten my way through their menu and I can attest that everything is good here. I'm a "Benny," (eggs Benedict) kinda gal and it just never disappoints. Their crab cake apps is also a go-to if you're not that hungry but want a lil sum-sum. Add a mimosa to the order and it's perfection! Overall: favorite place to meet up with friends and family!
Celebrated a friend's birthday here for brunch-- a perfect spot for any occasion. * Parking: Either valet or self-parking! Parking is validated through the restaurant. * Ambiance: Loved how the restaurant overlooked the beach. Very spacious outdoor seating. * Service: The staff was very attentive and accommodating, especially given the fact that we were a large group. * Food/Drink: By far my favorite dish was the crab salad. So so so fresh! And all the flavors and ingredients compliment each other perfectly. It was a large portion that can easily be shared or have the left overs taken to-go. Definitely would like to come back and try some of the dinner items!
We were staying at the resort so we decided to have brunch at Longhi's since they are located on the resort and we liked the brunch so much that we went over for dinner the following night. The food was delicious and we received great service both times not to mention the view was absolutely beautiful.. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everybody who visits the resort or who is in the area!
Staying at Marriott Ko Olina, we made a red at Longhi's in Ko Olina (on the property) and were immediately taken by the beautiful setting. The ambiance truly stands out--relaxing views of the koi pond, a gentle island breeze, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes for an enjoyable evening. Service from Christine was excellent. She was attentive, warm, and kept everything moving smoothly, which we really appreciated. As for the food and drinks, it was more of a mixed experience. I ordered the chicken parmigiana, which unfortunately fell flat. It lacked flavor, and the pasta--which was an extra $6--tasted like it came straight from a box. On the brighter side, the seared ahi was well-prepared and much more satisfying. The Old Fashioned was another miss for us, coming out overly sweet with a very large chunk of orange that overpowered the drink. Despite the inconsistencies, the setting and service helped balance the visit. With a few improvements in the kitchen and cocktail prep, Longhi's could easily match the quality of its beautiful location.
First and foremost, I must commend the staff for their outstanding customer service and surprise, complimentary celebratory dessert. Valet with parking validation from restaurant up to 3 hours. Thereafter, $8 per every half an hour and not allowed to stay past 11 PM. We were done before the three hours. If the menu indicates warm French bread, I'm hoping to see it served in a basket with covered cloth napkin to preserve warmth. Delicious black lava salt honey butter made a huge difference. It was a hit especially with the younger generation. Grateful that the first serving is free. Thereafter, it's $5 per extra serving. Calamari tasted good by itself. Spicy Arrabiatta Sauce and Lemon Garlic Aioli tasted better on its own or separate. Seared Scallops and Creamy Pesto plus Shrimp Fettuccine Lombardi, both $44 for the quantity and number of ingredients doesn't match price point. This entree is a prime example of inflation in fine dining. Simple dish. Expected more flavors. I appreciate scallops from Maine and basil from Maui. I enjoy the ambiance, watching the sunset, observing Koi in the pond.
Really disappointed this time around. Our server was great! They sat us at our expected reservation time of 10 am. Our server took our order pretty quick... But, it's the food that did everything for us. Not too sure if there is a different head chef from 4 years ago, but the food was not great this time around. We order a burger, 2 loco mocos, a breakfast plate and the kids foods. The kids food tastes better than everything else we ordered and that's bad. Our patties were dry, no taste and needed seasoning. Our gravy on the loco moco was tasteless. The burger as well, it was lacking seasoning and my husband only ate half. I don't know if we will be back after what we just ate. They need a new menu or need to revamp what they are serving with a new cook. This was not worth what we paid for. We could have just ate at the market down the street. Really disappointing. :(
Always a fantastic experience. Great bunch with a lot-I mean a lot- of choices...something for everyone. I usually order the lobster Benedict, but I switched it up and ordered the shrimp and crostini. My GF had the Reuben. Both were amazing! Dessert was lilkoi pie-oh my! Service was exceptional. Valet is only $3 (plus tip), so parking is a breeze.
I wanted to feel healthy-ish and dainty while eating a hearty and yummy brekkie with my BFF and Longhi's totally hit the spot perfectly! Weather here in Oahu is perfect all year round so of course I want to eat outdoors while overlooking our beautiful West Side Ko Olina views. It's so rare that I can ever get a free Saturday morning so my bffs for weekly life group took a nice early Saturday Morning stroll through the lagoons and we enjoyed a nice dip in the water before we started getting hungry. Longhi's offers a perfectly relaxing yet upscale ambiance great for bonding with company. And everything I ordered was so darn yummy! I had zucchini fritta Potatoes crusted crab cake Caprese salad Crab cake Benedict Fruit bowl I would order all of these again and I'm coming back quickly !
Longhi's never fails! We went for brunch today at 1 PM. I had a pasta dish and my husband had the ahí burger. The service is great! I love the views of the Koi pond and the ocean. We always valet our car when we go and get our parking validated. I do recommend sitting outside instead of inside for the views.
Breakfast was five stars! Amazing and fresh fruit with the French toast was prepared perfectly! Coconut syrup was magical. Seriously, still thinking about the syrup! My plus one ordered the fish tacos because the menu is for all-day. The tacos were amazing with spicy coleslaw and ahi-tuna.. Very light and tasty. We had dinner here as well! Prawns with the jasmine rice and lemon sauce were subtle in flavor. Scallops were prepared exquisitely and they were flavorful. The Chicken Marsala with garlic mashed potatoes was excellent. Beautiful seating area that is open air and looks over the Koi pond and resort walkways. The prices are what you would expect at a popular resort. Good service, friendly staff.
The Marriot grounds and views- amazing! It's a great place to escape from everything. Longhi's staff- amazing! They were welcoming and friendly. Grilled shrimp tacos- amazing! The creamy slaw, tomatillo salsa and guacamole along with the grilled shrimp in a slightly crunchy corn tortilla- chef's kiss. I'll be back when I need an escape!

Mahi mahi, Clams & Linguini, Shrimp & Scallops, and Pepper crusted Ahi tuna were our entrees which were great. Calamari appetizers were as expected, but salads were very small (bread plate size) for $14 each. Water came after our drinks and never came by again. Seemed liked they were trying to close up at 8:30 or 9pm because they called us to come to dinner 30-mins early. Overall Hit the spot, but probably overpriced at $355 total including tax and tip for 4 people. read more

A friend recommended that we go to Longhi's at Koolina. We'd walk past it on numerous occasions but never took the time to really check it out. We decided to go for lunch on a weekday to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed the experience. The restaurant is located at the Marriott Timeshare in Koolina but is not affiliated with it. You drive up and they valet you for a reasonable cost. You walk through the beautiful location and can see the lagoons and the beautiful grounds. After descending the stairs, you can see the restaurant against a backdrop of a literal fishpond separating you from the rest of the time share. Staff were very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. The food is a mix of different items with Italian rising to the fore. We opted for pasta of two different types and a caprese salad to start. The salad was "Ono" and the pasta was good enough that I didn't take anything home. What made it so fun was the entertainment of watching the Marriott's staff teach some of their clients how to throw net to catch some of the fish in the pond. Great food and ambiance. I want to go back to again for the djnner experience because the sunset would have been fabulous. read more

Restaurant located at the Marriott beach resort in Koolina. We're staying at another hotel around the area but stumbled upon this restaurant not knowing it was at the Marriott and decided to go ahead and just give it a try. We walked from our hotel all the way to the Marriott which wasn't so bad. It was nice walk before dinner and a perfect walk after dinner. Overall look at the menu it seems they serve steaks, salads and pastas. Kind of didn't really get too excited about that, if I'm going to be honest. But can't knock it, til you try it. Ofcourse I had to get the calamari for appetizer, it was so good. Breading was light and I'd prefer the lemon garlic aioli dipping sauce over the marinara. But the marinara dipping sauce wasn't that bad. As entrees ordered a lobster longhi and prime ribeye steak cooked medium rare. The lobster longhi came out hot, it was a bit watery. But the flavor was very good. I've had this type of sauce pasta before and it's usually the type that I order. The lobster is cut in half so it's pretty easy to open and take the meat out. But it is messy, so just be prepared for some mess. Overall very good pasta. I asked for Parmesan and it was completed. The prime ribeye steak, really stole the show tonight. The flavors were so delicious, I've never had steak prepared like that. The steak compliments the mash potatoes so well. They cooked it to the perfect temperature and the meat texture was just perfection. The kids enjoyed their kids meal. The chicken tenders were nice and crispy and also light. The cheese burger was pretty good too. Fries were fries my kids didn't complain about their food. Ok I don't really make reviews about bread and butter. But wow this butter was different. We ate it all. lol. It was sweet and a bit salty and amazing. Me and my kids really enjoyed the butter and bread. Wait till they ask you if you want dessert..... Instead of giving you a paper they bring out a plate of all their desserts displayed, which is such an amazing idea because you get to see what your dessert looks like instead of reading a description of it and have a surprise on what it looks like you just read. I got the chocolate mint cake. It's soo good. If it was like a icecream it would be amazing. But it's not. It's like a cream cake or something. Which was still amazing. Customer service was good. Made sure we were ok, checked us out quickly. read more

They were all delicious and we finished all among four of us. Some important things to note: It's located in Koolina Marriot. For kamaainas with an ID you get 10% off. Dinner on a Friday night (6:30pm) to celebrate my birthday with the wife. Had reservations and was seated directly next to the water pond. Perfect to watch the sunset. Valeted the car ($3 for 3 hrs), excluding tip. Easy peasy. The setting is beautiful, as is everything at Ko Olina. Fresh air, sunset, outdoor lanai... perfect. So, I give 5 stars for ambiance. Our server (Jamaal) was professional, friendly, and efficient. He was patient in explaining some of the menu choices. He was covering a lot of tables but still managed to check on us periodically. Jamaal get a solid 4 stars for service. Now to the food and drinks... we shared a Caprese Salad for our appetizer. Wife's entree was their Shrimp and Scallops Pasta. I ordered the 12oz Prime NY Steak (medium), which came with garlic mash, caramelized onions and fire-roasted bell peppers. The Caprese Salad was excellent, although it's hard to mess that up. Our entrees were okay, but nothing to rave about. There was nothing wrong with the food, but you know at first bite if it's a WOW, this is good! No wow. So, food 3 stars. Bottom line: If it wasn't for the ambiance and beautiful location, this would just be an okay dinner. Not bad, but nothing special. Oh, the complimentary birthday desert is a single scoop of ice creme topped with cool whip and a candle. read more

A pleasant place for a weekend brunch. We got a table with a beautiful ocean view and a koi pond in front of us. Average service, nothing bad but not very welcoming either. Good food, but choose wisely as many dishes can be heavy on calories. The restaurant will validate your valet parking which makes coming here more desirable. read more

While my husband and I are visiting Hawaii we had a fantastic dinner here. We are real "foodies" and enjoy great food. We split a Ribeye, we like our steaks rare but with a good char on the outside. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor. Probably the best steak we have ever eaten. Pricey but worth every penny. Open air dining on the ground floor of the Marriott with the ocean breeze and set over a well kept Coy pond. The entire property goes above and beyond. Overall, this place was amazing. We love to give new things a try. - Calamari * 10/10 : the best calamari I've had so far! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The dipping sauces are perfect. - Loco Moco * 7/10 : the patty was dry and it was too much gravy but it was still good. We got a side of gravy thinking we would need it but we didn't. - Shrimp Longhi * 5/10 : maybe this just wasn't our type of food, so this is a personal opinion, it was just the taste of too much lemon. read more

The restaurant is a great way to start your day and get buoy the surrounding koi pond and views of the palms and local foliage, such a beautiful place to go and stay and enjoy the views and beautiful hospitality. This was a convenient option in a Marriott hotel that didn't feel or taste like your usual hotel restaurant, and did good job of balancing cleanliness and decor (no swimwear) while still being casual enough for families. The food has a definite Italian bent to it but there's something for everyone. I actually went with the unconventional move of getting lemon ricotta pancakes for lunch even though I'm not usually a breakfast for lunch type, and was very impressed with the freshness as well as the choice to use both maple and pineapple syrup. I also tried the jidori chicken sandwich which was juicy and not dry or overcooked like so many chicken breast sandwiches/. Both the adult and kids burgers are great options too and you can't go wrong with the pastas. Servers and friendly and knowledgeable so ask for advice if you need help navigating the menu/. read more
A great start for us to the new year in Ko Olina! We've been here for breakfast and dinner and both don't disappoint. It's important to get the right dishes though. The breakfast macadamia nut pancakes with coconut syrup odds really good as is their latte/ espresso. For dinner, the mushroom risotto and the cauliflower side dishes are amazing! Service is good and the ambiance is epic , if you can get a table with a view of the ocean. Couldn't recommend this more - but there's also other gems in the area which I'll review soon! read more
Longhi's was located in our vacation club and seemed to be the spot to dine at while here. Unfortunately I wasn't overwhelmed by our food but the server James was a delight. The zucchini appetizer was different than expected and wasn't the fried zucchini I'm used to. Also the ahi au proive was weird and didn't like the combo. Worth a try! read more

The butter they use for the French bed is so good. I'd love to buy some or try and make it at home. Everything was excellent. Food and drinks were on point and we ate here two days in a row. Definitely recommend. Also, amazing views. read more

Sit at the bar, ask for Rowell, you will thank me later. First time here, walked in undecided on a cocktail and spoke to the bartender. I expressed to him I was in the mood for something not sweet, refreshing, and tequila based. He suggested a Mexican Candy Martini, NOT shot....Martini. OMG!!! Yes, yes, yes like Megan Ryan said in Harry Met Sally. This was his take, you won't find it on a menu. Just ask for this guy tell him what you're wanting and craving and he will concoct something amazing like a true mixologist. Cheers & Aloha! read more
This place was amazing. One of the best meals I've had in a long time. Starting with the delicious bread and what I assume was homemade bread with incredible house made butter. Calamari app was absolutely perfect, light and delicate.decent portion size as well. Everyone's entrees were outstanding Pasta was perfect Al dente without even asking. And as you can see from my photos the view was awesome overlooking the ocean. Servers wet all very nice and something I have never seen before. Party of 6 so tip added to bill which is totally fine. The unusual part is the server wrote on the blank space where tip would go " included " instead of hoping for additional like all the other places do A little pricey even for Hawai'i but so worth it. read more

This was our first time at the Kapolei. I have been to the one on Maui and the one that use to be in town. The location was very casual with an outdoor dining vibe. The website talked about it being dressier but when we arrived many people were wearing very very casual wear, typical of a beach side resort where the dress code is relaxed. The ambience was relaxed and pleasant. The server took our order and checked in on us a few times during our dinner. We went for our anniversary and they just gave us a ice cream dessert for our anniversary and greeted us a Happy Anniversary but it wasn't as special as I would have hoped for a place that seemed higher end in prices. I kind of expected more, perhaps the dessert plated differently to make the celebration feel a little bit more special. The food was alright. I may need to try other dishes before truly reviewing their food. It is pricey because it is in an area that caters to tourists and resort guests. The deserts were amazing compared to the main dishes we ate. read more

Service, food and view was awesome!!! Love that the valet will validate ticket up to 3 hrs so our parking was only $3. Everything we had was delicious. The only thing I think we could've did without was the zucchini it was pretty huge pieces but will definitely be back. Just be ready to spend some money because it's not cheap but definitely delicious food read more
Nice restaurant located in the Marriott Vacation Club in Ko Olina. Came for lunch w the family and got a table next to the koi pond which had views of the resort and ocean. Food was good. We shared the ahi tacos and ahi sandwich cooked medium rare as tuna is sushi grade. Both were delicious - sandwich came w a side of fries as well. Kids had the chicken strips which were good quality (crispy and very very light on the batter). Would come back again to try other things. Bring your owners card and save 10%. read more

Brunch, Lunch, Dinner Longhis serves and satisfies your tastebuds anytime of day. Located inside of the Marriott Beach Club, you'll find Longhis surrounded by a lustrous koi pond and amazing views of the beach resort. Lovely staff, friendly and welcoming. Amazing service all around! Enjoyed several meals here during my stay, sometimes even twice a day. Starting with the brunch menu, perfection. The 10oz steak and eggs was my favorite, steak was cooked perfectly and the fresh eggs pairs well together. The famous Benedict's you can't go wrong ordering any of them.The Florentine was a favorite definitely need to try the crab cake ones next time. Steak sandwich is a must try, juicy and flavorful with fresh onions and peppers. For something sweeter the banana mac nut pancakes are a must, ask for extra powdered sugar!! Dinner menu was great as well zucchini frittata and surf and turf is all you need. Drinks were all great, however order "it's a beautiful day" and you'll definitely have a beautiful day. Can't wait for my next beach club stay just to eat brunch here again. read more

Its located right below the check in desk. Just walk over the stairs or thru the round about where the valet parking is. Great view of the koi pond and the lawn and the ocean. Sit by the edge for that special occasion. Food is on the expensive side but the service, quality and ambience is what you get. Get up in the morning or whenever, drag your slippers and put a hat on and you will get an awesome drinks whether coffee or the bloody Mary or mai-tai but no one is judging you. This is the perfect place for that special 1st meal or drink while staying at here or nearby. Feel the aloha welcome. Of course, hardly anyone says that word anymore. Sad! read more

Came to try breakfast here and it was a huge let down compared to dinner. Ordered the kids pancakes. The pancake itself was junk. The fruit on top were delicious. Got the kids eggs, bacon and toast. The bacon was thick cut and delicious. Tried the lobster Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was good. Not too heavy in taste, very light. The toast it was on was nice and soft, the lobster was plentiful too. The whole dish as itself didn't go well together. Lastly we tried the loco moco. It was HORRIBLE. The burger patty and gravy had no taste at all. It was a disgrace to this local dish. Please don't waste your time on their loco moco. We tried to add flavor with salt and pepper but it was no hope. We let the waitress know that we were displeased with it and they just gave us 10% off our bill. We were hoping to not have paid for it at all. I don't think we will be back for breakfast here. read more

As said on their website, " the best Italian cuisine through the hawaiian islands." My opinion they're right! Each entree has a unique flavor that compliments the main dish. Seafoods are plump and fresh (no fishy taste). The flavor doesn't overpower, and the portion is just right. It's an indoor open wall dining area. Great view of the koi pond or the setting sun. Located on the ground floor in the central and main tower of the Marriott Vacation Club in Kapolei. This restaurant has partial covered seating and seating all around the outdoor koi pond. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Service was efficient and attentive and the food was delicious. The hostesses are friendly and know how to chat up locals and tourists while waiting for a seat. I came with a party of 6, we ordered the zucchini fries which were tender and seclusions. The calamari was fresh and crunchy. Entree lotions are large but the burger is the best! read more
We ate here when we were staying at the Marriott Beach Club. I love the outdoor/indoor layout of this restaurant. Everywhere you sit has a beautiful view. We were able to get in relatively quick, considering we did a more last-minute reservation. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. We ordered the zucchini fritta for an appetizer. It was alright, but I wouldn't order it again. My entree was the Jidori Chicken Piccatta, and it was so delicious! I would definitely order that again. The Ribeye steak was also delicious too. For dessert, we tried the grasshopper cake and the key lime pie. Both were delicious! read more

Is there a bottle fee, should I want to bring my own wine?
You cannot bring your own bottle to the restaurant bc they have a fully stocked bar.
What is the latest in the parking issue? All the answers are a few years old and probably out of date. Hope my fellow Yelpers can provide the latest. Many thanks?
Use the hotel valet. Longhis validates when you spend more than $40 and then your parking is like $4. Totally worth it because the beach cove parking fills up fast.

What happened to the Ala Moana location?
It closed unfortunately. Used to love going there.
Are gift certificates from ala Moana Longhi's valid at Kapolei Longhi's?
Yes it is also at all Longhi's Restaurant's in Hawai'i. Here's a side note when making your reservations request a scenic view and there best server also if you're celebrating a special occasion. Have a great experience!
How is their Lobster Benedict? We loved the ones when Longhis was still located in Ala Moana
